"Although the waiter was very good , we were not impressed with the time there . We were using a virgin experience a three course meal and drink. I gave the voucher to the waiter as soon as he seated us, but the manager I believe was very sharp with me over using the voucher and the fact that he couldn't find it, and that I hadn't booked it correctly, well they had our booking so if something went wrong it wasn't what we had done. The waiter asked what we wanted to drink whilst the manager tried to sort out what menu we should have, we were given our drinks a lemonade and lime and a glass of wine. We eventually were given a menu and ordered our food which was all fine we ordered some bread as an extra. When we come to ask for the bill for which we should only have had to pay for the wine, lemonade and bread which came to £9.65 in total but were presented with a bill for £18.53 and was told this was the balance owing . After being made to feel the way we did I wasn't in the mood to argue , this should not happen I accept we needed to pay for our extra drinks etc but the voucher should have covered our meal, we weren't given the normal menu it was a set one so maybe someone could tell me why we had to pay the extra. I would not recommend to anyone"

"This restaurant is fantastic with affordable prices and a wide variety of pasta, pizza, and burgers. We were promptly seated for lunch and the staff was very friendly. The pizza arrived quickly and was delicious. The only downside was that it took some time to receive the bill, but the restaurant was quite busy at that point. We would definitely come back again."

"I attended here with a few work colleagues whilst away on business after one of the group suggested it and i was not disappointed. From the moment I entered I was greeted with a top standard of professionalism. Our server, Ella, is an absolute credit to the business. Ella was very friendly, polite and engaging, she interacted with all people at the meal delivering fantastic customer service. She truly made the meal an enjoyable experience. The food was great, I personally ordered the fajitas. The wraps were small but the meat and vegetables were not! And as the wraps were complimentary it was fine as we could have more brought over. The food was of good quality and of large portions. I would most certainly visit again next time I am in the Poole/Bournemouth area."

"I attended an event here in July. I have since received a county court letter before claim for parking in the FREE car park. the website states nothing about the parking accept that the car park is free and there was nothing clear to me at the car park itself or inside on attending the event to say that the free car park was somehow being used as a money making scheme for a parking firm. I would not go to this hotel again, only to be aggressively pursued by a third party parking company for months afterwards."

"What can I say...cheese...cheese and more cheese! Amazing food, beer battered curds with the sriracha sauce just makes you feel dirty...cheese shouldn't be allowed to taste that good! Rest of the menu is just as much of a delight and the cocktail menu, which although limited (at the moment) is more than made up for by the quality of those on it; one of the best White Russians I've had in a long time. Staff couldn't be more friendly and efficient.A great dining experience, highly recommended."

"we went to the bella for a tasty bite and try our local ice cream place. we usually go to another salon in the south, no names, because I'm not sure if I can put names on this. it is not cheating, at £37 for 2 adults and 2 children, but they are 13 years old and eat like adult. it costs a lot for ice, but it is not just ice. we had the 2 waffels, a chocolate brownie sunflower, and the doughnut thing that they see in the picture, but can not remember it is name, 1 milkshake and a bottle fanta. the portions are large, the ice is delicious and they have a lot to choose from the menu, I was happy to pay for eating and how nice it was. the workers are really nice and friendly, and considering how busy it was, we were served quite quickly. what I would say, this is negatiw an bella if they have to sit in them and order them from the to the table, but not really biggie, but I would like to order from the table. it's the same with other ice salons I was on, though. the only other was how to load it was inside, it sounds so echoey. I don't say a big problem just my thoughts. we will now go back to our local, and then we have others."

"I visited this restaurant after reading positive reviews on Google. Upon arriving, I was surprised to see that it was fairly quiet despite the good reviews, but it quickly filled up. The service was quick, the atmosphere was nice, and the prices were reasonable. The menu had a variety of options, and though I wanted more than I could eat, I will definitely be returning. "Absolutely disaster! Got there table was ready, then asked for menu's to be told no we couldn't have food, although they was advertising food, As we booked with open table not the club itself. After complaining, they allowed us to have food, which was very nice, we all enjoyed. My friend went to the bar for conqtour they had put triple sec in the bottle so it's wasn't the real liquor. Which when complained they gave her a refund. We'd just ate our food, we was asked to leave the table as it was booked out for another party. With in the 2 hours we was there we'd roughly spent between us about £500. I asked for the manager, her Name was Nicola, I showed her the email, which it never stated I only had the table for a few hours, she blamed open table, not putting in they email. She wasn't sorry at all, club was quite she didn't offer us any other tables, absolutely ruined my birthday, that's what we was out for, made us so un welcome towards the end, because we complained. Also the was no draught pumps working they was charging over £5 for a bottle lager, which was half pint. Said the wasn't having them fixed either. The club is absolute joke! I would never return there again. Management is waste time, need to go on customer service course, how to run a business. I'm a Manager in retail, run quite a few stores, if I had treated any customer like this, I would be looking for a new job, so unprofessional, o hope you take my comments on board. "Visited the Ebrington Arms many years ago and was impressed. I'm please to report nothing has changed. It's a charming pub in the Cotswolds that serves great food but it still a pub, with a welcoming pub atmosphere and good beer. They also accommodated my son's food allergies with no fuss something that often makes eating out as a family problematic. Highly recommended."

"Last night, we were quickly seated at a table for a show, but our experience quickly went downhill. Our unassuming waiter seemed annoyed by everything, from simple requests like a cocktail not on the menu to treating a gnocchi starter as a main course. They also didn't understand the concept of a flat broth, which made the dish practically inedible. After waiting at least 20 minutes for our plates to be cleared, we still hadn't received the dessert we ordered. Overall, the service was rushed and the food was below average. We will not be returning."

"Another amazing meal delivered at the King Head. We love coming here as the food and service is always excellent. Despite an early booking the place was busy with a lovely hustle and bustle. Starter of fish cakes were delicious as was my husbands (I can’t remember the name. Came in a puff pastry parcel). However I did remember the roast beef and Yorkshire’s (huge). The carrots were a star unto themselves cooked in star anise which really life a plain carrot into something else. Generous thick cut sirloin of beef and cauliflower cheese. Really lovely service. We were never left thirsty with many a top up. Great friendly service. We will be back. Thank you."

"6 of us celebrated my friends birthday last night and the service was disgusting! It was a catalogue of being ignored, wrong drinks, being stirred at by at least 5 staff (just standing around! I asked for a jug of Sangria, got a glass. My husband asked for a pint of Budweiser, he got a bottle. I asked for a red wine with my steak, I had eaten half my dinner and when it arrived it was white wine. The icing on top of the cake was the birthday girl ordered a Tequila sunrise and she had dead ants in it, we sent it back and complained, they did gave an alternative drink. I asked to speak to the manager, but he wouldn't come over to speak to us. When the bill finally came, we were charged for the drink with ants!!!! Once again I asked to speak to the manager, who was hiding behind the bar and he refused to speak to us, so finally they deducted the one cocktail. Will never be going back there again."
