"I have frequented this restaurant many times in the past, but recently I have noticed a decline in quality. I decided to give them one last chance and ordered an extra large portion of Donner meat and chips. Unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. The amount of Donner meat was minimal, probably only about 10% of the dish. Essentially, I paid £7 for mostly chips. The prices have also increased significantly, while the portion sizes have become unreasonably small. This will be my final visit to this establishment."

"Sergio’s is a fantastic experience all the way around, it starts first with the people. Friendly and personable. Dottie, Kasha, Hamza were attentive and engaging. We cannot say enough good things about them. We began our evening with a glass of Prosecco, accompanied with a mixed variety of olives w/ bright sliced citrus enhancing the flavors, which was perfect to snack. Along with the seafood salad: perfectly tender octopus, squid, mussels and clams. For our main course we enjoyed the evening special: king prawns w/spicy linguine. The prawns were split, and were nearly as large as your hand. The Veal Limone, a mainstay on the menu was tender and accompanied with shaved Parmesan and crisp arugula greens. We closed out the evening with an espresso and limoncello while sharing a delightful chat with Dottie. Her personality radiated, she was so welcoming and engaging which truly made you feel like family. Highly recommend you make Sergios part of your London journey, if you’re looking for authentic Italian with a neighborhood vibe, you’ve truly found the right place!"

"I absolutely love this, I tried both the main dinner menu and the buffet lunch and both were amazing. the Italian and Indian food is really authentic, the personal is beautiful and the chefs really know what they do. the decor inside is beautiful lush fabrics and a warm comfortable environment. the buffet every day is a fantastic place to take a fast business meeting and fast lunch and the weekend is perfect for a family day. so far I was only for work in mumbai milano, but I am very pleased to visit her Sunday bread buffet with my family. all in all I am quite impressed by this place and look forward to going back!"

"We were pleased to find this place, and the food was great, the service warm and welcoming, with a decent wine list. But we won 't be back. Our starters mozzarella in carrozza, and sea scallops with pancetta, were superb, and portions were much larger than we 'd expected! We both had the 'special ' lemon sole, which was perfect. No space for desserts. We would 've stayed for coffee and grappas, but by that time, we 'd looked up the meaning of the word figa . I can 't give it, here you 'll have to look it up for yourselves. Just to say, there 's no pun, no witty wordplay; it 's simply a boorish and offensive term for part of a woman 's body. I 'd suggest a rebranding fast."

"The initial 1st initial bill completed by the evening manager was incorrect by £10 extra than it should have been £48.40), due to the 2x desssert not taken off the final amount, due to QR code sent Prezzo via email and presented before ordering dessert, but the one pint of beer subtracted which shouldn’t have been. The 2nd revised bill, now the one pint of beer was added back on, and only one dessert was subtracted, when after the initial 1st bill, it was pointed out to the evening manager shown for the 3rd time that evening that both desserts at £7.95 should have been subtract front the bill and not just a single dessert, being an accountant, I even written on the bill that it should be no more than £48.40 1st bill £57.30, 2nd bill £56.35), it was a evening outing to celebrate a specially occasion, which was ruin, at the thought there were 10-12 other customer in pairs during our 2hr at the restaurant, and it clearly appear a deliberate overcharging tactic after highlighting the issue twice, totally disgusting behaviour of the manager, as even the male waiter confirmed upon seeing the free dessert QR code, it was final rectified at the 4th attempt, 10/12 customer every 2hour, on an 8hr shift clearly amount to a health margin mark up, customer definitely need to be vigilant on the final total bill, overall the service, food, alcohol, waiter and waitress were faultless, unfortunately same can’t be said about the manager who appeared to do the final bill for every customer."

"We visited Groucho for the first time yesterday and were served by Ritchellyn who was AMAZING!!! They were so attentive and lovely and really made our whole experience there so relaxing as we were celebrating with a friend. "As I have recently discovered I cannot eat Gluten I have been limited with choices at restaurants. I found that they have a large folder of which dishes are suitable for different types of allergies (this was useful) however there is not much choice (especially if you want to avoid gluten free bread aswell). I ordered a gluten free quiche dish which was overall pleasant. I was still quite hungry but did not get the chance to order anything else. The service needs improving in efficiency for such a busy location. I asked for some more hot water for teapot several times along with the menu to order some dessert but was unable to do so in the extra 40 minutes I had. Instead when I asked for the bill this was done rather quickly. I was left still feeling quite hungry and overall a little underwhelmed by the service."

"Our visit didn’t start out so well as we struggled to find the entrance! Some better signage would be good, especially as the doors aren’t marked and look more like a goods entrance! We were seated right opposite one set of doors and since they were automated we were blasted with cold air for a while each time someone came in or left. We thought it wasn’t worth asking to move since it was busy and now where better to put us, and that things would settle once the lunch covers were all in, but then people started cutting through to use the restaurant as a short cut to get into the hotel! This just spoiled the ambience for us as we were cold and ended up watching the door. The staff were however lovely and the food and drinks great. I realised afterwards that my main was listed on the menu (in its title) as having walnuts with it, but I didn’t get any with my dish so that was a shame (I’d have mentioned if I’d realised at the time). The Jerusalem artichoke soup, ricotta and truffle ravioli, and olive oil martini were our highlights, and we’d recommend."

"Table for four on a Thursday night, two of us had been before and enjoyed the food. Calf’s liver and mash..... no mash! Calf liver was undercooked although it was ordered cooked through. "Owners need to sort this out. The review is regarding the deli only. I have visited multiple times for drinks and snacks on the go. The drinks are good. But my goodness the customer service is appalling. The staff there are so rude, they need training in customer service. Every time you go in, when you order you feel an inconvenience, they talk amongst themselves even when they are serving you especially when one is sat at the counter eating her lunch of breakfast. there is no eye contact. No friendly good morning or thank you. Just that’s £4.10. Really unprofessional. They don't even take care to remember your order. My partner goes in there multiple times a week and they never remember her order. She orders the same thing at least twice a week. No care or attention.say what you like about Costa and the likes but they remember your order. If it carries on I’ll avoid completely. Lots of other locals have said similar. Shame."
