"I visited this restaurant last Sunday and tried their authentic Indian cuisine. I had Vadapav paired with some delicious masala tea and thoroughly enjoyed it! I definitely need to visit again to try out more of their dishes. The service was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend trying their Pav Bhaji and Samosa. This restaurant is a must-visit for breakfast, with prices ranging from £1-10 per person."

"The restaurant was beautifully decorated, with the main counter/bar area adorned with colorful bottles of various types of alcohol. We used a Groupon voucher to celebrate a birthday, and there was a nice variety of food options available. We ordered 6 delicious pizzas and received fast service. The birthday girl enjoyed a strawberry cheesecake. The waitress was helpful and friendly. Compliments to the chef - we would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends."

"The restaurant was exactly what was required for a quick business lunch. Food was good but we choose a sharing main course for 2 people, of grilled fish and when it arrived there were two pieces of sea bass, one scallop and one large prawn which is not suitable for two people!!! We asked for an additional scallop and prawn and were told initially that it was not possible to order additional items. I persisted and finally we got the two additional items obviously at an additional cost which was fine. Unnecessary under the circumstances it would have been better to point this out when we were ordering to avoid having to wait for the additional items to be cooked. Other than this all was good."

"I had a pleasant lunch while visiting Harrogate. The dishes were well presented and the portion sizes were just right. The milkshake was to die for! The restroom was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly with fairly quick service. There were a few tables outside, and they have more seating available when it's busy. "Just had a light lunch in this super dog friendly cafe. Thrilled to find a fully dog friendly cafe in Leamington town. We tried several cafes along the high street but their dog friendly policy is only for outside. The service was great as was the refreshments we had. The DOG FRIENDLY unique selling point is superb. This will become a regular spot now that the Bowling Green cafe is only open at weekends."

"Had a party here recently (renting out the top floor) and can't thank the venue and staff enough for a fantastic evening. Leading up to the event, they were really responsive answering all our questions promptly and everything was completely transparent. On the night itself, the staff were brilliant and fun, the venue itself is absolutely lovely and very photogenic (bonus points for the stage) my only minor critique is to be able to have the music a bit louder but 10/10 evening would recommend to anyone."

"We booked a table for 4 and we were warmly welcomed and seated straight away . We chose to select a starter to share as we were saving ourselves for the main course . It was a mistake however. The buffalo sauced wings consisted of x1 whole chicken wing and x1 flat wing/tip!!! Not impressed. We had drinks at the table , as you do, and when ordering drinks again I said to the lady serving us that the first pint was a little flat and the response was not what I was expecting which was very defensive. I ordered an alternative brand without an apology . The main courses we all had were very well presented and were all very tasty. Compliments to the kitchen “brigade”. The restaurant and bar and rest rooms were extremely clean and nicely presented. The outside space looked very inviting too."

"My party of four booked a reservation for Steak Night at The Swan. This restaurant is a fantastic choice for meat lovers who enjoy a delicious T-bone steak. The steak comes with chips, condiments, and a rocket salad, all meant to be shared between two people and cooked to your liking. We chose to dine in the garden and, due to our older age, requested a bench be replaced with three chairs, which was promptly and effortlessly accommodated. There was a slight confusion about the corkage charge, but it was handled with great attention to detail. As a resident of Chiswick, I consider The Swan to be one of the top restaurants in the area."

"Came here with my partner for date night and what a great choice we made. It’s unique in that the flavours are Indian but the cooking style is turkish and who doesn’t love meat cooked over an open fire! I had the chicken with sauce and yoghurt and it was delicious the sauce was rich and creamy and full of flavour the meat was cooked to perfection the chicken was still juicy and not dry as you usually find with chicken when eating out. My wife had the Delhi chicken curry which she said was to die for the sauce was flavourful but not overpowering and again the meat was tender and juicy. Service from Meg was brilliant she was attentive but not overbearing and her recommendation of the Thai bucket fish bowl was a great choice will definitely be returning"

I had a lot of shopping bags in my hands and I stopped by to grab a bite as my sweet tooth started to act very demanding. "we have rejoined and as we come into the door, we are warmly welcomed by the young people who keep the door. they welcomed us on our table and we were really impressed by service and atmosphere! this restraunt is very well decorated. we ordered our popodums and they were the best we ever tasted and we have a long history of curries! they were as fresh as a goose blooming and the sauce was beautiful. the young polite waiter came with our net in a short waiting period. they wanted to die! absolutely amazing eating the owners came to us and had a friendly chat and told us how he did his curries. they could taste the flavor very and it was very mouthwater! It is certainly the case that each court is served with a side of the story and to enter into its stolen dining room is like a step back in the time that is just stunning. modernizes but still keep all the classic decoration accumulated over the decades; and the menu has also followed suit. in the connection to the footsteps of so many before us, we visited the ivy in this night for a late dinner after the conclusion of a show that starts for a meal with popcorn shrimp then on the nets of spaghetti with atlantic prawns, chili and wild garlic and the grilled thunfish. as they would expect, eating was divine and lived up to his call. the popcorn garnels were so addicted, I could have eaten again and again that all night, although it would have been a scandal to pamper my appetit in front of the tuna that was excellent. the spaghetti, as simple as it sounds, was romantic in its simpleness and so fragrant; I'd like to eat it again. to round the food was a classic dessert from apfelteertetin; a befitting ended with a classic evening. if you were with the ivy, I hope you agree with me that this place must be one. it is now an institution and so much more than a meal; it's an experience."
