"My wife and I ate at Fratello's when we stayed at the Hilton Hotel. We booked a table for 7pm and when we arrived we could see that the restaurant was very busy, we waited a couple of minutes before being shown to our table. We thought we would be waiting a while to be served, but low and behold the service that we had was fantastic, our drink and food orders were taken within five minutes of us sitting down and we didn't have to wait long before the food was served. Everything about the night was great and our thanks go out to the staff that looked after us."

"This restaurant in London serves the best vegan pizza. We ordered delivery and asked for no cheese. The pizzas were tasty, the delivery was quick, and the prices were very reasonable for such high quality food. Thank you! Another great thing is that they offer chocolate as a side, which is a brilliant idea. We would suggest that they also sell the vegan-friendly dark chocolate from Montezuma. Just a thought!"

"We had a lovely lunch after shopping on Portobello Rd. Our server ,Maurice, was very attentive. We had the Fried Buccatini and Calzonetti with ricotta and ham. Absolutely yummy! We then had two different pasta dishes which were both delightful! Lovely little place!"

"we were not for one because in il capo and enjoyed our meal and service and will definitely return. just a few tiny points of feedback: it seemed like they didn't make our reservation over more open table when we arrived, as it was confusing the table plan and I certainly did not see my name on them while we ordered from the a la carte menu, we thought that the pre-theater would be on 5,30 like the website suggested, but it was not offered. Maybe it'll end sooner on Saturday. it would be helpful if the time could be clarified."

"I ordered a vegetarian pizza with pineapple and jalapenos, but had to repeat my order multiple times. When I went to collect the pizza, I had to repeat my order even more. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that they had given me a chicken and pepperoni pizza instead. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was unapologetic and only offered to give me an extra pizza on my next visit. I ended up being out 12 pounds and without the pizza I wanted. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I felt like they were not taking my order seriously."

"the saying "not judge a book through his cover could have been donated for this place. on the outside it looks more like any old independent pizza kidnapping, and that does not really change this impression sitting with 3 4 which are squeezed along a wall. And some barstool style sitting along the other, looks nothing like a typical Italian restaurant. but what do we visit restaurants for? that eat naturally, and oh mine, supplies pizzeria triangolo in this department. as its name fits, the menu is hard on pizzas, although there is still a quite long selection of pasta dishes to choose, and how it is all freshly cooked to order, changes are easily accommodated if they have rather left a certain ingredient, or something added. between us four we had 3 different pizzas, a pasta dish and a appetizer made of garlic cheese pizzabrot and gave the empty teller and satisfied looks on all our faces at the end of the meal, there is no doubt that eating here is tip notch. including drinks, the whole meal came to a smidge under 60 pfunds, which for 4 people"

"I started with the bruschetta topped with mushrooms, which was tasty but nothing out of the ordinary. For my main course, I had the bistecca, or sirloin steak, with artichokes in a white wine sauce, served with roast potatoes and nuts. The steak could have used a bit more seasoning, but overall it was delicious. I also enjoyed a glass of house red wine from Verona, which was a bit sour but still enjoyable. The service was decent, with a single waiter handling several tables. While he was friendly and welcoming, we had to make an effort to get his attention when we needed something. Overall, it was a good first experience of authentic Italian cuisine in Edinburgh, though there were a few minor drawbacks."

"I 'm not sure if Piatto Verde is as authentically Italian as it might be, and though the menu doesn 't change, the food is very tasty and great value. I think it would be a fantastic place to hire out for a crowd after a small wedding, say, or big birthday bash, with the good house wine flowing. You can have a half portion of pasta for a starter (the penne with gorgonzola and spinach is delicious, as is the salmon and vodka) and follow it up with a pizza. A hidden gem."
