So cant choose quantity u want and what u want more or less and feel uncomfortable to go for a 2nd helping . "We are regular customers of Scoops and usually order through JustEat or UberEats without any issues. However, this time we decided to pay cash and ordered directly from the store. Despite calling twice, we did not receive an apology for the slow service. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our 4 desserts, which is the longest wait we've ever experienced. It was late on a Sunday night, and we have ordered at that time before without any problems. We recommend ordering through JustEat or UberEats for faster service."

"Famous for its all-day breakfasts, I was delighted to be invited to this restaurant by a friend. We visited on a Sunday and it was packed. We managed to snag the last available table and noticed that others had to wait for at least thirty minutes to be seated. A quick glance at the menu revealed that they offer a unique twist on classic breakfast dishes. Personally, I appreciate the variety as I often find myself bored with the same options on every breakfast/brunch menu in town."

"Fantastic!!!! Staff really friendly and even gave me complimentary dishes as I had gone two days in a row. Can't fault anything. Only complaint is that the portions are too big; don't eat anything before visiting as you will definitely be full. Highly recommend this awesome place. The £21.99 platter is a real good deal. You get the hot and cold meze starter, platter of meats with rice, dessert of your choice and tea or coffee. The second time I just had the mixed grill and that too was good value at £12.99."

"to be a good Indian/Pakistani restaurant in the center of curry mile, they must stand out and young do them protrude. as soon as they enter, the decor will transport them to another place. the location is illuminated by an eclectic group of lights of different shapes and colors, and the walls are covered with sensory overloading posters and color. the service is also excellent! the personal is very friendly, and the restaurant is allergic friendly by listing all common allergens beside each item and the personal ensures that all their allergen needs are visited. the food was A-OK. it was not the biggest Indian (or indo-Chinese) eating that I had, but it was quite delicious! I had the vegetable peppers, which is much more than soy sauce, and the sweet pepperini, where the vegetables are grilled with masala before putting the sandwich together. both options were great! I also had a strawberry cocktail that was sweet and sour, crisp and refreshing. If you're craving for an Indian eating that has a fusion dragon, I'd look past it!"

"excellent service. very personal service by the recipeist and restaurant nafiza, which was efficient and friendly. the food was super, fresh and well cooked. the restaurant and the bar and other facilities are excellent. the ground for 3 stars for ambiente, however, is the restaurant lighting too bright and there should be background music. the conversation with others was very audible. Low-level music helps mask talks and more so forces people to talk calmer. the lighting did not help as it was at full brightness level, so it was not relaxed and other guests thought they were at home and talked very loud. I hope that this can be fixed, as this is very slight excitement, but the restaurant will transform. we are coming back to the final."

"I was aimlessly wandering around and came upon this gem in a neighborhood lined with pretty shops and gorgeous homes. It seems to be frequented by local residents, which was exactly what I was looking for, and it has a little shop that sells fruits, vegetables, pasta, olive oils, etc. I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese, which was perfectly cooked, hot and topped with just the right amount of parmesan. The meat sauce has to be the recipe from someone's little, old nonna. It was out of this world. I couldn't finish it so I took the leftovers to go along with a scrumptious piece of strawberry cheesecake and a bag filled with oil, vinegar, chips and sweets! Thank you, James I wish I knew how to spell your real name!!"

