"It's ok but on balance, there was little to love, we thought. The service was very good, but it was a 5pm meal in that lull between the late lunchers and the evening diners. It got busier as 7pm approached. Two mains, a pizza and a spaghetti alla vongole were ok, the latter really wasn't anything to write home about. Both a little dull, even the diavola pizza. Tiramisu and a few scoops of vanilla ice cream and a coffee topped it off. Again, ok. Nothing offensive, nothing bad at all, just that the meal was so so. The restaurant itself is functional, yeah, that's probably the best word. Encouraging that it did seem to have some regulars."

Authentic italian cooking. Portions not the biggest but good quality. Convenient if visiting Buckingham Palace.

Our hotel recommended this Italian restaurant for our first night in London as it was close by. What a gem. Great Italian food. I had the branzini and my husband the carbonara. Both tasty. Small intimate dining spot I totally recommend.

Some of the menu items were great, others not so. Pepperoni pizza, melon with Parma ham, and bruschetta were all hits with our group, while the white pizza and ravioli were rather bland. The wait staff were amazing. Overall, we enjoyed our meal. View menu

We really enjoyed the full experience including a delicious meal and excellent service. The waitress was great not only in the good service but the interacting personality. We came back a second evening based on the first experience. That was even better. We will recommend to any friend that visits London.

at a hotel close to us we decided to eat as we come family friends. we had made outlier of bon gusto and the service very friendly and welcoming. our dinner there was very memorable, eating was absolutely delicious. I'm very restless about my eating and none of us could find mistakes. general portioning, inexpensive, especially in this part of london, but the service was exceptional. I would like to thank all the staff and the owner who has made us remember the family. it really felt like we were in italia! the people I would like to thank are stefano, marianna and manuel conha. many thanks and we will feed there definitiw again.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
