Absolutely shocking food will never use again or through just eat and Uber these company’s should be locked up for what theve created its modern day slavery this poor lad turned up on a bike with bags full of food for other customers disgraceful

Since this location is said to be the first Kentucky Fried Chicken in the UK, it is disappointing to see the lack of cleanliness and professionalism. The tables and floor are littered with trash, the tables are dirty, and the staff seems uninterested and unprofessional. View menu

The food was great ,my order was 4 PCs chicken meal, 2 pcs hot wings and one popcorn chicken large , I have requested for no wings , but they gave me 3 PCs legs and one thigh, that was small chicken parts and not enough to share as well , they should not serve like that ,

1 star is too much for this restaurant ! When we walked in we were greeted by a dirty restaurant with discarded bones on the tables and general mess. The staff themselves looked like the homeless people sleeping outside. I’d suggest to KFC UK that this restaurant should be closed down until standards can be improved.

Last week I try to buy a dinner from KFC near to Preston docks .one of the lady staff WITH SHORT HAIR kicked me out from the shop she said I can't get in .I think she kicked me out because I am an Indian because I saw some other customers inside the shop , then I can assure that she is a racist . This outlet, was apparently, the very first ever Kentucky Fried Chicken set up in Britain, in the 60's. It is remarkably tiny, and you would think with that unique heritage, they would have some pride and high standard. But No, very surly, lazy staff, all falling iver each other, yet there is continual and consistent neglect in keeping the tiny seating area, tidy, clean, with cleared tables. Not vert impressive!

The chips were very dry and the chicken had an odd coating that came off all at once, as if it hadn't been heated enough to stick properly. The chicken itself was a bit watery and barely cooked to Kentucky standards. Overall, I would rate this experience a 1 out of 10. Additionally, there is a tall black man who works there during the day and he moves very slowly, appearing as though he believes the world owes him a favor. The restaurant needs to improve both their food quality and staff efficiency.

Kentucky Fried Chicken?… This place should be called Karen Fried Chicken! I visited this restaurant with my friend and his heavily pregnant girlfriend, she was in desperate need of using the restroom and the women behind the counter was obnoxious, well obnoxious is an understatement. She stated that the restrooms were for customers only, we obliged and offered to purchase some food… She then said that we would have to wait in the biblically sized queue until she could use the toilet because she didn’t trust us to buy something. This is completely unacceptable in my opinion!, an utter lack of compassion and customer service. View menu
