"The place was nice and we was seated at our table, we had to ask for a Drinks Menu. We ordered our meals, starters and mains, the starters were nice apart from the scotch egg which had no runny egg( but was told beforehand that this was down to the bird flu) we ordered the OX cheek, 2 Wagu burgers and a fillet steak.. the ox cheek was very nice.. however the 2 wagu burgers, we wasn't even asked how we would like these before ordering and to come out and they were both burnt!.. The fillet steak was ok, but the meat had been cut in half to see if they had cooked it correct..the only reason we didn't complain is that we were receiving the food at 50%... the service wasnt the best.. TBH I dont normally write reveiws but Felt I had to on this occasion"

Excellent food. Except for the lead waiter bothering us with questions on where are we from and bothering us, the rest was great.

Good food but service was slow. Had to call someone over to take our order then again to ask for our drinks which never arrived. Food was good and good value with 50% off but wouldn't be happy if paying full price.

The pre theatre menu is fantastic value for money. My friend and I chose different dishes to each other and couldn’t fault any of them. Too hard to pick a favourite. All were beautifully presented and service was excellent. View menu

What a great find. Went there for a pre-theatre meal. Excellent value for money. Good selection of meals and drinks very reasonably priced. Food delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Really liked it. Will now be on my list of favourites. Will recommend and definitely go again.

Visited for pre show dinner. Service efficient and friendly. Food apart from the dessert arrived quickly. Food tasty, starters of crab and vegetarian option, followed by ox cheek. Raspberry sorbet was very good. Minor issue with the bill initially double charged for the set menu!

For a theater outing, this restaurant offers excellent value and generous portions to keep you satisfied throughout the show. While drinks can be somewhat pricey, the location in the heart of the West End makes it understandable. The staff was also friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. View menu

It was a little disappointing, we booked the 50% off deal, the starters are £12 each and the fillet steak about £35. Unfortunately the scotch egg was hard boiled (and I think pre-prepared), the steak over cooked and the Mac cheese cold. We had to push a bit to get our 50% off the steak (it was stated as included on open table) but to be fair they did give us a free drink. I’ve been before when it had just opened and had a nice experience so we may have just been unlucky but I probably wouldn’t go again, it was 3* for me but there are a lot of other choices in the area.

Second visit here for a pre-theatre evening meal. Worried that the initial burst of enthusiasm experienced pre-Christmas is waning. The downstairs appeared out of use (Friday evening). We waited 15 minutes before we lost patience and grabbed a passing member of staff to take a drinks order. The food was tasty and well presented but when our menus were planted by the receptionist no mention was made of items not available, so one of our party who wanted the burrata was disappointed when the waiter returned to say it was unavailable. I'lll monitor future reviews before deciding if I'll return
