"I have frequented this restaurant many times in the past, but recently I have noticed a decline in quality. I decided to give them one last chance and ordered an extra large portion of Donner meat and chips. Unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. The amount of Donner meat was minimal, probably only about 10% of the dish. Essentially, I paid £7 for mostly chips. The prices have also increased significantly, while the portion sizes have become unreasonably small. This will be my final visit to this establishment."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fabulous Italian restaurant that offered a wonderful atmosphere, exceptional service, delicious food, and a beautiful staff. A group of six of us visited on Saturday night after attending the Abba Voyage performance, and to our delight, the staff played Abba music when they learned about our evening's plans! It was also my birthday, and although none of us mentioned it to the staff, they were attentive to our celebration and made my dessert extra special by presenting it with a huge candle. We had a fantastic night and will definitely return."

"We were pleased to find this place, and the food was great, the service warm and welcoming, with a decent wine list. But we won 't be back. Our starters mozzarella in carrozza, and sea scallops with pancetta, were superb, and portions were much larger than we 'd expected! We both had the 'special ' lemon sole, which was perfect. No space for desserts. We would 've stayed for coffee and grappas, but by that time, we 'd looked up the meaning of the word figa . I can 't give it, here you 'll have to look it up for yourselves. Just to say, there 's no pun, no witty wordplay; it 's simply a boorish and offensive term for part of a woman 's body. I 'd suggest a rebranding fast."

"Really nice early dinner start to a theatre evening .. we had 8 of us sharing the cheese and meat platters to start.. with olives and hummus and guacamole extra.. all delicious and delivered promptly..the shared platters also meant that we got bottles of either wine or Prosecco half price.. ok great!! I then had the vegan curry which was also yummy.. others had the mushrooms, chicken , and salads..all very delicious. We love Le Pain Quotidien .. for casual buzzy atmosphere and delicious bites ,plus excellent veggie options and can do about gluten free, and all at a very reasonable price, you can’t beat it!!"

"The initial 1st initial bill completed by the evening manager was incorrect by £10 extra than it should have been £48.40), due to the 2x desssert not taken off the final amount, due to QR code sent Prezzo via email and presented before ordering dessert, but the one pint of beer subtracted which shouldn’t have been. The 2nd revised bill, now the one pint of beer was added back on, and only one dessert was subtracted, when after the initial 1st bill, it was pointed out to the evening manager shown for the 3rd time that evening that both desserts at £7.95 should have been subtract front the bill and not just a single dessert, being an accountant, I even written on the bill that it should be no more than £48.40 1st bill £57.30, 2nd bill £56.35), it was a evening outing to celebrate a specially occasion, which was ruin, at the thought there were 10-12 other customer in pairs during our 2hr at the restaurant, and it clearly appear a deliberate overcharging tactic after highlighting the issue twice, totally disgusting behaviour of the manager, as even the male waiter confirmed upon seeing the free dessert QR code, it was final rectified at the 4th attempt, 10/12 customer every 2hour, on an 8hr shift clearly amount to a health margin mark up, customer definitely need to be vigilant on the final total bill, overall the service, food, alcohol, waiter and waitress were faultless, unfortunately same can’t be said about the manager who appeared to do the final bill for every customer."

"EDIT They did change it to a bolognaise wen I phoned but I still wouldn’t eat out here again. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a portion of macaroni cheese, pizza was undercooked and the macaroni cheese was as if it was made with powdered milk as the colour looked like it hadn’t seen a block of cheese! "As I have recently discovered I cannot eat Gluten I have been limited with choices at restaurants. I found that they have a large folder of which dishes are suitable for different types of allergies (this was useful) however there is not much choice (especially if you want to avoid gluten free bread aswell). I ordered a gluten free quiche dish which was overall pleasant. I was still quite hungry but did not get the chance to order anything else. The service needs improving in efficiency for such a busy location. I asked for some more hot water for teapot several times along with the menu to order some dessert but was unable to do so in the extra 40 minutes I had. Instead when I asked for the bill this was done rather quickly. I was left still feeling quite hungry and overall a little underwhelmed by the service."

