"Myself and my girlfriend booked a table at @pizza for a Thursday 23rd March as this would be our first night in Edinburgh after leaving early to travelling up for a weekend d city break. We arrive on the Royal Mile and found that @pizza was shut at 7:15pm, we had a reminder email come through the day before to state that our reservation was still available. It was very disappointing the arrive to find that the restaurant was closed and this left us trying to find an alternative restaurant at short notice. Why still take reservations here if you're closed and also send reminder emails if closed. Also the contact number on the confirmation email didn't work. You need to sort this out so other aren't disappointed like we are."

"Bon Gusto is a small Italian restaurant near Buckingham Palace. The food is elegant and served with Italian verve. Our waitress was so much fun to be around and very helpful in recommending selections on the menu. My husband had lasagna, which he said was excellent. I had spinach and ricotta cheese stuffed ravioli in a tomato cream sauce with pine nuts. It was also very good. I recommend Bon Gusto to anyone wanting good Italian food."

"Went there with my family. It was my third visit. Even though it was early evening, there were a lot of customers there, so it’s best to book. The pizzas were fabulous and large and there was a good range on the menu. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you can’t eat it all, ask for a ‘doggy bag’. The only slight disappointment was the time it took to get the bill as my grandchildren were getting a little restless. If it were not for this I’d have given 5 stars all round. Dietary restrictions: When booking we were asked if there were any dietary requirements. We noticed they also have gluten free and vegan options on the menu. Parking: There is on and off street parking nearby."

"Pizza Excellent Beer Excellent Atmosphere Excellent Music Excellent Staff Excellent What's not to love about this little gem of a place. We had a table of 8 on Good Friday. The place was buzzing. The staff were so welcoming we relaxed straight away. The choice and quality of the beers were amazing and when our food arrived we were not disappointed. The pizzas available were different in terms toppings that we have had before and worked really well. This place keeps it simple but does it with professionalism while keeping it fun and friendly. At the end of the night we were presented with a bill that was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"24/05/24: had a top night listening to 'Ideal Forgery ' in the Event Space, over a few Shindiggers and a Negroni. 30/04/24: Shindigger Brewery: Mango Unchained 4.2% 17/04/24: Shindigger Brewery: Half Dozen Other salted millionaires shortbread milk stout 7% 09/04/24: Shindigger Brewery: session IPA 4.2% 28/03/24: was a bit too busy, no seats available, upstairs closed. 26/08/23: can 't beat a good Aperol Spritz in the library! Feb 2023: Pablo Honey pizza by far the best. Quick stop for lunch at one of our fav 's! Dec 2022: .....still as good as last time. The Festive Pizza, shame it 's not served by Santa himself though Dec 2021: Festive Pizza is back! Absolutely awesome! May 2022: Review Update: Still one of the best places in Prestwich for drinks, atmosphere and pizza. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming and we love it. Early morning fresh coffee, cake, or a pastry from The Hatch to start a day, especially on a sunny morning! A Cuckoo breakfast, or stone-baked Pizza for lunch is well recommended. Satriale or Pepe Bradock is our favourite. Dog friendly inside and out. The outside seating area is open, but has a brilliant canopy for when the rain starts and infra-red heaters for when it gets chilly. 'The Library ' downstairs is a great place to relax and chill with friends, read a book or play a few games. On a lovely sunny day the outside back transforms into a Mediterranean utopia. Alfresco pizza and cocktails here and you could literally be anywhere. We 're really looking forward to the expansion and can 't wait to see what happens next! I 've added a few extra photos from previous visits....."

"My wife and I went to this restaurant on Valentine's Day and we were extremely disappointed with the food and service. I usually don't complain about restaurants, as I have always had good experiences at Italian restaurants in London, but this time I felt the need to warn others to stay away from this place. As an Italian, I can cook better meals at home without spending a fortune. We paid £73 for a meal with two main dishes that were barely edible and lacked seasoning, as well as two appetizers. On top of that, we were charged £5.20 for two small plastic bottles of water and extra for bread that was not seasoned with garlic or rosemary. This is not an authentic Italian restaurant, but a disappointment. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs."

"Stingray Globe Cafe is located at the end of Columbia Road where the flower market ends on Sundays. I discovered this cafe as I was looking for a place to eat after buying flowers and I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. It has a pretty relaxed atmosphere but the service is quite quick and efficient because they are often quite full especially on weekends. When it's sunny I recommend sitting outside because it is really in a lovely spot on the street and you can watch people walk by. The food is pretty good, I had the penne al'arrabiata which was ok and I also shared a pizza which was also pretty good but nothing amazing. Overall, the food was ok but I think it's a really nice place with good prices."

"Really lovely food, but surly staff and terrible cutlery, which had no chance of cutting a lovely thin crispy pizza. It would seem you are expected to eat with your fingers!! Main issue was the number of dogs in the place. Its a restaurant for goodness sake when did it become acceptable to take dogs in restaurants??!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"Monte Casino is our go-to restaurant in the Borders. We frequent it most weekends due to the excellent service provided by Antonio and his staff, not to mention the consistently fabulous food. We held our wedding reception here in May and opted for an Italian feast paired with high quality Italian wine. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the wedding cake, made by Antonio himself, was nothing short of spectacular. We highly recommend Monte Casino to anyone seeking a unique and special dining experience. Antonio and his team truly know how to make your occasion unforgettable."

