"Wanted to try this as a new option in town but Was disappointed by the 2 tiny scones for £9 and small portion of jam and cream which didn't suffice for 3 people. Scones were tasty, just tiny! The waiter apologised that he didn't normally serve in that space but it felt very fawlty towers just asking to see a menu. Lack of ambience and people. Will not recommend or go back."

"I visited this salon yesterday with my friend with quite high expectation that first the pictures and reviews on their fbk page have scrolled, and I must say that I was not disappointed in the smallest! from service to the quality of desserts were amazing, and their menu is original, fascinating and refreshing. without any doubt I will visit this place to explore the rest of their menu. I had her 'crumble aux pommes' crepe with toffee crispy ice cream and affogato with praline and ice cream (yum yum! many thanks! xx"

"Their customer service is seriously lacking. We stood at the 'wait here to be seated ' booth for close to 10 minutes but were pretty much ignored despite the restaurant only being about 1/4th occupied. We decided to just walk in then and seat ourselves and once we had done that still nobody acknowledged us. I finally had to get up, actually stop somebody and request them to give us menus. Two stars because burgers were nice enough. Definitely not worth menu price though, we had a voucher."

"In my opinion the best Greggs there is! Mainly because I worked there but the staff there always try their best. I see other reviews saying they are under-staffed which is true, but this cannot be helped as there are a lot of parents trying to provide for their kids and Greggs only offers 16/20 hour contracts for regular team members (which is why I had to leave eventually Staff always try hard despite setbacks they cannot control e.g delivery being late, delivery not turning up at all and other problems that can arise with customer service. Food always baked to perfection! Remember Greggs food is not a hot counter guys! Cut them some slack! Otherwise you 'd get taxed as it 's the law! ' 'Freshly baked ' ' is how it goes! : If you can wait 15/17 mins ring the shop and ask for some to be put in : Loved working there, wish I could have done full time otherwise I would have stayed forever! Well done guys!"

"My children were devastated when the waitress forgot their desserts completely. We had ordered pancakes just before 5pm, their deadline, and I ended up ordering a coffee and a small dessert while we waited. Both came quickly, but we still waited for the kids' desserts. After half an hour passed, I asked for help and was told that nothing had been put through for my children. It was obvious that they were waiting, and I was truly shocked and disappointed. This experience really soured our visit. The manager's only concern seemed to be swapping out the deal so we paid for the kids' meals but received free pancakes. This was frustrating, especially since my 3-year-old was upset and I was trying to comfort her while being interrupted repeatedly and having menus pushed in my face. I don't think we will be returning to this restaurant in the future."

"I have visited this Subway location for two days and I must say I have been impressed with the service at both places. Kyle was extremely friendly and made delicious sandwiches and salads. It feels like a home away from home in this Subway! Leah, his co-worker, was also friendly. The staff here is professional and courteous. "I ordered a sub and a salad through Uber Eats. The salad was missing items and poorly assembled, and one of the items was missing altogether. When I called the restaurant, I was told to contact Uber for a refund and they seemed uncaring. We offered to return the old order but were told they would not remake the entire order, only provide the missing items for us to pick up. This resulted in our sub getting cold. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed there was no manager, just the person I was talking to, and there was a kitchen leak to deal with. This experience was unacceptable and I will be taking further action regarding this situation."
