"I went to purchase a drive through meal at this outlet but when the bottle of pop was offered to me I told the young lady I had ordered Pepsi not Pepsi max, the young lady asked the manager if she could change it, to which the manager said, 'no the order has gone through '. I said to the girl I did not want the Pepsi max as I do not drink it the manager then said, 'you will have to pay an extra 30p for the sugar tax if you want to change it, ' to which I replied that would be fine but when I tried to pay with my card she shouted at me that they did not take money at that window so I asked for a refund. I was then told I had to go into the shop to do this when I went in she asked for the receipt and when I said I wasn 't given one she really lost it and told me she wouldn 't give me a refund, my husband asked to speak to the manager and was told she was the manager and he replied, 'in that case your customer service is s '. The manager then started screaming at us to get out of the shop as he was swearing at her and she would not give us a refund or any food and if we wanted a refund we would have to ring them. I explained I had done nothing wrong it was her staff who had put the wrong order through but she just kept screaming at me to get out I asked again for my refund and was screamed at to get out. I feel with this kind of customer service in a world where we are all trying to go to drive throughs rather than have to go inside to order to stay safe there was no reason to go to this extreme reaction over 30p and refuse to give a customer their refund because she had a bad day. If you cannot treat customers with respect then you should not be employed as a manager."
