Good franchise open late (great for after movies) and the staff are polite and really helpful. Food is exactly what you'd expect!

The mains didn’t arrive until like 20 minutes after our sides. The food was cold and I found a bone in the chicken the manager (I think) was attentive and offered a fresh meal so I can’t fault him at all

Food was very bland and took too long to come when food was finally served it was not warm , customer service was terrible as staff didn't know what was on menu , would not recommend this place to any one View menu

It seemed a struggle for them tonight. Food was ordered and then sat under the not so hot plate until if was cold. Then it was brought out. We sent it back and they reheated the chips. Hey ho lesson learnt don’t go to Nando’s on a Thursday at 9pm.

Popped into Nando’s for a spot of lunch before we headed to the airport. 1st visit to this venue and was very impressed throughout. Food was excellent staff pleasant and polite. Special mention to Joe and Coco(hope that’s the right spelling) who made us feel very welcome. Hope to return soon

I’ve never been the biggest fan of Nando’s but visit occasionally with friends if we need to go somewhere quick. I think it’s a bit over priced and over rated. The staff in this particular restaurant are nice and friendly and helpful. The halloumi is tasty and some of the chicken options are nice but I was disappointed with the grilled chicken burger. It was a bit tasteless and dry and the bap itself was rock hard. View menu

Ordering yourself through the app, which means a group of friends either has to order separately or pay with one card. Have to create an account and jump through the hoops to order. Why can’t waiting staff take an order? What is the point in ordering yourself and serving yourself? Why is the staff not coming to the table to take a n order like everywhere else? It would be so much easier and faster for the customer. Never again! At this point food doesn’t matter, the experience is just ao underwhelming and poor

Called here (Victoria Square, Belfast) to get a bite to eat before our cinema booking. A little mix up on the very cumbersome app left me without any food and in a hurry (we hadn’t been charged for it). An extremely nice guy listened, expedited a food order for me to go. It was brought out super quick and they took no payment as a way of thanking me for my patience. I thought this was an amazing gesture and as a result, we will defo be back. Thank you for showing, just about the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!

Ordered Chicken Burger with Regular Chips and Diet Coke. Chicken was tasteless and very tough, was overcooked; chips were fine but nothing to shout about. When we were asked by a member of staff if everything was ok, we gave her our honest opinion about the food, she said she would pass it on. My wife and I felt we wasted our time telling the member of staff as she showed no interest in what we were saying. Why do they bother even asking customers if everything is okay when they are not even interested in your reply. I visited Nando's with my daughter quite a few years ago and the food was absolutely fantastic on this occasion I was very disappointed, and I definitely will never go again. View menu
