Succulent seared tuna, seasoned to perfection, served with a savory glaze and complemented by fresh greens for a delightful meal.

"Lovely quiet spot for me and my friends to catch up. Sushi bombs were tasty and really appreciate the crunchy texture on the outside. The salmon crunch was good, although I didn't really know what to expect because the menu is very limited in explanation. I really like the concept of marking your order rather than the waitress doing this very much like dimsum. This avoids errors in what has been ordered and the waitress explained everything at the beginning. She was tentative and friendly and so was the gentlemen, who I think was the manager. Both were very friendly and welcoming, so kudos to them! One of my friends ordered a green tea (I think and it came in this nifty tea pot, which is place on top of your cup and it disperses from the bottom as you press down! We were highly amused : The only let down I would point out was the chicken Karaage, when going to a Japanese restaurant this is usually a dish I order as a starter. however, it was tasty and moist but it lacked in serious crunch. I was expecting the super crunchy karaage I usually get from other restaurants. Overall, great experience and will definitely come back with other friends."

"I was bitterly disappointed about this place. When I first heard that this place had open I was very keen to try it as I love sushi! Although the food was good the service really let's this place down. I do not exaggerate when I say it was shocking! I have never experienced such poor servicemail from a non-busy restaurant at a non-peak time on a non-peak day (Sunday to be precise). It took us over an hour for our food and random dishes were being sent to us, so they had no clue of their own system. They did give us 20% off from our bill as they knew they had let us down. However, in retrospect I think it should have been more than 20%. I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon. I think Management have some urgent matters to see to because this is a cause for concern (no exaggeration). I do not want to imagine their service on a busy Saturday evening!"

"Really pleasantly surprised by this restaurant based purely on not expecting a great deal from a hotel restaurant, combined with the fact that we ate late on a Sunday and it was one on of the few places open rather than being a choice per se. The food was excellent from a varied and interesting menu. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, with an unexpectedly relaxed atmosphere considering that this is right in the city centre. Would return and recommend plenty more on this menu to tempt us back."

"Been trialling this workspace platform called Andco and Melior street was recommended. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly manager who was eager to ensure I was well seated and prepared for the eye gouging that was to proceed. The coffee was reasonably priced, it’s the water you’ve gotta look out for. I didn’t know that he asking me if I wanted some water would prove very costly. If you are an aspiring entrepreneur, making sure costs doesn't spiral out of control, this may not be the best place for you. Extortionate £3.75 for water better be the blood of Jesus contained in that Kingsdown bottle. Don't forget the service charge too. It's another whole 12.5%. You can't help but have that feeling that you have just been passively extorted. I do think Andco should inform us that the water isn’t free so we at least know what to say; allowing the good manners of “just say no” our mums and Mrs Reagan have been praying be instilled finally kick in our instincts. Overall, great views, great ambience and now that the harsh lessons of a hefty levy has been learnt, I’ll be returning with my neck stretched well for the “No’s” it will help me reinforce. P.S the flies here are very friendly too; all over my gadgets, inviting themselves to my water and coffee and even taking a vantage point seat on my head."

"had an extremely disappointing visit recently. me and my partner used to love this place! the food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. however, our server completely ignored my partner when trying to order. they took my order then walked off, completely disregarding my partner. i had to awkwardly call them back over to finish ordering. they then proceeded to not put my partners order in, leaving my partner without food. i had to ask where the dish went then they rudely responded oh . we then had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my partners food. we were in the restaurant for nearly 2 hours. wish we could have been compensated for our time as the staff offered no apology for this awful experience. its truly a shame as the food here is very tasty but i will not be returning after this."

"3 of us went for drinks and dinner on a Monday night using a 50% off food offer. They have happy hour cocktail list of 2 for 1 from 5-8pm, but we had to ask for the list even though one of us had arrived ahead and was half way through his negroni, but they did honour the offer he ordered another one! We had nuts, prawns in garlic and burrata to start with 2 of us ordering burgers and the other had pollock. Plus 2 bottles of rose wine. We asked for the burgers to be cooked medium and we waited over an hour after we had finished the starters before they arrived. Unfortunately, the burgers were practically raw, so we didn 't really eat them. The waiters were all very friendly and helpful and did complain to the kitchen about the burgers, which they said they removed from the bill but I don 't think they did as we still paid around £57 a head for what was a pretty average dinner. It 's a shame, we were big fans of the old Maddox Street branch and the one in Marylebone, but this one didn 't quite hit the mark on this occasion."

