"We decided to try every Chinese restaurant in Gosport in search of our favorite, and we found a clear winner at this one! The food had great flavors, wasn't too salty like some others we've tried, and they offer free delivery and sometimes even free prawn crackers. Highly recommend! "Came here for my wife's birthday this evening, we were seated upstairs and were looked after by Swizel Rodriguez, who was simply lovely to us all evening. She had decorated the table with some birthday ribbons and banners and gave it all a real personal touch, almost as if being welcomed into her own home. Elsewhere the service was very good, our food drinks came out in good time not too fast not too slow. We both had medium 12oz rib eye steak... The nicest flavoured steak I've had in a long time, I almost didn't want to put the peppercorn sauce on (but I love peppercorn sauce, so I did! . To finish we had desserts brought by the rest of the H.K team who sung happy birthday to my wife. An all round lovely evening at a place I can't fault. 10/10."

"Upon returning from vacation, the kids were craving Chinese food, so we decided to walk to this restaurant to place an order. The person in charge at the front took our order because the Chinese staff were too busy on their tablets. I was initially told it would take 40 minutes, even though there was only one small order ahead of us. They then changed it to 30 minutes, but it ended up taking 55 minutes!!! The quality of the food was so poor that most of it ended up in the trash. We spent £55 on terrible food and service, not to mention that the owner lied to me in order to keep my money. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere."

"Went in here after a long journey from Australia on the way to my AirBnB close by....tried to order but was advised by the person on the counter that all my notes that I had ordered through a major Australian bank before arriving in...Scotland, “looked counterfeit” and would not be accepted, despite having used a same looking note, issued by the same national bank of Australia, earlier in the day. When I enquired about using eftpos I were advised they didn’t have any. Went across the road and bought a subway with the note with no hassle. Probably a blessing in disguise as the shop looked filthy."

"We visited a fast food restaurant with a comfortable seating area, including high chairs for children (a nice touch). "My partner and I were really looking forward to this meal. She mentioned that she hadn't had Chinese food in a while and wanted to satisfy her craving. Unfortunately, this wasn't the right place for it. The food was just average, and while the service was decent, the atmosphere felt lacking since it was a midweek visit. "my wife and I went here to eat a quick bite and were initially optimistic. the reviews were mostly good and the staff was friendly. we ordered the baked rice, a hand roll and a drachen roll. the meat in the fried rice. was much over boiled so that it was dry, hard and tasteless. there was no sweetness in the rice (never the picture on the menu) and the spicy tasted as if it were just soy sauce. the handrolle was bland, and the drachenrolle tasted as if it was over a week ago. we were still hungry, but decided that we would rather be hungry than ordering anything else. judging by eating alone, I would rate this place a star, but the personal was friendly and the service was fast. the notizblock papers with customer drawings about the walls give him a funny feeling, so there are definitiw potential. but eating was sad only bad."

"I ordered a take away . I had no cash so had to go to a cash machine for my purchase. When I got my order and took it home they gave me the wrong meal . As a vegetarian it’s not nice receiving a...meat dish . I phoned to complain. I was Told to bring my wrong main food back to change it for a Vegetable Chow mein . I was given a Special chow mein . I had to leave my egg fried rice and spring rolls cold on my dinner plate and return wrong mains . It seems they just don’t care and disregard customer service . I had to almost run down the road and home again with order. Not easy with an injury. Also as we were due to eat our Chinese Together which was the purpose of getting a take away to start with my partner had to have theirs while I was dashing down for their mistake. No customer service . This Chinese seemed to improve from years ago with food service and being long term local to Chudleigh we decided to give it another chance after some years . Shocking service and disregard for the upset you Once again caused . Not exactly cheap these days either . But hey we are just one Local customer ? But local residents )Isn’t that the attitude . I had to suffer your incompetence . Shame on you"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered a takeaway, but the order was declined due to lack of ingredients, sweet and sour prawns, hard to believe, but never mind. I asked for the order without the prawns, but was told it would take 1.5 hours to get to Southsea, so no takeaway. The guy sounded like he could not be bothered to do the order. The money was taken out of my account and I still have not received a refund almost a week later. I keep getting told that the manager has to do it and he will call, but I am fed up waiting. Appalling service and unacceptable and theft. Be careful when you order from this place."

"I hadn't been to this chip shop in years due to moving out of the area, but I had loved it for many years in the past. I visited today and, even though it is under new management, I was greeted by the same friendly face I had known for many years. She remembered me and my regular order! The food was even better than before - the chips were perfectly cooked, the chicken kebab was fantastic, and I loved how they placed the cut chicken on a hot plate. It was very busy, but understandably so with such delicious food. I really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back."

"After a touch of food poisoning, stomach cramps and diarrhea. I wanted to talk to the takeaway about the issue out of respect rather than report it to local health and safety authority, as advised. I have eaten here for decades without a problem, always enjoyed my food, the best in Aberdeen hands down. But the experience of my phone call has turned that view on its head. I called asking to speak to the owner, was told he wasn't there but they could still help. I said what had happened, cup of tea for breakfast, can of monster and crisps for lunch break at work so that I could enjoy my meal that night. From that point on I couldn't get a word in. I got we never had this problem before, we always clean and fresh food. How dare I say such things. Basically told I was lying. Was asked what I had, was asked for my number and that I would have a return call from manager. Then phone was slammed down on me. This to date has never happened. The sad thing is, this could have been caused by something like a dodgy prawn or piece of veg in the meal that I was looking forward to, my meal of canton special fried rice, barbeque spare ribs, barbeque sauce and chips. As always. It's clear as daylight that they don't know how to handle or deal with criticism or negative customers feedback. Extremely unprofessional handling of my situation, have now lost a loyal customer of decades because of this one person I tried to talk to, but with response I got from this individual representing them, the canton clearly doesn't value loyal customers. I have now reported the issues and left it in the hands of Aberdeen city council commercial health and hygiene department to deal with. I wanted to give 0 stars but was forced to pick 1. "Nice food but expensive on some items. Best spare ribs ever, but there where expensive meals on the order missing which should never happen on a collection. Didn't and couldn't bother phoning up and complaining as we were a few miles away when we noticed food missing, couldn't be bothered.
