"I have tried the best karak chai ever at this restaurant. I am a fan of its sweet taste and the perfectly balanced sugar in the drink. The restaurant also offers an amazing selection of cakes and sweets. The atmosphere is great and they stay open late every day, making it one of the best places to meet up late at night outside of pubs, closing at 1:30 AM."

"Firstly the staff were very nice, the food is also very nice, the negative point would be that there is no one to arrange for you to sit, when tables were free, I was with my husband and my child, we're waiting for seats, some ladies came after us and sat down on two seat to make sure they got table when the people got up, One of the girl from that group even said they are a family waiting for seat to which she replied that's their luck, they should have their seats, we didn't want to intrude others eating that's why weren't jumping on seats, but aside from that I would definitely say this place a try."

"Honestly the fish and chips was nice but the order was wrong twice! Ordered honey krona with pilau rice the first time the driver came he gave me the curry but no rice I got chips and cheese instead then when we phoned and told them about the mix up they sent me plain rice. By the time the rice got here my korma was cold."

"Was recommended this place by a friend. We have used Cafe Indus but this place just shines far brighter. Staff we’re all really friendly, attentive and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. But the food was fantastic especially the garlic chilli lamb, and vegetable Karai. Thr poppadums, pickle tray, bhajis, rice and breads were all delicious. A lovely experience and we’ve found our new home !!!"

"The nicest halal Indian restaurant I've been to in a very long time. Firstly the kids menu was the best I've seen, 4 short chicken skewers with rice, a drink and ice-cream for £9. It was a very generous portion. We selected a range from the menu: the butter chicken was spicy more of tikka masala but excellent nevertheless, chicken biryani oddly didn't have any vegetables yet still hit the spot, lamb shank melted in the mouth, aubergine dish was a nice veggie addition. Sticky toffee pudding with caramel ice-cream... wow! Two please. Nice ending to the evening was that service charge was not added, a nice surprise. Excellent friendly waiters. I've been to Gordon Ramsay next door and I have to say this place is 200x better. Would definitely go back. Recommended."

"My friend, who is a consultant doctor, and I decided to visit this restaurant based on the outstanding reviews we had read in the past two weeks. However, our experience was quite different from what we had expected. The car park was free and spacious, but the toilets were not well-maintained and the waiter was not very helpful in guiding us to them. The dining area was lovely, but the music was too loud. The service was unprofessional and lacked precision, with a few errors in our order. The food was okay, with some dishes being overcooked and the portion sizes varying. Overall, for the price we paid, the poor service and mixed food quality, I don't think we will be returning to this restaurant."

"The food is consistent in quality, not amazing but nothing inedible. The highlight for sure was the matka gosht, cooked well, the meat was tender and sauce flavourful, if you pay a visit then order this for sure, along with a paratha or three. We also had a tava chicken which went down well. The machle la jawab is essentially chip shop masala fish served in your standard curry house base gravy. Lassawala gosht promises a lot but definitely does not live up to the hype. Everything on the mixed grill was overcooked and dry. The chefs need to revisit this for sure, some pieces like the tandoori chicken were left pretty much untouched, that's how tough and dry it was. The lowlight of the visit was nearly throwing up after smelling the mint sauce bottle. The waiter then told me that he had just filled it that morning and it was impossible for it to be off. Of course, he then smelt it himself and took it away promptly... The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable with a good atmosphere. Toilets are fit for human use (unlike the facilities in so many restaurants in Brum these days). Price is very reasonable."

