"I had a reservation but the restaurant was nearly empty. The food that one table had looked great but unfortunately after ordering drinks, we were unable to get any service. There were only three groups in the place. It also didnt smell of food at all and we would have thought they weren't serving any if not for the other table. This was meant to be a birthday dinner for my husband and we ultimately had to go somewhere else, which was disappointing."

"we had a great time in cru, my birthday contract, which was amazing eating, the personal was excellent and attentive, I loved the white wine, best I had, I like white and often have hardships to get a medium, not dry. that was delicious and really perfect for me. it was very cool in the restaurant, so was also comfortable for me as the temperature was unusually high outside. we will definitely come back and tell friends about it."

"This restaurant is highly rated so I tried it. I’m afraid it was a disappointment. I ordered a steak medium rare and it arrived well done and the chips were “flabby”. They replaced them without a quibble and the replacements were much better delicious steak but the chips were still not crispy but they were better). I suspect that I just chose the wrong thing. The pizzas looked good. The ambiance is stark and bright and it would not make a good spot for a romantic dinner, service was very good."

"This used to be one of our favourite places to eat having visited many times. I don’t know if there has been a change of management but the staff appear to have changed. Most of them unfriendly and bordering on rude. One blonde girl was terrible, never smiled or made eye contact once. I watched her interactions with others and it was the same with everyone. As much personality as a plank of wood ! We felt rushed through the meal with the desert menu arriving the minute the plates were removed , we were asked 5 times in the space of a few minutes if we wanted a dessert and seemed very put out that we wanted some time before ordering. Needless to say they won’t be getting our custom again !"

"Waited 4 minutes for them to answer the phone and was immediately told 'to hold on '. Waited a further 18 minutes listening to them take orders from people in the restaurant, before putting the phone down. Phoned again later to tell them how frustrated I was, and was told 'it was because they were busy. ' Gave them an order but when I asked for a delivery they told me I shouldn 't have phoned them but deliveroo. A complete waste of time and showed no concern. Don 't know how good the food is as I never got any!"

"Another first! I'm writing the review in the place! What a shambles of a place. Management need to get their act together, this a pathetic experience of someone eating at Bella Italia for the first time. Dough balls with garlic butter is what we ordered, dough balls and garlic oil is what was served. We skipped mains because another customer complained about their meal, went for desert ordered chocolate brownies , got given caramel sauce which comes with the cookie dough, waited 5 mins for someone to come over, ended up going to them, they came back and said sorry we run out of chocolate sauce, isn't it better to tell the customer beforehand? Hope it improves, doubt it tho, manager on shift looks clueless."

"An absolute hype of a restaurant customer service from the start was awful. Having arrived to celebrate my daughters 9th birthday, we were seated and before we had even all sat down the waiter was hovering to take our drinks order, once we ordered drinks we asked for still water they gave us sparkling, and reluctantly changed it. The bill was an astonishing £135 for 4 pizzas and fries, 3 drinks and a bottle of water. Would I rate the pizza's.. definitely not, a high street pizza chain pizza is much nicer. There was no effort to even make the day special for a child. I would definitely not go back."

They were all served before us and waited untill they had finished before we got our order and when questioned this the waitress 'Kitsty ' was rude stroppy and unhelpful. Completely in the wrong job as has zero customer service manners or class. She said that the manager had looked into it and you didn 't wait that long but he couldn 't be bothered to talk to us. When asked for his name was told no chance. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. Mediocre food and bad bad attitude!!!!!! "I cannot believe the service I had last night. I am a regular customer to Cornershop and usually enjoy my night. I have recommended this place to so many people, including my cousin who I was out with yesterday. We were having a good time, waiting to order drinks at the bar, and the bar man moves a no service sign right by us so that we no longer are receiving bar service. Now bare in mind we having been ordering drinks from here all night, and for this particular round we had been waiting for a while. So, I moved the sign back to where it was originally a little bit to the right). All of a sudden, we were kicked out of the club by the apparent owner. While outside, I asked to speak with the manager/owner the guy that kicked us out), however, all I got in response was rudeness and dismissal. I wanted to talk with him not argue) as I believed it was a minor misunderstanding. One security guard told me that the manager is coming, while the other told me he is not coming. While we were visibly upset, the security just laughed at us, ignored us and let their male friends through. As a consumer who has paid for entry drinks) I hold the right to speak to a manager, but my complaint was not handled correctly at all. As a result, this is how my night continued: As two young ladies we couldn 't get home since being kicked out unfairly, we didn 't know where we were). I lost my phone as I was so angry and we ended up basically hitch-hiking from a stranger and got home at 6am. The bottom line is that I am a regular at Cornershop and have never had such unfair service EVER. They seemed to not take us seriously because we were young women. All I wanted was my money back and some simple decency, but this is apparently too much to ask for from here."

"This London restaurant brings a taste of Puglia to the city. The food is delicious, the wine selection is great, and the service is professional. "I am very disappointed with Santaniello pizzeria, booked a table and first of all the staff made seat outside that I was happy, but not happy because no light on our table, so we asked to move table, outside the table was with out table clothes, was dark. Considering that we had table at 20.00 by the time we get the order we wouldn't see our food, we asked for chips and told us only, olives garlic bread as start, one of the staff was very rude, told us if not happy we could leave!!!!! Pizza was awful!! I am sorry but stay away from this restaurant!!!"