"Our visit didn’t start out so well as we struggled to find the entrance! Some better signage would be good, especially as the doors aren’t marked and look more like a goods entrance! We were seated right opposite one set of doors and since they were automated we were blasted with cold air for a while each time someone came in or left. We thought it wasn’t worth asking to move since it was busy and now where better to put us, and that things would settle once the lunch covers were all in, but then people started cutting through to use the restaurant as a short cut to get into the hotel! This just spoiled the ambience for us as we were cold and ended up watching the door. The staff were however lovely and the food and drinks great. I realised afterwards that my main was listed on the menu (in its title) as having walnuts with it, but I didn’t get any with my dish so that was a shame (I’d have mentioned if I’d realised at the time). The Jerusalem artichoke soup, ricotta and truffle ravioli, and olive oil martini were our highlights, and we’d recommend."

"Table for four on a Thursday night, two of us had been before and enjoyed the food. Calf’s liver and mash..... no mash! Calf liver was undercooked although it was ordered cooked through. Slow cooked pork....not much taste and no crackling. Chicken pieces......a bit dry, not seasoned enough and served with a plane yoghurt dressing. We were not asked if we wanted any veg to accompany the meal. Starters were good."

"Owners need to sort this out. The review is regarding the deli only. I have visited multiple times for drinks and snacks on the go. The drinks are good. But my goodness the customer service is appalling. The staff there are so rude, they need training in customer service. Every time you go in, when you order you feel an inconvenience, they talk amongst themselves even when they are serving you especially when one is sat at the counter eating her lunch of breakfast. there is no eye contact. No friendly good morning or thank you. Just that’s £4.10. Really unprofessional. They don't even take care to remember your order. My partner goes in there multiple times a week and they never remember her order. She orders the same thing at least twice a week. No care or attention.say what you like about Costa and the likes but they remember your order. If it carries on I’ll avoid completely. Lots of other locals have said similar. Shame."

"This was my third visit and I loved it. They have the best brunch menu with breakfast and lunch choices and the waiters top your prosecco glass up very frequently! The service is great. Also, I love that it’s three courses as you feel it is good value for money and like a proper meal. One tip-lose the blue macaroon! :o)"

"the Christmas dinner has enjoyed us very much. for the first time eat in a restaurant for christmas and that supplied. also cocktails were pleasant. the food was enjoyed by all, we ordered various things - everyone remained happy and full. the music selection was perfect that we sing together, also perfect loudness. we asked about the type of caviar, they had no warning, but tried to say they did. would have been better to just say we don't know. more appropriate space between the guests so that we felt comfortable and had space to enjoy private sphere while in a common environment. would definitely be rebooking. might have listed the circumcisions for the most important courses on the Christmas menu before they were different depending on the meat they ordered, but was a beautiful surprise and delicious both."

"This restaurant in London serves the best vegan pizza. We ordered delivery and asked for no cheese. The pizzas were tasty, the delivery was quick, and the prices were very reasonable for such high quality food. Thank you! "Thought we would order an Italian meal tonight for a celebration. From reading the menu on Just Eat and Deliveroo, it came across as a nice restaurant..... silly me for not checking. We ordered Motzarella Fritta, Chilli Bites and the Calamari to share.. Thick battered calamari rubbery rings, chewy Motzarella blocks. The chilli bites were okay. Then we had Penne Diavola and Spaghetti Frutti De Mare... My spaghetti was over cooked and mushy aswell as the generic mixed seafood bits and both mains had the same tomato sauce.... The reviews of the pizzas seem okay so probably better as a pizza takeaway rather than offering other mediocre Italian dishes. For £30 something pounds I wish I had looked further into the reviews and gone elsewhere..."
