"I have had two disappointing experiences at this restaurant. The first one was about a year ago, when they served me a raw burger. Despite this, I gave it another chance with my daughters. However, all the food we ordered came out lukewarm. The Katsu curry had dry, tasteless chicken and only one slice of pepper instead of the promised vegetables and spring onions. The chicken wings and tacos that my daughters ordered were also cold and flavorless. Our bill came to £55 for a subpar meal. I would recommend avoiding this place and saving your money."

We got to the restaurant before the opening time and the staff were extremely rude to us saying the lights aren 't on so we aren 't open yet in a very sarcastic voice and other rude comments.

Terrible service, was advised by one server not to order too much food and overheard another telling customers how terrible the food is. Didn’t receive a burger after waiting 10 minutes and letting them know I still didn’t receive by burger yet it was still on my bill at the end. Will not be going again don’t recommend.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and was excited to try it. It looked appealing when it arrived, but I was disappointed to find that the filling was only lukewarm. My wife's Bondi burger was bland and overcooked. We won't be returning anytime soon. The waiter did offer to replace my burger, but I had already eaten most of it, although I couldn't finish the toasted and hard bun.
