"I have been a big fan of the Red Tiffin for a while now. It is the best South Asian takeaway in the area with a good selection of meat-free options. However, I have had some mixed experiences with the staff at the counter. One of them is incredibly friendly and sweet, but there is another guy who can be quite rude. Unfortunately, his attitude has made me hesitant to order from here. It's a shame because other than that, I have had no other issues with this place."

"I ordered breakfast from this restaurant through Deliveroo, with a scheduled delivery time of 10:15 am. However, when my order did not arrive by 10:30 am, I called the restaurant and was informed that there were no available drivers and I would need to request a refund. This lack of communication and organization is completely unacceptable - I should have been notified of the issue with the drivers before placing my order. Had I known, I could have ordered from a different restaurant instead of waiting for an hour. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Fortunately, I was able to contact Deliveroo and receive a full refund of £27."

"I am never EVER ordering from Chicken Cottage ever again. I NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD. Not only do they NOT DELIVER MY FOOD WHICH I PAID NEARLY 30 POUNDS FOR, THEY MARKED MY ORDER AS DELIVERED TWO HOURS AFTER THE DELIVERY TIME. Of course nobody answering the phone at one minute past closing (even when they have outstanding orders). I called FIVE times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they told me to call back. 'Boss is not here, boss is not here '. Eventually they told me to call JustEat because apprently it 's their problem. JustEat had to call this laughing stock of a food shack and whoever they got through to just bare-face LIED to the representative. They told JustEat that my order had been delieved (Funny because I sure don 't remember getting the food that I paid for). Now JustEat has agreed to refund me on the restaurant 's behalf. Wish a negative rating system was in place, because these guys deserve -5 on all categories. Oh, but since my order was DEFINITELY delivered, I am free to leave a review on my experience, right? BE WARNED."

"This restaurant is fantastic. It is budget-friendly, cozy, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend trying their spicy wings. The fries were perfectly cooked, both soft and crispy. "I ordered the char-grilled lamb at the restaurant and found it to be extremely salty. The excessive saltiness could be harmful to one's health, so they should consider reducing the amount of salt used in their dishes. Additionally, the price was quite high, almost comparable to that of a paesano. It seems like the restaurant may be targeting drunk customers leaving the pub who may not pay much attention to the prices. However, as someone who had just completed a long and healthy cycle, I found the dish to be disappointing."

"So I made an order on uber eats, as you can see in my order I asked for a chicken kebab wrap. Not only does the packaging say “Lamb kebab” but the wrap was also filled with lamb. I rung the shop up and they basically told me I was lying and that it was chicken, and told me that the writing on the packaging was a mistake. I can assure you this tastes and smells like lamb, AND looks like it too. I hung up in anger as they didn’t seem to be doing anything to correct my order. In all the experience with this place was shocking and their customer service was very bad. Never going here again, not being called a liar over the phone when it’s clearly lamb."
