"We were eager to enjoy a meal we ordered from this restaurant, but unfortunately, the person who took our order made a mistake. When we arrived home, we found out that they had only prepared three items instead of meals for a man and two children. When we tried to contact them to resolve the issue, we were told that they were closed for the night and could not assist us. This lack of customer service and apparent lack of interest in serving their customers was disappointing."

"Under no circumstances ever trust this place for delivery! I understand that in military circles, there is a phrase to the effect that amatuers talk about tactics: professionals talk about logistics . Perhaps the Cavaliere should reflect on this. They are genuinely capable of producing some of the most amazing Italian food south of Edinburgh (I 'm being serious) but the delivery service is absolutely pathetic (based upon multiple experiences, but tonight took the biscuit). Waited ages after the website told me that my order was on its way and, ended up having a quite awful conversation with a staff member who hung up on me and then I called them back to cancel. To be absolutely fair to them, they did say that if the pizzas were cold, they would remake and redeliver. Unfortunately, having worked briefly in the food service industry, once I complain about food, I walk... forever. Sorry Cavaliere!"

"In my visits to Drumchapel I've always enjoyed the fare on offer at Pauls. When calling for collection I've always been struck by the spotless shop and serving areas. Deliveries are always prompt, service is always cheery and friendly. No stranger to a chippy supper over the years, Pauls is right up there with the best I've had. Portions are hearty and the batter is a delightful crispy experience, especially on the fish. Great variety, always tasty and the sausage supper would fill you for a fortnight. Great for a wee home delivery treat."

"I went to this restaurant when my in laws were in town that is their go to place for dining experience in Edinburgh. I was not disappointed. It was a lovely decor and absolutely delicious food They ordered some appetisers and I had a bite of each, which were good. Then we ordered the mains and everyone was delighted. I can only recommend the cannelloni with spinach and ricotta, so delicious The one thing I would say is that we felt a bit pressured to order more drinks or to order appetisers, which I didn't like. "I thought the food was really good, we had a platter and the burgers were lovely as was the mac and cheese and fried chicken. We also ordered onion rings as a side and they were the best onion rings I’ve had in ages, not greasy at all. However, was a bit disappointed to sit downstairs right near a DJ particularly in the dark. It wasnt an ideal restaurant setting. It was too noisey and we could barely see the food and this is coming from a bunch of people in their 30s on a night out (maybe we are old now! . We tried asking for extra drinks at our table and that didn’t happen. Had to go to the bar upstairs to get them in the end. They lost out on money there as probs would have spent more had staff been more attentive. The downstairs is confused between restaurant and bar lounge. If I come back (which I would for the food , I’ll insist I’m seated upstairs next time!"

"I used to love this restaurant! The food was amazing and the ice cream was delicious. However, my last few experiences have been disappointing. Last week, I ordered a combo pizza deal with sides and a supper through Just Eat. The food arrived 75 minutes late and was cold. I called to complain and the manager agreed to remake the order. The second time it arrived, the supper was missing. They blamed the drivers for the mistakes. I spoke to a lady who promised to send the supper ASAP. However, we had already been waiting for over 3 hours. When we opened the pizza box, it was all bashed up as if it had been dropped. I spoke to the same lady again and she said the manager would call me back to discuss, but I never received a call. I'm not writing this review to get something for free, but to let you know that when you don't deliver on a paid meal, you lose customers. I paid for a meal and had to send it back twice due to your errors, but you didn't make things right. I've given you a week to respond, but it seems you're more focused on sarcastic remarks towards negative reviews. Please focus on fixing the problems in your restaurant and respect customers' hard-earned money."

"Come here on a regular basis.