"“Fine a real pizza light, delicious and a wonderful place. BRILLIANT” we saw the middle week special offer of each pizza plus a garlic bread for £10 a tasty so that we had it on Thursday with our family at 6.15 warm reception, got a table, asked for a half garlic cheek and the half parma crusty for the child food. of course we had to wait a beer and a wein. they can see how the pizzas are prepared and observe how they are cooked in the log fired proper pizza of. beautifully served, nothing was too much annoying ben was very courteous and delightful. cath was attentive and served us with a smile. in any case the best pizza we had here, all made home with high quality ingredients. the seafood you should die with many king prawns, squid, etc. and super rocket topping. we will be back and recommend to our guests max will try the nutella one next time! check out their website for specials and their menu. open all year. Thank you."

"This restaurant is amazing! I stumbled upon this hidden gem when I was looking for a quiet cafe to do some university work. I've been wanting to come back for dinner for a while now, and tonight was the night. The food was absolutely delicious! It was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous enough to comfort my friend who was heartbroken. The service was excellent, with all the staff being very lovely. I was particularly impressed by the butter imported from Italy. It was sad to see the place so empty, as it truly is a hidden Italian gem in the heart of Melton."

"the restaurant is quite small (seat a total of 16 people). beautiful and intimate, but we were the first to begin a tad awkward, but more people came after about 20 minutes and it was nice and relaxed afterwards. eating was very good. friend said she really enjoyed the Broccoli court. I really enjoyed my pizza. many olives do not ask for olives if they do not like them haha. we didn't feel lost from the restaurant that was nice. about an hour after eating we stayed and no one rushed us. would highly recommend. only four stars for worth because I am not an iondoner and have not been used to the prices, but I think it is good if they are used to london preisen haha."

"came to this place, while meeting with friends who live near Danmark Hill train station. it was 7:30 a.m. last night, and the waiting snakes were out of the door, so they took our name and number to call us when a table was ready. went from the nearby pub for a casual drink and came back 30 minutes later. we took our places in the lower part of the restaurant. you could see how the large wood stove pizza burns out. we ordered our starter of the aubergine parmagiano and our 3 pizzas (margarita, the sausage and the sardelle.) the order lasted longer or we sat so remote in the corner that we might have been forgotten! we asked if our pizzas were coming as soon as I had to bring my train home. 10 minutes later the pizzas came, but not the starter. the waiter said it will take a few minutes when they had to make a new one. at least, then all our foods, the pizzas were delicious; light, slightly chewing in context they used an sourdough for their pizza bases (the best teig in making pizzas, I think! . from the facade, theo’s looks like a pizzeria, but on the inside; the decor is simplifying, white wall, feels like going into someone's kitchen as a restaurant. the pizza oven is a stand-out feature, as every pizza is to be ordered. we were all satisfied, but a thing from giving a 5 star was the service that was slower than usual, as I was told. I understood that it was busy, but it was a Thursday night that waited waiter to get a kerbe with the organization when she was busy. overall the pizzas are great, not dissimilar to franco manca. would I go back? yes I would, and it shows the waits; must be a popular outlet in the neighbourhood."

"This is our new favourite Italian Restaurant! The food was beautifully cooked fresh. Great specials to choose from. Lovely atmosphere with a touch of Italy authentic music adding to the ambiance. Most important though, Antonio is the real McCoy! Friendly and passionate about his taste of Italy. A treasure in Hamilton. Fantastic Food! We will be back!"

"my man and I visited this restaurant yesterday to celebrate our high season. I've often gone by, and I just thought it was a good one. the bruschetta was almost the same size as the pizza. it was amazing. we have shared the Italian sausage pizza. to die. that's the most beautiful pizza I've ever had. we arrived and some tables came in after us. the service was great. I did not get the name of the waitress, but it was excellent. my man is a cook so that we don't eat often, but we'll definitely be back."

"Had a meal for the four of us; loved it. It’s a quirky place that demands pre booking, and rightly so. Great food, very clean and friendly staff. We only had pizzas, we didn’t try any sides but the pizzas were just top dollar; (hopefully I’ve successfully weaned my family off of stupid big chain horrors at long last). I wish they had more capacity but then perhaps that’ll detract from the atmosphere. If you’re nearby, book and enjoy. Oh, they don’t just automatically add a service charge so please make sure they get the tips they deserve: service is second to none."

"Order from prezzo from time to time mainly when there is a deal on through one of the many delivery sites. The pizza is always great quality and tasty and they have white pizza Bianco options that I really like. The garlic bread with caramelised onion is always lovely too, this said if we had to pay full price I would buy elsewhere as there are various pizza options locally. But if there is a deal and its the same price I would recommend you give it a try."
