"Having never quite been convinced by the menu and decor to ever entertain an evening out at Missoula, it came as a welcome surprise how wonderful the new occupier of the premises is proving to be. The bustling Friday trade did not slow the service...and we received a mouthwatering array of small plates and a sharing platter more than ample for our group of three. I highly recommend the small plates the selection of five provides a lip smacking variety of dishes ranging from cauliflower wings (delightful) to arancini balls and burnt beef ends. Actually also a fan of the sharing platter with chicken wings, chicken strips, onion rings, chips, roast, medley of sauces and sausage. All whilst absorbing gorgeous views over the River Ouse..... a delightful way to spend a Friday evening (or any evening for that matter"

"the hotel was absolutely perfect in any view. the only side was loud construction work outside our room, we were right next to the scaffold and the drilling. my enkelin complained when the holes went on to 5. the personal offered to move us into another room, but we had all started preparing at this point so it was not an option. they surprised us with a beautiful dinner of cheese bus kites and dived left in our room and very appreciated after drowning in the amount on the way back from adele concert. everything else perfect the personal, bar, eating and spa facilities very comfortable stay."

"received multiple booking confirmation from open table, at our arrival no one knew about the reservation. then, fortunately, they still got a table. pizza very good, nice, small restaurant. then the annoying in the calculation: had ordered salami in one of the margheritas as an extra topping. on the bill (see photo) extra topping then calculated 2 x! start up: if you order extra, it's almost a salami pizza (which you can't order so) with extra much salami....I was really baff. 12.5 service charge is available in london at any restaurant visit. no enjoyable experience."

"Recently did a bottomless brunch at bowers tap. I have been to a lot of brunches but this was the best. Drinks and food menu was varied, service was fast but fun (shout out to Ryan who took great care of us), and we had easy access to a big screen for sports. Not only was it the best quality, itwas actually the cheaper of brunches avaliable in leeds. For an added bonus they also had a Halloween themed brunch based in strangers things, which just wow'd me. Champagne brunch at lemonade prices!"

"visited the place at two different locations. the first time was on a Saturday night. great music and ambiente, but what the show stole was their list of cocktails. therefore decided to try some. all were exceptional, I would recommend the 5 stars tee for the rum lovers and show me the monkeys for the whisky dinkers who want to try something else. the Watermelon actor 'full moon party' was decent and thought us more. After we had the wonderful experience, we decided to go back this time with a bigger baptism. everything was the same, but we were disappointed as the bar offers were not trained enough to create the different cocktails on their menu, which was due to the fact that it was a weekday. I would recommend visiting the place at a weekend to have some drinks with friends and enjoy the lively atmosphere."

"My boyfriend and I had a 7pm booking at Missoula Montana for Valentine’s Day, turned up a little early to have a drink beforehand and we were seated already by 6:30pm. The service was absolutely excellent especially from Lilith. She was very polite and always made sure everything was okay for us. The food was absolutely delicious; service was super quick. Overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone becoming one of my favourite bars in York!"

"Oh dear, after using the Oyster Box every time we visit Jersey something has seriously wrong, On the lead up to Christmas the restaurant was virtually empty, it was cold, with panel heaters every where, apart from the toilets which were freezing The menu had changed with a lot of the old favourites missing, the staff tried hard but something is missing Very doubtful if we shall return with so many splendid restaurants on the island, such a shame"

"The food was excellent although I think it is more of a café breakfast and lunch place rather than dinner. Unfortunately 35 minutes after ordering we were told the chef was having an issue with one of the dishes so could we please choose an alternative (we got free bread and olives whilst waiting). Then we waited a further 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The rose wine wasn't chilled (although they did pre warn us). We received no discount from the £78 bill (for 2 burgers and a bottle of wine). Overall sadly it was a little disappointing although the food was excellent, so perhaps a place for lunch rather than dinner."

"Am sorry , but the worst meal have ever had . Started out well. Came to take our drinks order then we ordered food. Two of us ordered chicken dishes . They came mine was basically half a roast chicken , but cutting into it , was more bones than meat really dry but then some bits were raw. Sent mine back replaced with the meatballs. They came after some time then cut into them they were cold . I just sent back again. Manager came over and was very nice , offered me a free drink , but I just felt ill at this stage . Daughters dish was awful too. Really chewy awful chicken. Then just got the bill , but charged us for one dish drinks . Came to Then tried to charge us service charge ! They took it off . Never again , sorry. Just somewhere to go for drinks after work. Avoid"

"the whole experience was beyond expectations. we went a little early so we almost had the whole restaurant to us. the people started when the time was over. we ordered fried mutton (this was recommended by waiter and glad that we chose it, fried noodles, spicy black darm (they were surprisingly very tasty. I am aware that the texture may not be for everyone - but I loved it! and fried teig with chopped pork, which was crispy greasy heaven. Unfortunately, they didn't have the chicken feet I really wanted to try. as dessert we had deep fried banana balls covered with crispy thin sliced fried potatoes, covered with what tasted like sweet condensed milk (combination was on point! and sweet glutinous rice balls in rice wine. the staff was very friendly and nice. we will definitely go back!"

"A shadow of Carluccios, this was my worst experience. The food was dry, took way too long I wondered wether they killed the pig on site to make sausages… The scrambled eggs between myself and a family member seemed to be one egg shared between us. We had a toddler and they didn’t really have a kids breakfast were out of pancakes and wouldn’t let her have a few pieces of fruit from the buffet as they wouldn’t know how to charge…. pathetic really. Worst but was this was the first experience for friends visiting from abroad, Its gone downhill and Marriot should do something if only to protect their local brand"

"This was my third visit and I loved it. They have the best brunch menu with breakfast and lunch choices and the waiters top your prosecco glass up very frequently! The service is great. "This is a really nice restaurant whose lunch menu provides great value for money. While it's not made clear on the lunch menu itself, you get both a starter and a main for £9. The portions were good sizes and we all thought it was really delicious and authentic tasting food. This is one place where we will definitely go to again. The ambience is nice and the waitstaff we had was attentive and friendly."

"what a beautiful restaurant that is to find a super: we were made to feel most welcome to the server were attentive, though inconsistent. the menu options offered were excellent; some from the ordinary, that is a refreshing change! "the venue took a booking for 8 a.m. to dinner, but at the arrival at the venue I was greeted by the security, I told them I had a reservation and they pointed me in them I asked them where my table was and was told me that I didn't know that it's usually someone to take them to their table, but nobody was there. then someone else told me that they turned it off now. So I wasn't having a table and made to run the road that is looking for somewhere to eat. Why take reservations when their restaurant turns into a nit club and all tables are taken away to make a dance floor."
