"The prices at this restaurant are on the higher side, but I had a discount voucher. Honestly, I would be happy to pay full price to dine here, although it would have to be a special occasion rather than a regular outing. My burger was fantastic, and the children's meal was equally delicious, with a wide variety of options for kids—definitely the most extensive selection I've seen, including vegan pizza, which is rarely available for children. It was quite busy, and at times the service felt a bit slow, but it wasn't off-putting. The server appeared somewhat serious at first, but was actually very friendly and accommodating, and the bartender whipped up some amazing gin cocktails. Overall, the dishes were beautiful, with plenty of choices for both adults and kids, great drinks, and attentive staff. It's definitely worth a visit! Just be prepared for a bit of noise, as the acoustics in the building could use some improvement."

Love it here! The food is always so tasty ... You do have to wait a bit longer hear than other chains but the wait is worth it. Always fresh and tasty. They also offer Ella's Kitchen from 4 months ... Which my little lady loves. She joined in with us and enjoyed our most recent dining.

One of the best breakfasts. The price is very reasonable with almost any record under £10. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Danielle was very attentive and helpful all the time we were there. Restaurant is a beautiful size with good ambience and never seems too busy for breakfast, which is great.

I visited Frankie and Benny's today after taking the kids for a swim. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was friendly, the food arrived quickly, and everything was beautifully presented. We left as two happy moms and three happy girls. This has been our best visit to Frankie and Benny's so far!

We were looked after by Kelly and Jordan who both provided excellent customer service. We were taken to a table promptly. Both the food and drinks were served quickly.
