"this was our first time at Reid’s. eating was really nice, steak was slightly underboiled (for medium rare, but less rare). my cocktail came after our starters arrived. I had to ask twice for the cocktail. the service was really poor, had to ask twice for the drink. when our head arrived, they forgot the garlic bread, so we had to ask and also had to ask for steak knives. the waiter didn't seem really interested. there were 3 large groups, however, so that we gave them the advantage of the doubt. not sure we're coming back."

Having been to Reid's on a Sunday it was like a different restaurant on a Saturday Night. The service was poor, having to ask for condiments and being constantly harassed to see if we wanted drinks. The noise was awful and the food quality poor.

I absolutely loved my visit to this restaurant! I organized a lunch with my friends and the staff was extremely accommodating. They were all friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and tidy, including the toilets. The prices were very reasonable, considering the high quality of the food we had. I would definitely go back for another meal.
