"Ordered Chicken Burger with Regular Chips and Diet Coke. Chicken was tasteless and very tough, was overcooked; chips were fine but nothing to shout about. When we were asked by a member of staff if everything was ok, we gave her our honest opinion about the food, she said she would pass it on. My wife and I felt we wasted our time telling the member of staff as she showed no interest in what we were saying. Why do they bother even asking customers if everything is okay when they are not even interested in your reply. I visited Nando's with my daughter quite a few years ago and the food was absolutely fantastic on this occasion I was very disappointed, and I definitely will never go again."
