"I have been to a few Prezzo Restaurants before so was expecting a good quality of service and food. However, was fairly disappointed with the service from the Prezzo in Marble Arch, especially when I had selected a restaurant that my friends had not been...to before. I had booked in advance as I knew it would be busy around Christmas time however when greeted the staff member just pointed to the table to where we were going to sit I would've expected them to at least take us to our table. The service was very very quick which was surprising, as our drinks arrived same time as our food. It all felt very quick and I felt that I was rushed also not once did a staff member ask us if the food was okay or offered us any parmesan. The food was okay but just disappointed about the atmosphere, especially when I have enjoyed the other Prezzo Restaurants."

We were there for two and a half hours. Entire families had came and left in the time we were there. We were left constantly waiting to order or waiting for our food to arrive. The staff were not very friendly and got our dessert...order wrong.
