"Roz Ana is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of the city. As an avid lover of Indian cuisine, my dining experience at this restaurant was truly delightful. From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting ambiance instantly transported me to a world of authentic Indian flavors. The staff at Roz Ana was incredibly attentive and friendly. They greeted us with genuine smiles and promptly escorted us to our table. Our server was well-versed in the menu, providing insightful suggestions while accommodating our dietary preferences. As for the food, it was an absolute feast for the senses! Every dish we ordered was meticulously crafted, presenting a perfect blend of spices and flavors. The variety on the menu left us spoilt for choice, and we ended up ordering the Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Biryani, and Paneer Butter Masala. Each dish was prepared to perfection, with the chicken and lamb being delightfully tender and succulent. The presentation of the food was also visually pleasing, showcasing the care and attention given to every detail. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left with satisfied palates and content stomachs. Additionally, the restaurant didn't compromise on authenticity; the flavors were true to traditional Indian cuisine while also offering a modern twist. What sets Roz Ana apart from other Indian restaurants is its commitment to catering to vegetarian and vegan diners. The extensive vegetarian options on the menu impressed me, highlighting the restaurant's dedication to inclusivity. The only reason I'm not giving a five-star rating is the slightly inflated prices. While the quality and taste of the food were top-notch, it would have been more affordable to dine here regularly if the prices were a tad lower. However, considering the overall experience and the high-quality ingredients used, it's understandable why they command a premium. My conclusion, Roz Ana is the perfect place to satisfy your craving for Indian cuisine. Whether you're a regular fan or an adventurous newcomer, this restaurant guarantees a cultural and culinary experience that will leave a lasting impression. Despite the slightly higher prices, I will definitely be returning to indulge in the rich flavors and warm atmosphere again!"

"I recently dined at Maaya and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I feel compelled to share my feedback to shed light on the issues I encountered during my visit. First and foremost, the behaviour of the staff was highly unprofessional. I was taken aback by their rudeness and arrogance, which left a sour taste in my mouth from the moment I entered the restaurant. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and dismissive, lacking the basic courtesy one would expect in a dining establishment. It is essential for a restaurant to prioritize customer service, and the behaviour I witnessed did not meet even the most minimal standards. Furthermore, there was a severe mistake with our order. We had ordered eight starters and eight main courses in total, but to our dismay, the staff mistook it for four main courses in total, instead of 4 main courses on each table, and started behaving extremely rudely with the ladies. They were trying to intimidate the ladies into ordering more dishes that what was required. Additionally, the service at Maaya was exceedingly slow. From the moment we sat down, it took an excessive amount of time for the waitstaff to approach our table and take our orders. The entire experience was plagued by long waits, which further exacerbated our dissatisfaction. Due to the aforementioned issues, my companions and I were left with no choice but to cut our visit short, which unfortunately disrupted the planned meeting we had scheduled. As a customer, I had high hopes for Maaya, but the overall experience fell short of even the most basic standards of hospitality. The combination of rude and arrogant staff, the mistake with our main courses, and the consistently late services left me deeply unsatisfied. Dining out should be a pleasurable experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Maaya. I sincerely hope that Maaya takes this feedback constructively and addresses the issues I've highlighted. Improving customer service, ensuring order accuracy, and streamlining the service timings are essential steps to regain the trust and satisfaction of diners. I hope to see positive changes in the future because every customer deserves a pleasant and memorable dining experience."

All that you have to do is come to this restaurant after fasting a day before as your stomach will to need that place to fit all the delicious food they serve here in beautifully garnished and plated. To start with AMBIENCE Simple still classy. relaxed , friendly and family oriented ambience!! A very impressive wall depicting a picture of colourful India. A very neat and tidy seating arrangement and all clean. FOOD Authentic Indian food ! To start with the choice of drinks proper indian drinks options other than mango lassi usually the only indian drink found in maximim restaurents like chaas and jal jeera . Go for these i loved them! Ragda pattice, bhelpuri, pani puri, chhole bhature, misal pav all were simply awsome. Specially the way they are plated in a creative way. Do not forget to order faluda in dessert menu.......i had one of my best faluda i ever had!! Visit this place again and again specially to have its Faluda a very famous and rich in flavours dessert of India topped up with rose syrup . SERVICE The staff is very friendly though they are less in number to serve during busy days. The service might be slow. I had to remind them again and again for a simple water. This is why i ranked 4.5 instead of complete 5. Need to pay bit attention on service! COST A bit more towards higher end but the taste covers it all. It cost approx £35 £40 for two. In a NUTSHELL an absolute delight if you are a PURE VEGETATRIAN and a chaat lover like me ; ."
