Having completed our meal we went for a drink in the bar and got roped in to doing the 80 ,s quiz.The girl organising the quiz made us feel totally welcome and was a definite asset to the pub.

Celebrated 16th and GCSE results. Food great fresh and lots of choice. We were served by Fern. She was very helpful and made the meal special. Would recommend to anyone don't understand other reviews. Thank you

Booked a table for 7pm and shown to table on arrival then had to wait 45 mins before they took our order food arrived quickly very well presented and hot staff very friendly only complaint was having to wait so long for service

Absolutely awful experience. Took 20 mins to get drinks. Wrap my partner had tasted awful and no refund or alternative offered- she didn’t eat any of it. Staff just on mobile phones. Windows are all dirty. Never had a harvester so bad! Never coming back

Just got back from a meal Sunday lunchtime.James was our waiter and he was fantastic, our baby has allergies and he dealt with it brilliantly, checking the allergy folder and double checking things with the chef before triple checking with me to check our son remains safe!! Very much appreciated. (Much better service than Stonehouse carvery)Food was cooked fresh and quickly .

Went here for a meal tonight asked for a large orange cordial received a half pint glass placed orders told the spit roast chickens would be 45 minutes so ordered something else chickens were taken out 10 minutes later salad bar was appauling hardly any salad ran out of bread rolls earlier in the day my meal of fish and chips came out hardly any chips you'd of thought we'd of learnt a lesson from the last time when it was equally rubbish I don't no how the place still has customers

we waited 2 hours for a table when we just came to the table, they said that they had no ribs that were annoying after we had waited for that long, and after we ordered some extras where forget, then we got desserts there was no icecream. that are 99% of all gloomy when we talked to the manager, she has been telling us about these cursed things. I'm an enthusiastic harvester fan, but that was the worst experience from this chain, after this since 730 we've finished around 1035. this harvester should really look into the customer service and if they want a good meal and at night they will not go to this pub.

I have visited the restaurant before and had a fairly standard experience. On this occasion myself and 3 others went for the breakfast and was just purely disappointed, they seemed to be running out of everything and giving no apologies. Myself and my 3 friends had the displeasure of being served by “Deb”. It took the staff about 15minutes to even notice we had seated ourselves as no one had acknowledged 4 customers standing in plain sight. Members staff repeatedly walked past us without even saying hello. My wife, 16 year old son and I popped in here for a drink on a Saturday evening. It was not very busy but still took about 10 minutes to get served at the bar. The first drinks were ok but when I got the next round I noticed it was considerably more than the previous one for a very similar round.It took five minutes to get acknowledged by the bar staff, including the girl who had just served me. Thankfully, I had paid by card and kept my receipt, although it didn 't show the actual drinks ordered.