"My first visit to chaiwala 100% will be my last .. the food tasted like it was made a week ago just heated. The pav bhaji had absolutely no taste the chicken tikka was hard, rubbery, and tasted like it had been cooked days ago.. the chips were cold had a load of ketchup poured over the top. I was so disappointed after spending nearly £20 did not touch any of it. Your standards are way below expected you really do need to sort this out. The worst experience ever I will not be returning. Was my first last visit"

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aamchi Mumbai, and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This restaurant consistently delivers amazing food, impeccable service, and undoubtedly provides the best dining experience every time. The exceptional food alone does not guarantee a memorable dining experience. What truly sets Aamachi Mumbai apart is their unparalleled service. The staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring that guests have a remarkable time. From the moment I stepped foot inside the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my visit exceptional . The level of professionalism combined with their friendly and welcoming demeanor created an atmosphere that made me feel valued as a customer. No matter how many times I've visited, I have always been treated to the same outstanding service and exceptional food. This level of consistency speaks volumes about the dedication and commitment of the restaurant's team. In conclusion, Aamchi india is a Resturant where amazing food, outstanding service, and an unforgettable experience come together seamlessly. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a night out with loved ones, or simply seeking a memorable dining experience, Aamchi Mumbai is the place to be. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who appreciates gastronomic delights and top-notch hospitality."

"Cambridge Gourmet Grill is the only fully Halal (HMC-sourced) restaurant in the city and offers a variety of options that range from burgers to peri peri grill and curries The good thing about them is their generosity. With large portions, the food is wholesome, hearty...and tasty, and relatively affordable too. They also seem to be super ambitious given both their investment in a Josper grill, and their very own Android app, which offers even more savings. "Good food, authentic taste, fantastic place to eat out with family and friends. I had a great experience however what did bother me though was the manager at woodlands on Sunday 17th. He was so rude to the girl serving us and to this lady who was walking aided by her assistant and a stick. She was trying to go to the restroom and cause woodlands Marylebone doesn't have a wheelchair access toilet she had to climb a few stairs! With much difficulty due to her condition she was trying to do this and her assistant and grandchild were helping. This manager in a slightly loud stern tone asked them to close the toilet door, asked her assistant grandchild to leave the area. I was appalled at...read more"

"great timing, service and professional including hygiene. everything goes to sabrina, spoke with good man and respect. I helped me choose what I wanted to order as it was my first time, so I had no notice, was not rushed. I felt very confident. I wanted to celebrate my day yesterday, so the contract was on my mother. sabrina also gave me free chai. I ordered two more parathas, but when I had started eating, respected me sabrina and came to my table and told me not to stand up as I had eaten, so paid. shocking with the negative reviews! also thanks to theny, who gave me sabrinas names that had gone home"

"I attended Bollywood Junction last night or dinner for the first with some friends. The restaurant is quaint, and nicely decorated without going over the top. It was a lovely experience, and the ambiance was very welcoming and charming. The service throughout the evening was prompt and polite from the staff without being to overbearing. The menu provided was extensive with a variety of cuisines from the Chaat Counter to Indo Chinese and finally traditional Indian, at a very reasonable price. If you are a vegetarian, the vegetarian options on the menu are very impressive also. The Corriander Paneer we ordered as a starter, was the star of the show in my humble opinion, which was very moreish. We also ordered the small Mixed Grill and the Paani Poori which were also very delicious. I ordered the Lamb Bhuna for my main meal which was very flavoursome and the lamb was tender and cooked perfectly. All the food we ordered throughout the evening was excellent and tasty and the flavours were delicious and very well balanced. However beware the portion sizes are very generous so you may have to starve yourself for a few days before attending. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Milton Keynes, you won't be disappointed!!"

"Was excited to try out this place, but it was such a let down. The service was really slow, even though they were not busy. The waiters didn’t know anything about their menu. For some items portion sizes were too small. And then if it wasn’t bad enough, they decided to over charge us for some items!. It was not worth it at all."

"I placed an order online through the restaurant's website using my Visa card processed by Worldpay. I received an email confirmation with the order number and estimated delivery time of 45-60 minutes around 7:06 pm. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes and making 17 unsuccessful phone calls, I decided to visit the restaurant. The owner claimed they didn't receive my order, despite me showing him the email receipts and screenshots. He rudely suggested I contact the bank and showed no willingness to help or apologize for the inconvenience. Despite my bank account being charged, the owner refused to take responsibility for the issue. I received no food and encountered unprofessional and rude behavior from the owner. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant and seeking out other more hospitable options in Milton Keynes. Sizzling Grillz does not deserve even one star for their disgraceful conduct."