Today unfortunately there was a delay in delivery due to driver issues, I had to phone up to find this out as wasn’t informed however the politeness from staff on phone and on delivery made it all better. They gifted us a item too due to the delay which we thought was really nice. We had contact with what I think is the manager (tall, blond ish hair during our last visit and he was extremely friendly, and helpful and i felt like he truly cared about customer experience, not just profit. "I must say that I was looking for a place to enjoy some comforting pudding, and although it wasn't my original choice, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were all friendly, hardworking, and a delight to be served by. I received a warm welcome and ordered the sticky toffee pudding and a delicious mango blast (mango banana smoothie), both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, beautiful music, and a variety of tasty treats. I also discovered that they have a restaurant on the premises, which I will definitely visit on my next trip. This was my first time in Aberdeen, and I am so glad I found this gem. I sincerely hope for their continued success and encourage everyone to give it their all and believe in their dreams. "My wife, 16 year old son and I popped in here for a drink on a Saturday evening. It was not very busy but still took about 10 minutes to get served at the bar. The first drinks were ok but when I got the next round I noticed it was considerably more than the previous one for a very similar round.It took five minutes to get acknowledged by the bar staff, including the girl who had just served me. Thankfully, I had paid by card and kept my receipt, although it didn 't show the actual drinks ordered. The manager offered to take it upstairs to the office to check it out by said there was no need as all I needed to know was the price of the drinks I had been charged for.Eventually it transpired that I had been charged £2.90 for a small glass of lemonade for my son, almost as much as I had been charged for a pint of beer. I told the manager that I considered that to be a rip off but she explained that the glass could be refilled free of charge. This wasn 't made clear to my wife who had bought the first round. The manager apologised but said I had been charged correctly. I was still fuming and gave her every opportunity to rectify the situation but she stuck rigidly to the rule book. When I told here that it was her choice but to expect to see the review on social media, she said that was unfair as I had been correctly charged.I object to this practice as it would appear to be ripping off families but worse still, it is encouraging children to drink vast quantities of sweet sugary drinks with long term health implications.Looking at the reviews on here, it appears that I am not the only one who thinks this place is awful. I cannot recall having visited an establishment that has more Terrible reviews than any other category."

"A our stay was a last minute decision to avoid the snow in the west of England before our ferry crossing to Rotterdam. The Holiday Inn Hull Marina, was in an extremely convenient location for us. It was dog friendly and all the staff were so lovely. The hotel itself was clean, though showing its age and quite noisy (doors could not be closed quietly for example. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was particularly good and we were very well looked after by Lauren and Louis. Service: 5"

"Popped in for an adhoc lunch having not been to a Harvester for some time since our local one closed. Pleasantly surprised by the superb standard of service and cleanliness. Excellent menu and food served was delivered promptly and piping hot. Definitely the best experience we've had at a Harvester...we'll certainly be back. Dan (the manager) and the whole team could not have been friendlier or more attentive. Vegetarian options: Good varied choice of veggie options. I'm a creature of habit and usually pick the same thing when eating out but there's lots to choose from that I will be trying on future visits!"

"Avoid this place at all costs. Their food is overpriced, the staff are rude and the portions are terrible. We ordered a waffle and a cookie dough via Just Eat. We then received a phone call to say they didn 't have ingredients for the waffle so we had to choose another that was equal or lower value. The waffle we chose was one of the higher price ones, and the only others we could pick were all lower value, so they basically overcharged us. Now if you don 't have the ingredients, either remove the item from the menu or don 't accept the order in the first place! The woman we spoke to was extremely rude and short with us when it was there fault the issue occurred. We went with a cheaper waffle as we had little other choice. Next came the VERY long wait for it to arrive, only to find we were missing ice cream. The waffle 's description said it was 'topped with strawberries ', it was topped with HALF A STRAWBERRY! Absolutely pathetic. £8 for a waffle and they could even throw in a few strawberries. I called up and was greeted with the same rude woman from before who wasn 't helpful in the slightest and was told to email their manager instead. I decided not to bother and I 'm assuming they would be just as rude and helpful as their staff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! There are 100 better places to buy deserts in Cardiff."

"We arrived at the Harvester early for our 2030 booking. The man greeting us at the door gave us a run down of the current COVID related procedures to follow and were then shown to our table . We sat down and waited at least half hour , while a server literally sped past us to all other tables to attend to their requests . It felt like he was deliberately ignoring us. In the end my Dad got up to speak to one of the staff we had noticed that they were clearing things away from the salad buffet.Eventually, a friendly server came by and apologised for the lack of service , and promptly took our orders and sent for another server to escort us to the salad bar. The server that was sent was abrupt and a little rude. We got drinks and starters and then waited for the main meal. I had ordered a meal with steak as did my Mum and when the mains arrived , the server informed me that the meal he put in front of me was “non well done”and he put the well done meal in front of my mum. The opposite was true but he left by that time. The taking of the payment was very prompt compared to everything else that evening, due to the current COVID closing times overall the end of the meal was better than the rest of the evening."
