"We were eager to enjoy a meal we ordered from this restaurant, but unfortunately, the person who took our order made a mistake. When we arrived home, we found out that they had only prepared three items instead of meals for a man and two children. When we tried to contact them to resolve the issue, we were told that they were closed for the night and could not assist us. This lack of customer service and apparent lack of interest in serving their customers was disappointing."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Ordered pizza fish and chips and a couple of supers, delivered quickly a thought great, th3 pizza must have been knocked over the toppings were stuck to the side of the box, chips were stuck together like mush the fish tasted like a frozen one, a will never order from here again. In all honesty don't believe me try it just once and guaranteed you don't go back."

"1st time here as was given a voucher by family who use this place regularly. Lovely place and very snug but comfortable inside if a little loud. It was my wife and I and our 3yr and 6 Yr old granddaughters. Starters came out and they were lovely. Very tasty and fresh. (I had prawn cocktail, wife had haggis and whisky sauce and the girls had garlic bread all lovely! . Then it was like we were forgotten about and when the mains finally came out I was a bit disappointed. The girls both had a simple 7 pizza both were burnt .... one worse than the other. I had the chicken breast with haggis and whisky sauce before I even touched the haggis all I could taste on the potatoes and veg was pepper whether a pepper sauce was used accidentally or that's how it normally tastes, I dont know. (They tried to tell me it was the haggis that was peppery and it was normal but I hadn't touched the haggis yet tried my wife's starter and that was lovely . Her steak was spot on (hard to mess up but she enjoyed that. Myself and the girls didn't eat much and to their credit they removed the items from the bill which was appreciated. The main insult was when the waiter just handed my card and receipt back without even looking at me or acknowledging my thank you and simply marched away. Like I said was a nice wee place and we were looking forward to trying it out we hadn't eaten since breakfast but won't be back. Appreciate the food removed from the bill but the waiters attitude (although not horrible outrightly was not acceptable."

"In my visits to Drumchapel I've always enjoyed the fare on offer at Pauls. When calling for collection I've always been struck by the spotless shop and serving areas. Deliveries are always prompt, service is always cheery and friendly. No stranger to a chippy supper over the years, Pauls is right up there with the best I've had. Portions are hearty and the batter is a delightful crispy experience, especially on the fish. Great variety, always tasty and the sausage supper would fill you for a fortnight. Great for a wee home delivery treat."

"This is mine and my mum’s absolute go to restaurant before a show in Edinburgh. Without fail this is where we end up at the start of our night. Great prices, food and staff – I cannot recommend this place enough. Last time we had the pre theatre menu and everything was delicious and served very promptly. I started off with the fried Camembert which was delicious and just melted in my mouth while my mum had the mushroom in the white wine sauce. For main course; one of my favourite Italian dishes is meatballs and pasta which luckily was on the menu – it had lots of garlic through it which is just the way I like it. My mum went for the lasagna which was lovely but extremely hot when it was delivered to the table. As if I hadn't eaten enough I had apple pie for dessert while my mum had a coffee. Everything was delicious and we were out in plenty of time for our show. I’ll definitely be back again."

"looking for somewhere, the authentic bbq is hard, as most of the plants reheat once smoked and that changes the taste and textures, but here. it's crazy fresh. I pampered on a cool Saturday afternoon and ordered a tablet from hot left, briquette, chopped pork, pork, and a side of the swallow. eating was very fast and therefore I can only fathom it came out of the smoker and just on the tablet. the brisket was so moist and melted in the mouth, the pork ribs fell apart with a clean bone removal (not easy for pork ribs) and the hot parts were full of taste. the test of a big BBQ place is also their BBQ sauce, which was beautiful and spiced (back of mesquite) and the pickel, brewed in the house and delicious. service was attentive and super. a good lunch late afternoon."

"I used to love this restaurant! The food was amazing and the ice cream was delicious. However, my last few experiences have been disappointing. Last week, I ordered a combo pizza deal with sides and a supper through Just Eat. The food arrived 75 minutes late and was cold. I called to complain and the manager agreed to remake the order. The second time it arrived, the supper was missing. They blamed the drivers for the mistakes. I spoke to a lady who promised to send the supper ASAP. However, we had already been waiting for over 3 hours. When we opened the pizza box, it was all bashed up as if it had been dropped. I spoke to the same lady again and she said the manager would call me back to discuss, but I never received a call. I'm not writing this review to get something for free, but to let you know that when you don't deliver on a paid meal, you lose customers. I paid for a meal and had to send it back twice due to your errors, but you didn't make things right. I've given you a week to respond, but it seems you're more focused on sarcastic remarks towards negative reviews. Please focus on fixing the problems in your restaurant and respect customers' hard-earned money."

"Come here on a regular basis. They've started doing salt and pepper options and also German donner as well, the salt and pepper dishes are amazing and I feel like they will be quite successful in the salt and pepper game, not so often I come across a takeaway looking to go the extra mile and mama Mia is amazing and always goes the extra mile, will always come here even if for something small, the prices are cheap even with us all in a cost of living crisis. "Lovely meal with the family last week at Regazzi. We visited after hearing from a friend the new owner is Mido. We highly recommend the mozzarella sticks, lamb chops starter, pollo funghi crema and the pollo milanese. Food was fresh and delicious! It was also nice to see the chefs interested in how much we enjoyed the food. The montepulciano d’abruzzo red wine went down a treat too! Great customer service in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit!!"
