"In the end, we opted for breakfast since we were starving, but later that day, we found it impossible to secure a place for Christmas dinner. Consequently, we had to settle for room service at our hotel around the corner, which was incredibly disappointing. Moreover, while we were there, the staff at 11 Cadogan Gardens appeared overwhelmed with preparations for the Christmas meal. We had to ask for basic items, such as a fork; it took five minutes after our breakfast was delivered for someone to check on us. I ordered a mimosa and was served a flute of orange juice that tasted like it had no champagne in it. To my surprise, ten minutes later, I received a separate flute of champagne! Apparently, I was supposed to mix them myself, but no one communicated that to me. While breakfast was acceptable, it definitely wasn’t worth the equivalent of around $75 USD."

"I'm afraid to say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone , was left completely fuming with the service , the food and the overall approach by the staff at cafe football!! The so called manager Gabrielle or whatever her name is was rude from start to finish we booked our table for the Fa cup final but was told he had under two hours to eat and leave and couldn't extend our stay , the waiters were clueless and didn't understand why we wanted drinks after being seated for half hour im pretty sure it's human rights to be able to order a drink in a so called restaurant , the starters were below par and questionable , the Mains we ordered weren't what we asked for and when asking the so called manager why she couldn't be bothered to answer our questions , so I'm afraid to say after visiting cafe football before I wouldn't come back even if you paid me disgusting and I will be getting in touch with trading standards as we found dirty cuttery and glasses on our table and not even a sorry from staff very little care from all at cafe football!!! "The place was nice and we was seated at our table, we had to ask for a Drinks Menu. We ordered our meals, starters and mains, the starters were nice apart from the scotch egg which had no runny egg( but was told beforehand that this was down to the bird flu) we ordered the OX cheek, 2 Wagu burgers and a fillet steak.. the ox cheek was very nice.. however the 2 wagu burgers, we wasn't even asked how we would like these before ordering and to come out and they were both burnt!.. The fillet steak was ok, but the meat had been cut in half to see if they had cooked it correct..the only reason we didn't complain is that we were receiving the food at 50%... the service wasnt the best.. TBH I dont normally write reveiws but Felt I had to on this occasion"

"Came for a birthday lunch with in-laws but wasn’t the experience we were hoping for due to private event in conservatory making it noisy and disruptive . The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate us by moving our table but overall the service lacked attention due to the event. I think restaurants should let it be known in advance when they have events as it’s not the same experience."

"We were the first table to arrive for lunch. Started well with drink and food orders then all went down hill. We ordered 4 dishes between the 4 of us. Mine and my daughters order arrived and we waited for my husbands order but it was slow coming out so we started and both were cold and bland. We had finished our food and the last dishes still hadn’t arrived. It was 10 minuets after we had finished before my husbands arrived which he said was good in their defence. After a long wait they came to clear our plates and no pudding menu was offered so eventually we asked for coffee and was told they didn’t serve coffee I haven’t come across a restaurant that doesn’t serve coffee before. There was no apology for the delay and the restaurant didn’t start to fill up until after we had finished so don’t understand why the food and service was so bad. There are lots of restaurants in London so on this performance I wouldn’t recommend going to Mole."

"hi, we loved our visit. my friend and I have been shown to a great table very privately situated. I forgot to mention when I sat that I needed a gluten-free menu. the menu was fantastic with all the allergens abbreviated on the main menu and dessert menu. we have given bread. I asked for gluten-free. the staff was very attentive and I got warm, very tasty gf brot. I felt the weeping list was overpriced at £7 for a 125ml prosecco. So I only drank Tunic water and overpriced 125ml at £4.95 for white wine. the food was presented very well. nice eating. great service. not rushed. was very busy, but it was well managed. felt desserts were good at £6-8 per price. but we left after a main course very satisfied and full."
