"My friend and I visited giraffe on Saturday 20 October. I had a voucher, buy one main course, get one free, which I showed to our waiter when we were seated just to confirm it was valid, which it was. When it came to paying, the voucher code was not applied, and we didn’t notice until the bill had been paid, so we ended up paying the full amount. We told our waiter what had happened and asked for the amount to be refunded. We were told it wasn’t possible as the table had been closed?... the waiter took our details, ie name, phone number and was assured the manager would phone the next day. Today is Wednesday and still no phone call. The food was good as was the service but we are very disappointed by the customer relations. So I would not return..."