"We were here for a delightful Christmas dinner and were seated promptly. The meal was festive and delicious but the service a little less than attentive. Other tables seated after U.S. We're served more quickly, water was not refilled nor additional drinks offered. We were treated a bit like invisible diners. But we enjoyed our coffee and after dinner mince minis in a lovely lounge and overall the place is just visually gorgeous and lowkey elegant with wonderful art. Food very, very good. Would likely go again. Especially for tea in the public rooms or cocktails in the bar! Great easy location, too"

"Had an early dinner here with friends and a table at 5.30 on a Saturday so relatively quiet. This was great as it meant really good service sadly something hard to find post Covid/Brexit. I had the Devilled Whitebait (lovely) followed by Smoked Haddock bubble squeak with a poached egg which was gorgeous. Didn't leave a morsel. Absolutely recommend."

"The food and service at this restaurant are excellent, but it is quite expensive. The building is beautiful and it is in a great location, although it could use a bit more atmosphere. The stools were a bit uncomfortable. The 12.5% service charge as standard seemed steep, especially considering the high prices. It is a nice option for a special occasion or if you are willing to spend £100 per person."

"I have been here a few times, usually with the same girl...there is a reason for this. The first time we went in the Summer of we were sitting outside, sipping house white wine spritzers and the waiter came to take our order. My friend visibly melted...I must mention this particular friend has a serious penchant for fairly unsuitable men and muscles. The waiter is unsuitable (he had been at Fabric the night before, aspiring actor bad boy type) and has bulging muscles and...... is also Irish, cue swoon. So we finish our salads, she barely eats hers (mine was average and quite overpriced) and goes inside to the loo about times to get a glimpse of him. We are ready to leave and still no joy, this is where I get roped into traipsing inside with her number on a piece of paper asking him to call her....he looks totally unfazed as I expect this happens a lot to him. Anyway he did call, they did meet up, and we still go there for overpriced Saturday lunch when we feel like some people"

"I have to say my experience at M Victoria restaurant was phenomenal! The food, staff and management stars! Incredible flavor of the steak, the best I've ever eat. Had to save room for the famous dessert Snickers. OMG so delicious! Amanzing experience and food. I'll definitely be back"

"So the food is fantastic BUT having booked for they wanted to chuck us out before to the point of dumping the bill on the table, rather than asking if we'd like anything else we were not the last table by the means, so not sure the reason why, so sadly went off to the pub I would have thought on a saturday night one could stay beyond"

"I organised my birthday dinner at the restaurant. Everything was spot on despite they served 16 of us. A special shout out to Eve, who had gone above and beyond and she had such a positive attitude. The communication beforehand was also very clear and they promptly got in touch and replied to all my questions. My only recommendation is that I wasn’t made aware my party was split into 4 round tables. This could have been mentioned at my booking so that I could have organised the seating beforehand."

"Everything was very well thought out and the individual flavours were delicious. We especially enjoyed our oxtail tortellini with prawns. We wish the portion of that dish was bigger it was that tasty. Our mains were generous and full of flavour. Our shared panacotta dessert took a bit too long to arrive, although the waitress was very attentive and aware of this fact before we even thought to bring it up. This wasn't her fault and everything was handled very thoughtfully. The service in general was exceptional. The overall value for everything we consumed was a little steep for a neighbourhood restaurant (110 for two people and the portions were small enough) but we were late booking and want to try the early bird, which is considerably cheaper. All in all, our experience was highly memorable and we'll be coming back for an early evening visit next time!"

"I stayed at this restaurant for a week in late June 2016 and I could not have asked for better hosts than Carolyn and Andre. The service was first class and the prices were super reasonable."
