"Tried their vegan margarita pizza on a buy one get 1 free deal for National Pizza day. It was nice they use a hood amount of cheese. Would like to see more veggies on it though. .............. 5/07/2019 There is a vegan section on the menu which is great. I wanted icecream and this place was there for me to get a Chocoblocka Sundae which was really good. It had a Chocolate muffin with vanilla icecream and chocolate icecream with chocolate sause layered and then topped with whipped cream. I was not a fan of the vanilla icecream as it had a fake flavouring taste but loved everything else. I'll go again to try the other things."

We ordered the lotus sunflower and children's strawberry vanilla sunflower. They were as expensive as actual ice cream.

I really enjoy the high quality of vegan ice cream choices at this restaurant. It's a great spot to visit with the entire family, including your furry friend. There are plenty of options to satisfy everyone's taste.

They offer vegan versions of many menu classics like sandwiches, toasties, and jacket potatoes. The standout was the vegan dessert, but the real star was the spectacular vegan lotus ice cream burger. The restaurant boasts lovely views of Cardiff Bay. #Veganuary

The restaurant offers a wide variety of vegan options that are clearly labeled on the menu. The dishes were all delicious. However, it was disappointing to see that the vegan options were priced higher than the non-vegan alternatives. (Review updated on April 19, 2022)

There is a wide variety of vegan dishes available at this restaurant, all clearly indicated on the menu. The flavors were delicious. One downside is that the vegan options are priced higher than their non-vegan counterparts, which is a bit disappointing. Review updated on April 19, 2022.

Tried their vegan Margarita pizza on a buy get 1 free deal for National Pizza Tag. It was nice to use a hood of cheese. I'd like to see more Veggies on it. 5/07/2019 On the menu there is a vegan section that is great. I wanted ice cream and this place was there for me to get a Chocoblocka Sundae that was really good. It had a chocolate muffin with vanilla ice cream and chocolate ice cream with chocolate soak and then covered with whipped cream. I wasn't a fan of vanilla ice cream as it had a fake taste, but everything else loved. I'll try the other things again.

I recently tried the vegan margarita pizza at this restaurant on a buy one get one free deal for National Pizza Day. It was great to have the option of using vegan cheese, but I would have liked to see more veggies on it. The menu also has a fantastic vegan section. I was craving some ice cream and they had a delicious chocoblocka sundae available. It consisted of layers of a chocolate muffin, vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream. I wasn't a fan of the vanilla ice cream as it had a strange taste, but everything else was fantastic. I can't wait to try some of their other vegan options.

"It was the most bizarre experience dining here. First when we arrived in the restaurant, our group set up was that there was someone on each end who was sitting facing an empty chair on the other side of the table. Upon enquiry we understood it was a covid measure, however never had any other restaurants requesting such seating arrangements in the past 20 months. We ordered two split pots, a non-spicy broth for one side of the pot and a spicy broth for the other side. The staff came to confirm that we wanted spicy/non-spicy in each pot. Yes, we said. To our shock when the pots came, one pot was spicy/spicy on both side, and the other was non-spicy/non-spicy on both sides. This was after the staff had came by to confirm that we wanted a spicy/non-spicy set-up, and in the usual situation a person wanting a spicy broth would not have asked for a split pot. We raised this to the staff and were clearly unhappy about it, though did not insist on having the broths changed around. What happened next made it the most awkward and uncomfortable dining experience ever. From where we were sitting, we could hear the owner reprimanding the staff for the error, throughout our meal. We understand mistakes occur and if the owner was unhappy about the mistake and genuinely wanted to apologise, taking the initiative to change the broth to the right setup, or a complimentary drink or dish would have gone a long way. But no, he chose to reprimand the staff within our hearing for the whole dinner (which didn't help the situation one bit and made the experience worse! . We felt sorry for the staff. Even with the hospitality shortage, that was a completely wrong way to help the staff improve, nor help retain them in the long run. I don't remember anything about the food, although photos did show a good range to choose from. At the end of the meal we each received a box of hello panda, which might have helped, if not for the fact they were expired. All in all, would not recommend."
