"I made a reservation for a birthday dinner at this restaurant through the app. I received a confirmation email that the reservation had been made. However, when my party of ten arrived at the restaurant, which was only half full, we were told that there was no table available for us because their booking system had not been updated. The staff refused to accommodate us. This was a terrible customer experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"we arrived two hours after opening in the restaurant and we assumed that it was closed because all entrances were closed or locked. we were then greeted after we tried to open the door and said they were open. we have long waited to get our drinks, as no personal was visible in the restaurant. When the food arrived, it was cold. we kindly made the personal aware that our eating was cold after we tried to get their attention when they stood chatting. our food was brought back to the kitchen. waiting after 35 minutes, the staff explained that they forget about eating in the kitchen and that is now cold again. with only one apologies we will not return to this restaurant."

"MY UNCLE BJORN WAS ENJOYING HIS LOVELY BEER WHEN A YOUNG LADY APPROACHED HIM IN THE BAR AND ASKED HIM FOR A SPOON. BJORN THEN GAVE HER A SPOON AND SHE BEGAN BURNING IT AND WAS ACTUALLY COOKING HEROIN IN THE BAR INFRONT OF MY UNCLE. HE ASKED WHO SHE WAS AND SHE REPLIED IM THE MANAGER SHE THEN TOLD BJORN TO LEAVE FOR BEING A TOURIST AND AS HE GOT UP TO LEAVE SHE INJECTED HEROIN INTO HIS LEG AND HE CARTWHEELED OUT OF THE BAR NEVER AGAIN."

"Visited here as part of the local Restaurant week and was very impressed , food was top notch calamari starter followed by haddock and chips and the cocktails although expensive were excellent , the place has been brightened up since its last incarnation and now feels light and modern, service was great , all the young staff were attentive and very polite and the food and drinks were delivered on time"
