"had a fantastic night cocktail in revolution for a friend hen at night yesterday. the manager tom was an amazing host, and carter who took our master class was very professional and fun. Although we make a few cocktails in the evening, we both felt especially and not just another group of customers. well worth the money, especially the double money offer. we had planned to hike the wind street after, but the atmosphere and the music was so good, we stayed and danced the night away. "The women who served us called Sarah was very lovely she is what made the experience better if I 'm being honest. She was very friendly and helped us with one of our guest allergy requirements : However in all honesty the food was not that great, representation was really nice but the taste wasn 't that great. My friend had the Bolognese and she said it didn 't have much flavour and tasted like cold pasta and I had a burger and due to my dislikes I had the butter milk burger and lettuce only and the chicken didn 't have much flavour to it so if you don 't like onions or red french dressing it wasn 't very tasteful alone. The milkshake and drinks were really nice and the chips but other than that food wasn 't great. Thankyou to the lady called Sarah for being so friendly and making the trip better. :"

"We dined in on Sunday 26 May. We brought my mother who’s not very well and eats very little. Unfortunately part of her order a mushroom was served stone cold. We returned it and upon replacement it was worse than the first time. It transpired that it hadn’t been cooked. My mother was getting upset as she wasn’t able to enjoy her meal. When we complained the manager Ryan came to see us at our table, apologised profusely and offered anything we wanted (off the menu) on the house. We ended up ordering some desserts which were delicious. Overall the meal was very enjoyable and this was for a big part because of the exemplary customer service that Ryan and his team provided. They were all attentive, very polite and friendly. Ryan checked in on us regularly ensuring everything was alright and making us feel very welcome. Considering how the evening could have turned out, we had a really enjoyable experience. Only if all restaurants had a manager like Ryan!"

"Today, we visited the restaurant for my son's 11th birthday celebration with his friends. We ordered our main dishes and milkshakes from the menu. We wanted to order dessert, but we only had 25 minutes before we had to leave for laser tag. We inquired with the server if we would have enough time, and she assured us that we would. We decided to order 4 desserts. Unfortunately, only 2 desserts arrived after 5 minutes, while the other 2, including the one for my son's birthday, arrived just as we needed to leave. This 20-minute delay in serving the desserts caused my son to be upset as we had to rush through his birthday dessert. As a result, we were late for laser tag and missed a game. When I questioned the delay, I was informed that it was due to a new chef and was left with no further explanation. We also requested a balloon for each child, which was not provided, despite other children of similar age receiving them. When we inquired about the balloons, the server confirmed but never brought them. The food was mediocre, as we expected. Overall, it was one of the worst cases of service we have experienced."

"I had the 3 courses for £13.99 and I started with the Mushroom and garlic Bruscetta. This was very tasty with a nice texture and with freshly toasted bread. The main course was fish and chips with a healthy sized piece of cod. Nice flakey pieces of white fish, and then followed up by a pudding of Iced cream. I can certainly recommend the chocolate brownie for pudding, warm and tasty. We received good service despite it being half term and very busy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend. Just be aware that this is not fast food, and so expect to wait for your food to be cooked fresh."

"I don't often go to eat, but I love frankie bennys. at the various locations I can go and it is always a tasty bite. eating is nice and my two children ate for free. they have great cocktails and the service is friendly and fast. I would like to distinguish at least a few workers petronella and sam who made our visit even more pleasant. if they don't have to pre-book they might have to wait for the table, so better to make calls in advance. I have no complaints and my family loves it."

Excellent service is gaurenteed even when packed which is mostly always as they actually have enough staff to serve people, which is novel these days! Good atmosphere with italian background music and various bits of kitch with links to the Rat Pack, suitable for familys, couples and large groups. The booths also add an nice touch of privacy if you so wish. However, one drawback for me is the cost of snacks snadwiches, often a mainmeal is only a pound or two more and works out better value"

"Wagamama is always a great cry for vegans. I was in a variety of chain restaurants and I’m not usually impressed by their vegan options, but Wagamama seems to really care about providing thoughts, interesting vegan dishes, not only those who supply Omnivores on the menu for vegans. Usually there is also a separate vegan menu, although this branch had mixed all options on the same menu. I don't know if this is only specific to this branch or a nationwide change, but it was disappointing as the fully vegan menus are really great. That said they still had the usual options and I went for my favorite the yasai katsu curry. I also have green tea that is free! The Yasai-Kkatsu was tasty, not as good as in previous branches that I had eaten, but I would still recommend there was an attempt to give as it is usually really delicious. My fiancée also didn't love her ducks Donburi!"

Try it again."

While the prices are a bit on the higher side, it is definitely worth it for a special treat. They offer a good variety of dishes, delicious desserts, and the service is usually excellent. In my four years of dining here, I have only had one experience of subpar service, which was likely due to the restaurant being extremely busy."

However, when my party of ten arrived at the restaurant, which was only half full, we were told that there was no table available for us because their booking system had not been updated. The staff refused to accommodate us. This was a terrible customer experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant."
