"In a word WONDERFUL. We spent the past 5 months in 10 countries across Europe. Spending a week at the beginning in Napoli eating our way through pizza. The pizzas in Napoli (typically 5 euro) are about the crust and the sauce, minimal toppings, but tasty. Since Napoli, we have eaten an unknown number of pizza varieties. Yesterday, just by chance, we found ourselves in Bravi Ragazzi. And Pizza better than Napoli. Lucky us. We even had the seats next to the little window overlooking the pizza making table. We had a Diavola. It was Excellent! The crust was cooked evenly, right across the center (the first thing you should look for). Along with a great flavor and a good chew. What made it better than pizza in Napoli? It had more toppings, without overdoing it. We wish you a successful future. Don't change anything."

"I eat here quite a lot. The food is nice, great size portions, and good tasting. It's Kosher Milky for those who care, but that's not my biggest concern in terms of the restaurant. I go back because the food is generally good. That being...said, the service is absolutely shoddy. I don't think I have ever been impressed by the service there, or had such bad service anywhere else. One time I went there, they claimed they didn't have enough glasses, so would it be alright if of us share a glass!! Food is never ready all at the same time. I have been there once when the last person was served after the first at our table! we asked for money off the bill, and were told by the manager that he couldn't do that. Instead what he offered us was a free Ice cream for desert. But not one each. One ice cream with spoons for us to share! If the food was as bad as the service the restaurant would be empty days a week!"

"I've been in Pizza Express a few times now and each visit has been positive. The pizzas are made fresh and you even watch them being made! The selection of toppings is very good and includes some interesting choices. The staff are very nice, patient and understanding. Nothing is too much for them. They are very accommodating for people with additional needs like me. There are very often quiet spots they can seat you in, particularly downstairs where they don't normally seat other customers. The seating is very nice and even has an outdoor area which on a nice but not boiling day is spectacular Pizza Express is accessible for wheelchair uses and those with additional mobility needs. They have lifts. There's an accessible toilet. The prices can be seen as a pricy, for drinks in particular since they are in glass bottles but it's such a pleasant and festive experience and venue for celebrations. The pizzas are often cheaper here than at Dominos. They also offer free tap water and ice when a meal is purchased so you don't necessarily need to buy a drink. A glass of Milk, juice or soda water is only around 50p though! I would recommend trying Louis's Jungle Juice, available still or fizzy!"

"We are fans of pizza express and usually go to Glasgow and receive excellent service. The man that served us in the Holyrood pizza express was obnoxious and rude, lots of huffing and puffing and dramatic gestures for routine requests. Downright poor customer care and bad manners. He made a mistake with my coffee and then expected me to accept it anyway. When I declined this, he had his usual rant and returned with the same coffee. I wouldn’t return to this branch because of the poor service from this individual. To add insult to injury, we had an automatic service charge added to our bill as we were a table of would not have chosen to tip!!!!"

"I have been to a few Prezzo Restaurants before so was expecting a good quality of service and food. However, was fairly disappointed with the service from the Prezzo in Marble Arch, especially when I had selected a restaurant that my friends had not been...to before. I had booked in advance as I knew it would be busy around Christmas time however when greeted the staff member just pointed to the table to where we were going to sit I would've expected them to at least take us to our table. The service was very very quick which was surprising, as our drinks arrived same time as our food. It all felt very quick and I felt that I was rushed also not once did a staff member ask us if the food was okay or offered us any parmesan. The food was okay but just disappointed about the atmosphere, especially when I have enjoyed the other Prezzo Restaurants."

"Service good . Poor size portions , really less than average food. Probably less than half a chicken breast of chicken on ceasar salad. Asked for more cheese and prawns on the pizza as hardly any on which was done ..This place used to be amazing, certainly not now. Quite chilly in there. Xmas decorations very poor no lights on xmas tree. Ran out of cutlery for birthday cake ,so given plastic ones!!!!. Very Expensive for less than average food . Very ,very poor . "This is a small takeaway restaurant located near Aldi in Selly Oak, Birmingham. I have visited this place several times and have often found it to be a reliable option. Overall, there is nothing particularly special about this place. The pizzas are decent, while the burgers and kebabs are pretty good. The restaurant is small and tends to be a bit unkempt most of the time. However, the prices are reasonable and it is student-friendly. Their home delivery service is efficient, and being registered with JustEat.com makes ordering from this place easy and convenient. Personally, I would only go to this place as a last resort, mainly due to its questionable hygiene standards."

"Hands down the most unprofessional takeaway I’ve ever experienced. I’m glad I have photographic evidence of how nasty these people are. On top of being poor quality food and late delivery AND an incorrect order, I was insulted for my clothing and told that I...couldn’t possibly do a better job based on what I look like. "Brilliant freshly cooked pizzas. They also offer a gluten free pizza which was lovely. Toppings were fresh and generous along with a really well made dough. Quick and easy to order with helpful friendly staff at collection. The only feedback (definitely not a complaint) was that the gluten free base could have been slightly crispier. This is very hard to achieve and does not take away from how good the pizzas were and is merely constructive feedback. We will definitely be ordering again!!"

"Tried their vegan margarita pizza on a buy one get 1 free deal for National Pizza day. It was nice they use a hood amount of cheese. Would like to see more veggies on it though. .............. 5/07/2019 There is a vegan section on the menu which is great. I wanted icecream and this place was there for me to get a Chocoblocka Sundae which was really good. It had a Chocolate muffin with vanilla icecream and chocolate icecream with chocolate sause layered and then topped with whipped cream. I was not a fan of the vanilla icecream as it had a fake flavouring taste but loved everything else. I'll go again to try the other things."
