"We ordered street food which came at different times which would of been good to know. Most of the food arrived but we was waiting for 15 20 minutes where we was then asked what we was waiting for this should of been something the waitress knew. We were told there was a problem in the kitchen and therefore would take another 20 30mins which isn’t acceptable when you’ve been in the restaurant for 1hour 15mins. Due to the poor service they should of given some sort of food will. We won’t be returning anytime soon."

"Aubaine is by far the best place for you to catch up over good food, nice service and enjoyable ambience, especially the branch located at High str Kensington. We were welcomed warmly and directed to a seat next to the window paving to the street view. I ordered a croque monsieur which was divine (could've gone for a second one..but calories!! and some tea. The service was impeccable, the clientele posh and the ambience enjoyable. I would recommend this french restaurant for anyone in the neighborhood (even Aubaine in any other part of London . Can't wait to try out some of the other yummy dishes on their menu. Very much recommended!"

"I visited this place with my friend this week and it was an excellent experience. Place was big but very well organized and decorated beautifully. We received a warm welcome by staff; they seated us and helped us with the menu which looked great. I ordered chicken wrapped in pancetta and my friendordered spaghettini with prawns which she said was the best she had. Great ingredients, flavors and very nicely presented. I could recommend this place without a hesitation. This place is worth a visit."

"This is our favorite Italian restaurant in London. We have dined here multiple times and each experience has been excellent. Our current favorite dishes are the lamb shanks in red wine and the seafood risotto. The bread here is just as good as what you would find in Italy. We highly recommend this place."

"we approached the writing and asked for a table of 6 to say: "Don't worry about anything until 8 o'clock". that was around 6.05 clock, the restaurant was half empty ... so we went online for 6.15 clock with open re-entered ... told them we had a reservation, observed “some heated words”. between the staff and we were taken to a perfectly empty table for 6. just 50 minutes waiting for our food. that said our server was friendly and apologetic. eating was ok, 2 pizzas, 3 calzones and a sirloin steak, that was definitiw rump, as it was to think and took hard to sirloin! to the happiness we have a taste card so that the meal with a softdrink cost only £10 per head, and we were limited due to a cinema booking for time. lection learned book before entering, and use it taste card, not sure that I would have paid the bill in full amount, we had not discounted!"

"On arrival we informed the hostess that we had an offer that was a meal and a drink for £5.99 , she told us it was only for a meal but we told her the offer included a drink and showed her the offer , she again said it was only for the meal but would ask her manager , she came back and told us that the manager had said the same that it was only for a meal , I showed the manager the voucher and she said she would go and check the terms and conditions , she came back and told us we were actually right , we had an email with the headlines “ Meal and a drink for £5.99” It made us feel very uncomfortable and we could not wait to leave !"

"Nice restaurant with good food and great staff. The deco is very pleasant and has a lovely ambience. My choice of astice avocado was well prepared and presented. The ossobuco as a main was unfortunately a bit chewy, but when mentioned to the waiter was immediately removed and i was offered the choice of having it done again or order something else, perhaps the saltimboca, which i did and it was very well cooked. The seven layers dessert was delicious. The staff were superb but it felt that although they were trying their very best they were a bit overstretched. Having said that, i cannot fault them: they were professional with a friendly and helpful touch. All in all, the place is nice, with a good vibe, the food is good, bur for me what did it was the staff: they were absolutely fantastic from the moment i stepped in and i will certainly be back."

"We came here for my sister’s 18th, which was the first time in years, and it definitely didn’t disappoint; food is lovely, prices are fair and the staff are friendly. There is a wide range of food and drink on the menu and the food arrived quickly after ordering. My sister got a complimentary ice cream with a candle for her birthday as the staff sung to her which was a lovely gesture (although she was a little embarrassed! . Mark was especially lovely and made us laugh whilst we were there! We will be back again soon."

"We went to Frankie and Benny’s for a delicious authentic Italian lunch as we were getting hungry and wanted to break up a jubilee line journey from Stratford to Green park and remembered this was here and having been once before and liking it I decided to go back.The service was exemplary,our waiter was just fantastic very friendly,chatty and polite.He handed my gluten free allergy really well.Also food came out in about 10 minutes which was great bearing in mind it was all so fresh!The food was absolutely delicious,my gluten free pepperoni pizza was heavenly and you couldn’t get more Italian than a Frankie’s gluten free pepperoni pizza.It was lovely and hot,presented well,good portion sizes,extremely fresh and very good for money!Infact if you visit at lunch time you get 1 course for £9.90.That’s fantastic value and better value than places like Nando’s etc.And with just buying tap water it’s a real bargain which is great as water is one of my favourite drinks,you can never ever ever go wrong with a glass of water.It’s good for you and boots you’re hydration and well-being.Also the decor in here is lovely,all very fresh and beautifully decorated.I love the new Frankie’s decor it’s just so nice and I love it how they have re-visited it.It’s much cooler(temperature wise and fashion wise).I love the lights as well.It is also very spacious and clean.Also toilets were convenient and clean.This is a perfect place for a meal if you are on a train journey,before or after shopping, cinema,bowling or concert.Or after a trampoline session,skydiving session,climbing session or during a day out in London.Would highly recommend this.I reviewed it on tripadvisor as they were displaying the 2022 travellers choice award and they had quite a lot of negative reviews recently and to share my positive experience may help them have that award again this year or in future years"

