"I like the eatable in alara the falafel and hummus are really good and the salat is always fresh and delicious, and their finished salads, vegan sandwiches and tofu spinach bites are comfortable and delicious. the prices and the offer of health food brands vary so much between the shops alara seems to have good prices and band widths of some like yogitea and the earth. I was working one because around the opposite and I was really glad it was close. it's a shame that they have stopped lunar idee sushi and replaced with their own white rice sushi (both vegan products), it's so hard to get brown rice vegan sushi! I have to admit that I would like to see more vegan sweet tasty, but I suppose they help my health! and of course, the foodable should be all vegan, not just veggie ;"

"Laúra and Shaun were excellent hosts, making our date night truly memorable with their fantastic service. The food was delicious and served quickly and piping hot. We enjoyed Jalapeño Croquetas, Chorizo con cider, ratatouille with roasted egg, Spanish meatballs, and Patatas con garlic aioli. The friendly hosts and delectable food made for a truly special evening, and we can't wait to return."

"A friend and I were exploring Chinatown on a Sunday and came here for lunch since I was craving Chinese food. We arrived around noon, just as the restaurant was opening, and were the first customers there. The restaurant was a little tricky to find, as it 's in an alley off the main Chinatown roads, and the name Baozi Inn wasn 't written in English anywhere outside; however, my GPS was able to locate it. The inside of the restaurant was bigger than I thought, with 2 rooms of seating. The menu had both English and Chinese. Tea is £1.50 per person, but tap water was free. My friend and I each ordered a house special baozi (filling options that day were pork and vegetarian). We split the pork lotus bun small plate (it came with 2). I also ordered a bowl of porridge (also from the small plate part of the menu) for myself. The baozi is pretty big, and was delicious, as were the lotus buns. The porridge was hot and filling, and came in a small-to-medium sized bowl. The portions were smaller than what I 'm used to in America, but my non-American friend was satisfied with the portions. I think the main dishes are also a lot bigger; some other customers at a nearby table were splitting a noodle entrée in addition to getting some small plates. Service was prompt and the food came out pretty quickly; the staff weren 't overly friendly and mostly left us to ourselves. The men 's/ladies ' toilets were only denoted as such in Chinese, but the staff member who gave me directions to the toilets let me know the ladies ' room was on the right, so it wasn 't a big problem. The staff tended to assume we could speak Chinese at first, but after we responded in English, they switched over too. The restaurant was clean and not too busy while we were there, but more customers started trickling in as we were leaving. There 's a £10 minimum for card payment; I was able to use my American bank card. Our total meal for both of us combined was just £12, so we didn 't bother trying to split the bill after we found out about the card minimum. I really enjoyed my lunch here and would gladly come back next time I 'm craving pork buns."

"The service in this restaurant has gone down rapidly in the last 6 months. the staff cant be bothered at all. our main course came before our starters again, in the second visit in a month for us. our mistake for returning. the food was...cold and even the standard of the food is now lower than before. we had no clue who our server was and they were picking our drinks up without us having finished them and without even bothering to ask if we wanted another one. The staff look so disinterested and not bothered at all. The chap who i paid LITERALLY through the receipt on the table. they are charging high end prices but novikov, nobu and zuma are many many levels above them. Dont go here. Its finished as an option for me, i gave them another chance after the **** service last time but it has not changed."

"We arrived on time for our booking and were met by some friendly efficient staff who took our coats and offered us a choice if tables. It was my wife's birthday and we enjoyed a couple of excellently made cocktails.Food and service was excellent throughout with a number if checks made to ensure our satisfaction. The restaurant was more or less fully booked and there was a good atmosphere.Tables did seen to be fairly close to each other but with London overheads and wages I suspect it has to be this way.Portion size was fair, not overly large and my wife had beef fillet, I stole a bit if it and the flavour was super. My duck breast main was equally as tasty.I enjoyed a selection of Italian cheeses and whilst my wife did not choose a dessert she was later presented with a dessert and a birthday greeting (see picture).Overall an excellent evening and a happy wife , what more could you ask for?"

"I've visited Joe's a few times, always pleasantly surprised about the quality of food, delicious wines and classy yet cosy atmospere thanks to the cleverly designed interior. However on this occassion, I was hugely let down by the main course a chewy veiny piece of veal. I was offered a choice of how I wanted my meat cooked which made me think it was going to be a piece of meat worth fussing about. I picked blue rare, my usual choice of a meat lover. However, the piece of veal I got was so veiny and bony, I had to chew each piece a long time. Also, it was raw in places due to the heat not reaching behind tougher cartilage. A nightmare. Everything else was very good, the wine delicious as always, so out of nostalgia I scored 4 stars."

"With two toddlers in tow, it 's hard to find places that are both welcoming and entertaining for them. Even if the place bills itself as child-friendly , I still find that these places are only child-friendly if you have children that don 't move. Deli X is a great place to sit and have a coffee, and the kids are happy to sit and play. I met a friend (with no kids), and she read to them while we had hot drinks. The owners are very understanding about children, and sometimes their children are also around to play with mine. We really feel welcome here, and my children are always asking to come back!"

"I cannot believe that I have not already reviewed this; that's one of my favorite local restaurants/subs! the interieur is immaculate, with a beautiful design and cozy feeling. it is nice to come in summer and winter as it is light and airy in summer (and has outside seats) and in winter they run the kamin, which is beautiful, sitting next to. the personal is super friendly and they serve very tasty, high quality food. I recommend the calamari rings, and their sweet potatoes fries. if they have a sweet tooth, the salted caramel ice is delicious. I suggest to try this place at least once!"
