"I had a pleasant dining experience here. The price was a bit high at $12 per person, but it was a Sunday night. I ordered early rolls with chili and scallions, as well as fried rice. I was not offered water when I sat down, but when I asked for it, I was given a small glass and not offered a refill. The food came out quickly, which made me question its freshness. The restaurant had a strong odor and felt stuffy - they should consider opening a window for fresh air. Despite these issues, the food was delicious and exactly what I wanted. I will likely return for their lunch specials in the future. The servers were kind, but could improve by paying closer attention to their customers."

"If you really knew what happens in this place you wouldn't wish to eat there. If your a veggie watch out the kitchen use boiled chicken water even in egg fried rice or veggie curry. The rice that get served if not used goes back into the streamer to be re served to another customer. It's as fresh as coming out freezers and packets look as you go to the small smelling toilets there a freezer on right just open it up The list goes on including there back area where staff toilet is has meat left out in open. Fridge is not stacked to how government hygiene says it should be. The owner not owners if you look it up does not care and finds it funny if someone wishes to make a comment. Service is slow and just about par but not for price you pay. Hot pot is hot s**t all from packets and been defrosted more then a couple of times for some parts of it. Yes hygiene inspector is being called and photo's will be on way."

"I attempted to order food for my boyfriend's mother today as she does not have internet access and wanted a takeaway delivered during lockdown. It took hours to find an open Chinese takeout restaurant, but when we finally found one on Just Eat, we started placing our order. However, the restaurant suddenly closed while we were navigating the menu. We then tried Uber Eats and found the same takeaway restaurant again. We successfully placed the order and received a confirmation that the food was being prepared. I called my boyfriend's mother to inform her that the order was confirmed and to let me know when it arrived. An hour later, she called me to say that the food never came. I checked the order status on my browser and it said it had been cancelled. I had promised her a meal, and now she was left without dinner at 9:30 at night because the restaurant decided to cancel her order due to a lack of curry sauce. A simple phone call would have been appreciated. Do not order from this restaurant."

"Ordered through Uber eats and was given an estimated delivery time. Food still hadn’t arrived half an hour after this time so we called them and they said the food was on its way. Continued to wait for another half an hour and decided to...call again. This time no matter how many times we tried it said “user busy”. Food eventually arrived well over an hour after the stated delivery time and was no longer hot. On eating we discovered that the chicken satay skewers we had ordered were raw"

"We have been using this restaurant since we moved to the area in 2019. The menu which has changed recently in my opinion is awful. They have taken away lots of the menu items, rearranged the menu in the weirdest headings but most of all the food quality has dropped massively. It’s time to find a new Chinese restaurant to deliver some better food with a more regular and standard menu. What a shame that it has gone so down hill."

"UPDATE!!! I want to update my review about this place, I went there today and get refund and chicken curry with egg fried rice. I think that really nice from the owners. I want to recommend this place to everyone, other day I get a chicken chow mein which was very nice and big portion also. Curry chicken with egg fried rice was also very good ! They are using fancy pachages as well. I will come back to this place every time! Be carefull about this place. I just was there to order a Chicken Curry and Egg fried rice. Woman on the till said to me that will be 10.90£ so i paid for it collect my order and went home. I saw a portion of curry and a quality of both of them I checked a prices. I suppose to pay 8.40£. They overcharge me 2.50£ be really careful and ask for receipt every time! Never come back there again"

"Before ordering, read the reviews. Something I didn't do and I regret. I chose this place through Just eat, as I had an approximate delivery time of 30 to 50 minutes, which was the shortest of all the food to take, however, when I made the order, it was 1. 5 hours to wait. Well, the time came and he left. I had a delivery exit soon, but after 20 minutes there was no sign, so I called and I was informed that I was ready for delivery, so I said I'd wait a bit longer. When I didn't get here yet and I tried to return the call but I couldn't communicate as if they had blocked my number. So I sent a message through the Just Eat app and received one back saying they were busy and that the order would be with me shortly. Then they must have lied when I first called. The food finally came 1. 5 hours after its expiry. Pushed in my hand by the delivery driver without apologies. So a total of 3 hours from the order. I'd like to say it was worth the wait. But far from that. The food was warm, which makes me think I'd been at a counter for a long time. It was insipid and everything had a taste like they washed it with dirty water. The crunchy meat with chili had not seen a chili. I requested a refund of money that they rejected by sending a message apologized for the delay, but they will not refund the money and I hope I enjoyed the food. Well, New World if you read this. No, I didn't enjoy it. It ended up in the bin."

"This restaurant serves possibly the best Chinese food in the city, surpassing all other places I have tried before. The dishes had excellent taste, texture, and appearance. The prices are reasonable for Cherry Hinton and much better than in Cambridge center. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the food and service. I will definitely be returning to take advantage of their free delivery services. If any issues arise, I will update this review. However, if you do not see any updates, it means they consistently maintain high quality. I highly recommend giving this place a visit. No need to think twice, the choice has already been made. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised and discover the delicious offerings they have."
