"A unsettling experience. The shop itself is very outdated and falling apart. It was very badly lit and a strange man was sitting in a dark corner staring at anyone who entered. The staff seemed annoyed by the fact that customers had entered and were not welcoming. I ordered some tango ice blasts which seemed to have been watered down with limited flavour and mostly ice. Unfortunately I will not be returning"

"First visit yesterday. Got booked in at short notice. The shop has a lovely look and was very clean. The counter is a silly height as previously mentioned but that didn't cause me any issue. I had a crepe and my friend had a waffle, both were delicious. Lots of topping and came with lovely ice cream. I got a piece of cake to take away for my partner, the cake was really light and tasty, the buttercream on it was a bit odd but overall nice. Will go here again"

"0 Star Waited a whole hour for a few milkshakes, wish I had read reviews before ordering. Update: the lady called me and started raising her voice at me , because I left a review, last words were “bullsh*t” and hung up , zero professionalism, narcissistic, i would definitely advice avoiding these guys or you will have issues. AVOID LIKE COVID. Very narcissistic owner, requires professional customer service training, did not expect her to use abusive language, I hope children and families dont witness her behaviour, absolutely disgusting."

"I finally had the chance to visit this restaurant with my little brother and sister. It was a quiet Sunday night, but we still had to wait for about 20 minutes before being seated. Only 2 other tables were waiting for their food, as the others had already been served. Ordering was simple, but it seemed like delivery orders took priority. My sister and I felt like something was missing from the atmosphere, perhaps some nice background music would have helped. The desserts and drinks were delicious and left us feeling satisfied. A visit to a dessert shop should feel special, but unfortunately the overall atmosphere and customer service at this restaurant did not quite meet expectations. I rated the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars solely for the food. If they can improve on the other aspects, I would gladly recommend this place to friends and family. I hope to visit again on another day to see if the experience is better."

"Selected low scores and the actual reason is that despite travelling for hours, paying to stay in a top notch London hotel and expecting to be able to dine at the restaurant I had booked weeks before, we were turned away at the door because Lurch the doorman' who looked like he was itching to break out his yellow belt in Judo, decided to be a jobs-worth about ID. My girlfriend is 23, so we are not talking about a situation with someone being close to 18 or even looking 18. But because they decided she looked under 25' (if you're aged 23 but look 28 you'd probably be ok) they refused to budge. Incidentally, my girlfriend happened to have a photo of her ID, but they wouldn't accept that. They insisted it needed to be the physical ID. Rude and obnoxious doorman and management unwilling to use their discretion."

"In my opinion, this is the best Chinese takeout in Aberdeen. However, the service can be inconsistent, ranging from excellent to only average. Today, I had only two prawns in my curry, whereas in the past week there were at least 7 or 8. I also had an extra dish added to my order without my consent and was charged extra for it. When I asked about the price, the staff member seemed disgruntled."

"Unlike the name would suggest, this restaurant isn’t completely vegan and they do serve meat and other animal products as well. Staff was polite but I wouldn’t call them friendly. The place didn’t feel inviting because it’s small and pretty minimal. Vegan menu has a lot of options and not just vegan burgers like most places. I had the teriyaki tofu with veggies and the pumpkin soup and the mini red velvet cake. They were good, but nothing really special though. "Horrible. All desserts are pre made and stuck in a big oven for 5-10 minutes to warm up before serving (my partner took a video, which I will upload) Thought we would stop here for some dessert. Ordered an Oreo milkshake, Oreo waffles and churros, we got the milkshake after around 10 minutes which my partner said was okay but nothing special, waited around 20ish minutes for the other two items, had one bite out the churros which was solid like a brick and had no flavour at all, absolute disgusting I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. My partner had one bite of his waffles and it just broke up and was soggy as anything, we returned the food back and spoke to the guy quietly to tell him we wasn’t happy and would like a refund to which he got a lady to come and she took the bag away with the remaining food. The lady come back and told us she will refund for the churros and could see where we was coming from, she said she wasn’t refunding for the waffles as apparently my partner had ate half. My partner had to take the box and ask at least 6 customers waiting for their desserts if it looked like half he had ate which they all agreed with us that it was one bite. The lady finally agreed to refund us for the waffles also but told us we had to wait until closing time. Definitely won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Loved the cool decor. Nice furnishings and a light airy space. A comfortable casual feel. I visited first for an excellent cappuccino in the morning prior to visiting Kew Gardens (the coffee is much better here). There also were gorgeous cakes including an amazing lemon meringue pie. Pleasant, friendly efficient staff. I returned for lunch. The choice is very varied and their very modern breakfasts are available all day. I opted for folded eggs (a large portion of sort of folded very thin omlette), with roasted tomatoes and feta and smoked salmon sides. All were very generous portions. Their house rose was very good and well priced. I would definitely return."

"I had never been to this restaurant before and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the salmon cream cheese bagel, while my friend ordered a breakfast bagel. We were both impressed by the quality of the bagels and will definitely return to this restaurant when we are in Wembley next. Thumbs up from us!"