"we have eaten many paints in this restaurant in recent years, but it seems to us that the service and restaurant itself is getting worse and worse! first, on our last visit the host said that our booking was not registered over open table to the luck that we had lucky that another couple had canceled so that we had their table. it took a very long time to serve our main course after we finished our starters, I had to ask the times where that was eating, and every time we show a cinema to get, we had booked the restaurant for an hour and a half before we had to leave so that it was much time to serve our food and have eaten for us. the chicken pasta was bland and tasteless, so was hardly eaten. finally, the music in the restaurant was played so loud that we had to scream to have heard us; not what they would expect in a restaurant. we will not come to visit there for a long time!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this place. definitiw the best vegan pizza I had gone since the vegan. better than dominos and pizza hat. no competition. also the vegan “wings” were delicious and the chips with cheese were amazing and this vegan burger.... really surprised how much I enjoyed it. juicy, tasteful and free. all in all, I'd be pretty high up there. I would eat pizza again, but not dominos or pizza hat. both places were müll with vegan pizza. also pizza express vegan pizza were classified lower than here. "Latest visit, April 2022,for an early evening meal. Not very busy at the time of our visit , but a steady increase in customers while we were there. Very good service. Meals served very quickly, hardly any waiting.. Enjoyable visit. A Sunday evening (October 2019) and a visit with the family. Food was not as good as previous visits , very disappointing and have lowered my rating. Sirloin steak meal poor. No complaints about the staff. Drinks usually slow to arrive, delays after ordering and time to arrive at table. The previous return visit was made at lunchtime when the food and service were satisfactory. (August 2019) Full menu or lunchtime menu available. Very clean facilities both in Ladies and Gents. Standard Frankie Benny restaurant. Parking easiest in the lower or upper levels of the Swan Centre."

"I recently visited Frankie and bennys at the rock with my boyfriend. We couldn’t order on the app as it wasn’t working so the waitress was straight over and took our order. The starters come out pretty much straight away and were delicious! Garlic pizza...was worth it, however I got the Mac and cheese bites, and for the price of it you only get which I was slightly disappointed in. The mains took quite awhile to come out, but it was quite busy with the lunchtime rush, so didn’t mind waiting. I ordered the chicken Parma hero sub and it was honestly amazing!! recommend! Although don’t get a starter as it’s so big I couldn’t finish it, which I was upset about because it was so good! My boyfriend got the classic cheese burger, however it was very over cooked and didn’t taste very nice, looked like cheap quality meat. He hardly touched his meal which was a shame. Overall I was happy with the service and the meal, however don’t order the burger as you will be disappointed!"

"We chose this as a post -theatre meal after seeing a matinee in London. Being near the theatre it was very busy but the staff couldn't be more friendly and efficient. "Disappointing from the moment we entered. Had to wait longer than expected to be seated and the waitress took far too long to take our drinks order, despite the restaurant not being at capacity. When she did arrive we had already decided on our starters and main course and ordered everything together. The starters arrived but we still had no drinks, very embarrassing from a restaurant point of view. The starters were fine but the mains were way below par. Pasta was slimy and oily and contained only had 3 small meatballs. The included bacon was fatty and undercooked. There was not one single checkback from the waitress. Overall, a very poor experience and we won't be in a hurry to return."

"We visited for lunch with no reservation, mid week. Staff were polite and helpful and food service was prompt. There are good meal choices (especially for vegan options, and children's). The food was enjoyable, pictured viva la vegan burger, margarita pizza and childrens mac n cheese w/corn and chips all from lunch menu. My only grip was that the disabled/baby change toilet could do with being cleaner, this could have been down to additional use due to the gents toilet being out of order."

"I haven't been to a Frankie & Benny's in years, so my girlfriend and I decided to have dinner there tonight. I started with mozzarella sticks, which were good, and she had cheese bacon potato skins, which she enjoyed, so we were off to a good start. I ordered a margherita pizza and she ordered bolognese. However, the cheese on the pizza was hard, congealed, and plasticky (definitely not mozzarella), so I had to pick a lot of it off. The pasta in the bolognese was a strange brown color instead of a red tomato sauce, and my girlfriend thought it tasted odd (some of the pasta was also congealed). We also ordered loaded lava fries, which arrived dry with no sauce, so I had to send them back to be made properly. The total bill came to nearly £50, but luckily they accepted my blue light card, so we got a 20% discount. If it weren't for the discount, I would have been even more displeased. We definitely won't be returning, so save your money and go somewhere that serves better quality food."

"I believe Ocean terminal has the worst Frank&Benny’s I ever had a chance to visit. I had dinner in this place couple times now before cinema. Every time I was disappointed and because of how bad food was last time, I won’t be coming again… First of all Garlic bread , if you can even call it like that as it’s nothing like garlic bread , it’s pizza dough that’s absolutely drowning in oil!! Hardly taste any garlic , absolutely terrible. Buttermilk chicken burger was the worst burger I ever ate, chicken was drowning in oil !! It was so greasy that after couple bites my stomach actually started to hurt. I left most of my meal on plate. Why I planned to still pay for it even though I don’t think I should’ve since burger was cooked terribly) I was really surprised when server came to take dishes and saw my plate was half full, she didn’t even asked was there something wrong with food. This wasn’t the first time I was served terribly cooked food here but it was definitely worst."

"I understand that it was Mother's Day, but a reservation should not have been accepted if there was no possibility of being seated close to the scheduled time. My group of six, including two young children, had to wait by the front door for 25 minutes past our reservation time. We were then instructed to wait at the crowded bar, which was being used as a makeshift waiting area. Eventually, we gave up and left as it seemed like there was no organization or control. The staff blamed the delays on the kitchen, but it appeared that they had lost control of the situation. People were cutting in line and being escorted directly to the bar, with no consideration given to those who had been waiting. It was clear that the restaurant was not prepared for the busy Mother's Day rush."
