"I 'm not normally one for complaining but on this occasion I feel like I have to. I placed an order at the weekend through Just Eat (my 1st time using this method) and was informed that the estimated delivery time was 8pm, okay a 90 min wait which I could just about live with. As it turned out we waited 2 hours which I find totally unacceptable, the restaurant is a mile and a half away from where I live. When the meal arrived it was missing the onion Bhajis that we ordered. Rang the restaurant and was told we could knock it off our next meal, err I don 't think so. I stated we wanted them with our meal but apparently they were very busy and would deliver them as soon as possible, I 'm still waiting 2 days later. Thinking things couldn 't get any worse we plated our meals, well things did. The garlic supreme I ordered was supposed to have extensive use of garlic .....hmm, I think the chef, and I use the word chef loosely, forgot to add the garlic and the meal was not a good experience. My wife had a rogan josh, well a child 's sized portion anyway as the carton was only two thirds full at best. We also ordered a garlic nan and a peshwari nan, both which were so bland we thought they were just plain nan 's. A nightmare experience which spoilt our night, we won 't ever use the Nobin again, there are far superior restaurants in the area with better customer service. If I could have given no stars I would have done so."

"We went there for Sunday brunch to catch up with friends. I must give the place full marks for ambience and live jazz music. Setting is very pretty a mixture of modern western and Indian grandeur. Coming to food itself, drinks menu is very creative especially the way coconut water (currently very trendy) is exploited in various drinks. "I usually order from Pizza Italia without any issues, but recently I feel that their quality has declined. I have never had any problems before, but tonight I ordered a couple of wraps and unfortunately, my tikka wrap was stone cold and my friend's wrap was not hot either. After speaking with the manager, she insisted that the wraps were freshly made, but eventually agreed to replace them. However, when the replacement wraps arrived, I realized that the salad was also hot, indicating that it had been microwaved. I was very disappointed with this experience and although I was willing to forgive their mistake, I was surprised to find out that they had blocked me from ordering again after leaving a review. It seems that Pizza Italia is not open to feedback and opinions, as they continue to block customers for expressing their dissatisfaction. I have raised this issue with Foodhub in hopes of getting a refund and warning others to be cautious when ordering from this petty establishment."

"I was searching for a restaurant for a pre-theatre meal and a special place to celebrate my husband's birthday. The ambience and authenticity were fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, we opted for the set menu priced at £35 per person. The quality of the food was outstanding, but we wished there were more dishes and larger portions per person. For example, we ordered the teriyaki salmon and there was only one piece that we had to share. I felt that since we were paying per person, the portions should have been more equal. However, the dessert was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and visit again, but I would be more cautious with my food choices. It is a perfect location for a pre-theatre meal near the Royal Albert Hall."

"We went for a special banquet menu which was good value however did feel a little rushed e.g. a course arrived before we had finished the first one. The food was very tasty with adequate portions and the staff were willing to adjust seasoning in any individual dish. As a course either coffee or a dessert was offered, I think they should stick to coffee. The dessert offered was a slice of vienetta icecream with very poor squirty cream' on top! When paying the bill a tip was assumed as no change came back to the table. (Not good"

"Our first visit to a curry restaurant on Brick Lane was very enjoyable. We arrived at 10pm and found the restaurant starting to quiet down after a busy evening. We were warmly welcomed and received excellent service throughout our meal. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly. Our drinks arrived quickly, including a refreshing cold draught of Kingfisher beer. We started with classic dishes of Onion Bhajias and Prawn on Puri, followed by main courses of Chicken Tikka and Chicken Tikka Dhansak. We also had rice, Naan bread, and Tarka Dahl to accompany our meal. All the dishes were well-presented, perfectly spiced, and served in generous portion sizes. The restaurant had a lovely decor and ambiance, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant."

"We really enjoy this restaurant, however, I was disappointed with my choice of food (vegetable stew and greens) as it was too salty for my taste and I couldn't eat the greens. I suggest allowing customers to adjust the salt content to their liking. I mentioned this issue to our very friendly Australian waitress when returning the item. Overall, the food was good apart from this issue."

"The only complaint I have is that everything felt a bit worn out and not take care of. The menus were falling apart. The floor was sticky. The decor also felt a little off. Just looks like the person who owns it doesn’t really care all that much for it. But the chef we had was charming and the food was good. My kids loved it and I haven’t had tepanyaki in years. Overall a pleasant experience, just don’t walk in with high expectations."
