"what a fabulous place, amazing friendly staff could not do enough for them. I think we cost more free samples of ice cream than we actually ordered. any taste they can think of, and possibly some that they don't. super clean, well personalized and fast service 3 very happy little youngs, mami, daddy and nanny. crepes were to die for honeycomb raspberry sorbet .Next visit already planned for tomorrow."

"The two employees who were present, Gemma and Alicia, were nice and friendly. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent; everything arrived quickly. However, there was another woman who came out from the back and seemed to be intimidating one of the staff members while she was talking to them. From what I could see, she appeared to be quite condescending."

"A great selection of ice creams, but that 's about it for gluten free options. Slightly worrying that I had to explain to the staff what is meant by gluten free , and there seemed to be no understand of the concept of cross contamination. The place has a slightly run down feel to it too, giving the feel of a kebab house at 2am on a Saturday morning. The food finally arrived for my partner, after being served to another customer. Probably won 't be coming back."

"Omg this place is amazing! Forget the big ice-cream chains, this is the place to go. They have a massive selection of homemade gelato ice-cream, which is the best I've ever tried to be honest and I've been to italy! Two very welcoming and friendly owners here, always smiling and chatty. I've been three times and should venture out on their lovely looking food and drinks menu but just can't stop eating their gelato! Highly recommended! 5stars all round!"

"it has an extensive menu of ice creams, cakes, cheesecakes, pancakes to waffle, small and large portions. there is also a release menu. they also take away, so if they cannot end their dessert, they can take it home. it is a small and long and as extra seat down. the beverage menu is more limited, but includes all basic and milk shakes. most of the choices include chocolate and popular choices can run out to busy times. my photo is a non-chocolate choice, and from the cookie area."

"Fantastic food (huge selection we couldn’t make our minds up there were so many great things to choose from), great service and really helpful staff. It was easy to order and to amend the desserts so they were perfect for us. Have been to other places where this has seemed too hard for them to accommodate but not here. Can’t fault it. "1.0 rubbish Maker and Waitress (Former Employee) Wembley 11 April 2019 unfriendly, poor pay, unsanitary. the way that the staff were talked to was completely absurd and they were even using gone off food at one point. they allowed children to burn their hands on the cookie dough plates a month ago The WORST experience ever. We ordered pistachio ice cream in cone and the nuts were out dated. My partner got sick due to that. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Spent £45 on ice cream and milkshakes for the whole family but when asked if they could fill my water bottle up they said no. Why do I have to waste more money and plastic???? Staff were all running round but the service wasn’t very good. Never going back. Today's visit Came to treatz today with my daughters and partner and I wanted to go toilet and he refused me unless we ordered, which we was ordering Dry and tasteless cakes. No tap water Popped in for a treat and was disappointed to be told that tap water was not an option so I ended up spending £6 on three bottles of water. "We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at this restaurant with 11 family members. The staff was absolutely incredible and deserves all the credit for their friendliness and helpfulness. They even went out of their way to surprise our daughter with a milkshake for her special day.
