"first we came in and it was really ugly. there were quiet music and the furniture was really nice. next we ordered, but our waitress was a bit grumpy. but our food came in 14 minutes. it is like almost food restaurant. the Canadian breakfast was really good and the pancakes were huge and delicious. it is a really good restaurant and some of the waiters are really polite. this is a definite 4-star restaurant I just turned 12"

"I ordered delivery from this restaurant at midday today. The food did not arrive until 2.40pm. The chicken in the chicken burgers was not sufficient to fill the buns. They made a mistake with the toastie filling, so I called them and they said they would send a replacement. At 3.20pm, the manager called my house and initially said the replacement was on its way. However, he then became aggressive towards my partner, raising his voice and interrupting him. He blamed everything but his own business for the delay and errors, even blaming us despite living within the delivery area and paying £3 for delivery. It is now 4.55pm and the replacement toastie still has not arrived. I paid for something I never received and received abusive behavior from the owner. I will not be returning to this place as the customer service is terrible. I am now uncomfortable knowing that this angry man has my phone number and address."

"Return visit here while staying in St Andrews. Luvly welcome from staff. Ordered a luvly bottle of house wine Enjoyed pops and 4 chutneys all very tasty. Ordered a mixed starter to share Then a chicken balti tikka, and a maisha special curry, with a mushroom rice to share, a chapati. and a cheese and garlic naan. "Disappointingly average food and a confused main menu choices on a Sunday of roast dinners one last pink beef at 5pm that wasn't pink it was well done) and sandwiches and hot roast sandwiches with chips, special was lobster and was quite expensive for the quality. Also a bit eclectic in the interior design back to the 80's in the conservatory and a different style in the main room with a hotch potch of accessories in the mix. Overall just OK, better pubs nearby for a Sunday with friends."

"I have booked for my sonny birthday cupcakes for the 21st april. ali was by far the most reasonable citation I had, and she was very recommended by some of my friends. I have a very short description of just want rugby style cupcakes and ali did the rest. They were super delicious cakes and the icing was not too much as some cupcakes can be. I would highly recommend alis cake and will definitely come back in the future to the birthday cake. great thanks. my boy loved her."

"I discovered Amigos about three years ago and have eaten there or taken food away on several occasions. I loved the food. After a break of about a year, I went in yesterday and was quite disappointed: the food is completely different from what I remember, unremarkable and very disappointing. I have had better taste and flavours in frozen meals from Farmfoods. Clearly, the kitchen staff (I wouldn't go as far as to call them chefs! have changed but sadly, all good things about the food that I remember and felt attracted to, have gone too. I will not go there again."

"I stayed at the International Hotel in Frimley and had pre-booked breakfast for £12. I was advised to go down to the Frimley city center to look for better offers. With the help of Google, I ended up at Cafe Deli. I ordered 3 omelettes with beans, 2 hash browns, and tomatoes for £6.50. The coffee and bottled water were also good. "Came here with my Mum for a mid-week lunch. We opted for the Lunch Time Menu, 2 courses for £6.99. We both Ordered the Calamari and then the Chicken Shish. Service was good, a little slow but we weren't in a rush. We asked for both courses to arrive together. Food arrived in maybe about half an hour which was slower than I thought it would arrive seeing as we were the only people in there. The Calamari was good, the salad looked a little old and limp. The main course consisted of Chicken Shish, Rice, Salad and Flatbread and it was so tasty. I am not normally a fan of Rice but was surprised with how good the Rice in my meal tasted! The portion size was good and for the money was really good value for money. We looked at the menu and have seen many dishes we would like to try for Dinner so we are sure to be back soon!"

"Absolutely love this pub, we have just bought a lodge in the area and luckily found this gem. We eat here for Sunday lunch and cannot fault it. "This is NOT a review about quality of food. Have eaten here a few times and the standard is usually high. I don’t know if they have new owners but the menu choices now are VERY INFLEXIBLE. One of our party of three only wanted a small breakfast. IE One piece of bacon, one egg etc. All your items on the main menu are TWO of everything. Your offer of a 4 or 5 item breakfasts are nonsense as it’s two of everything. You lost sales today due to your inflexibility. Tried to add 1 slice of bacon to some egg on toast but told its £2.15. Because you only sell bacon in 2’s !! In my opinion you are excluding some diners with your menu policy. Be interesting to see if you listen and learn. Are the owners not aware in this day and age ALL trade is vital. The customer is king but You refused to sell us a small breakfast ??"

"Took my mrs and 2 kids here for a sunday lunch, admittedly this is a curry place but they do say they did a Sunday Lunch on the menu so thought why not. Staff friendly, no issues here. However, the music was weirdly r ..b after r b no issues with r b but its Sunday afternoon and its a restaurant?? and it was properly loud to the point i was having to raise my voice for my family to hear me (and I love music). They also played a song with all sorts of swearing and sexual references, really not what we want with 5 and 3 year old? Thankfully about half way through they must have noticed as it got turned off. Just struck me as though it was an employee playing a list of all their favourite songs and stuff the customers? The most disappointing thing however was the food. We ordered a lamb dinner. I am not being funny, I am not entirely sure we got lamb, it really didn't taste like any lamb I have ever had. Chewy, fully of fat, quite frankly, disgusting. I left half my plate. They gave us a mini jug each of gravy which was about enough to put on a saucer of food let alone a plate. We then got charged £45 which was not near what the menu prices stated (they state £6.99 for a lamb dinner), by this time we just wanted to get out so paid and will not be returning."

"I remember this place fondly as a favorite haunt, and it still holds a special place in my heart. However, I was disappointed to see that the beautiful mural on the wall had been painted over, replaced by a simple bird. The addition of a new walled garden at the front of the pub creates a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately, the recent storms have left the site in need of some repair. The prices were reasonable, and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, going above and beyond. It was a shame that the outdoor heating was not working during our visit, as it made for a chilly experience. Despite these minor issues, the company I was with made up for any inconveniences. It's been a while since I last visited and socialized here, and the cost of a quick pint was a bit of a shock to the wallet."
