"We had such a lovely evening at the Arber Garden. The venue was decorated beautifully for Christmas with a lovely lit up (heated) garden. The staff were friendly and the right level of attentiveness. It had a luxury laid back feel. You could dress up or down and still feel the part. The food was really delicious I had the smoked salmon starter and trout, my friends had the Christmas Turkey. Everyone was very happy. Not enough room for pudding sadly. The wine was really decent for the price and I had an excellent cosmopolitan. We stayed until nearly past closing. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Feels like a hidden gem in the heart of the London."

"we have booked the last dinner sessions on Christmas Day for Christmas dinner in the arber garden 3 months in advance. I will prevent this by saying that the gastfreundschaft industry has been hit hard lately, and that this was the Christmas day, but a restaurant that should decide for opening on Christmas day should be better prepared. we came to sit immediately and it took 25 minutes to get service and water. other tables have been set after us and get faster service. only 45 minutes after sitting we received our drinks. the Christmas menu had four main dishes, and the four members of our party ordered all the truthahnfestgericht. the cook/the management had not ordered enough food because thirty minutes after ordering our meals, we were recommended that they were from the truthahn, and we had to choose other meals. fortunately, these meals came fast, but we saw that at least two other tables served the turkey after we were told that no one remained. we have assumed that this was the result of the initial delay in the operation of our table. while eating altogether was quite good, the service left much to wish. the management has created a balance for the failure of service quality. this was not 80 gbp per person meal."

"this place is a huge load, almost a food hall, scratched with delicious natural foods. five stars seemed a bit exaggerated for a casual lunch, but it makes all my hopes and dreams true. Low key, but with a menu that pays exactly to the quality of the ingredients for lunch, it had a nice mix of suppening, salads, sandwiches and played entree as well as baked things. had vegan suppe, which with two beautiful plates of multigrain and sun dried tomatenbrot, as well as a large salat. salat was big with a plentiful supply of new cartolls, quinoa with napkins, tomatoes/tocchini/mozzarella and rocket leaves- if not the sky then I don't know what it is!!! I would like to weigh for the brote alone again, was insane. the terrace series had some mouth-watering delicacies like vanilla cheesecake. everything is wonderfully fresh and firm for the eyes. they have made a large juice bar both ready and 'choose their own ingredient'. a perfect place for the healthy, who also desire a hearty meal."

"We booked a table for 7 people and this was no problem as the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, albeit at 6pm on a Tuesday evening. This was just as well because any busier and the background noise and the load music would have made discussions very difficult. We had a few issues understanding the waiter as he had a rather impenetrable accent but despite a few mix-ups over side dishes, overall the service was good. Many of us availed of the discounted steak and it was OK, nothing special. Happy to go again but only because it is near the office."

"There are not many restaurants where you can find gluten-free pasta, so I am giving it 5 stars. I absolutely loved the carbonara pasta - it was just as tasty as any other regular pasta."

"We were celebrating my birthday. This was a return visit to the restaurant as we loved the lobster wellington we had the previous time. We ordered it again and still thought it was great. Although expensive it does come with various side dishes. The menu overall is excellent as there is lots of seafood on it which we love. We had a lovely cote du Rhine white wine with it. As the main is so filling though we shared an interesting chocolate dessert which was plenty for us. The staff were attentive and friendly answering our questions. Service was very good. After our meal, we also had a tour of the new basement levels with the pool and spa. We had watched the recent documentary on tv. and we were fascinated by this massive engineering task. We love our luxury London hotels but especially Claridge’s. It’s so beautiful."

"Overall, my experience was quite disappointing. I made a reservation for six people, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that they no longer use OpenTable for bookings and had no record of our reservation. It was frustrating to see that the restaurant was only half full. To add to the disappointment, they told us they weren't serving Sunday roasts and suggested we try the other restaurant in the hotel, called Zest, which we ended up doing. It's clear that someone needs to take action and remove this restaurant from the site."

"The ‘big bagel’ was nice enough as were the chips. Sweet friendly waitress. Please do not order the nachos-they are flavourless and in my opinion the tortilla chips a little stale. Was a little hard work trying to get someone’s attention for the bill. I think they could do with one more member of staff to keep things running more smoothly eg clearing tables, wiping down seats and supplying the bill more promptly. I voiced my opinion at the time re the nachos but was met with a vacant stare and a ‘no ones ever complained about them before ‘. They bizarrely offered to take 10% off the cost of the nachos. A more commercially savvy response would have been ‘so sorry you didn’t like the nachos Ill take them off the bill as you’ve barely touched them. Hope to see you again next time’ There’s lots of competition in the area who in my opinion offer waaay better service. I believe the owner was behind the counter at the time who took no ownership of the situation-that was a shame but hey ho that’s why some businesses succeed and others don’t stand the test of time."

"I feel slightly under qualified to review natural kitchen as I only really use it in case of emergency at the office fire, powers cuts or general pestilence have brought me to NK a few times now for a coffee and some of their delicious wifi. In terms of the food, it seems like general expensive 'superfood ', cleansing smoothie/juice nonsense but the setting is nice enough high ceilings, glass walls and that rarity in the city lots of space. I 've had brekkie here just the once and it was fine nothing incredible nor offensive but given the dearth of genuine quality cafes with a bit of space it 's gonna have to stay my de facto refuge for the time being."

"I 've been fond of Mamma 's for many years and even throgh they 've passed their peak they remain a favourite. Once dotted around from Inverleith to Bruntsfield, now the Grassmarket branch is all that remains. However, they 've long provided one of the better gluten free pizzas I 've come across crispy, flavoursome, and almost indistinguishable from the 'normal ' ones. The range of toppings is huge and you 'll probably find yourself debating whether pickled cactus and marshmallows would go together. Which is a refreshing alternative to most pizzerias ' mainstream selection of meat and veg. I 'm also a fan of anywhere that gives me the option of coating my food in parmesan and chilli. Since the Grassmarket was reopened as something that looks rather continental, it 's lovely to sit outside here on a summer day and eat nice pizza while watching the tourists. Inside is a little bit cramped, but then there 's always the option of takeaway as well. The staff are mostly quite wonderfully eccentric, and likely to get caught up in silly banter, which I always see as an excuse in itself to visit somewhere!"

"One of the great things about Farnham is that you can stumble upon hidden gems down side streets or alleys. Borelli’s is one of these hidden treasures, with a quaint courtyard outdoor area that is perfect for dining. The outdoor heaters provide a cozy atmosphere, and the bar has a modern city feel. The staff at Borelli’s were amazing, especially with our son who they engaged with and entertained with their knowledge of Pokémon. The menu offers a Mediterranean fusion of Spanish and Italian cuisines, including pizza, pasta, and tapas. We tried the fish paella, spicy chicken wings, antipasto platter, and a dish similar to patatas bravas. While the chicken was perfectly cooked and the potatoes were crispy, the antipasto seemed store-bought and the paella lacked fish and seafood flavor. Despite this, we would probably return to Borelli’s because of the pleasant atmosphere and friendly service."

"My husband and I were staying at the Crowne Plaza Nottingham with another couple and decided to eat in the hotel's Swatch restaurant for one evening meal. It turned out to be an excellent decision! The service was outstanding from the moment we entered the restaurant area and the good humour of the Maitre d' served to set the tone for a comfortable and entertaining evening. Although there was some problem with a few aspects of the meals as described on the menu no figs as promised in one starter and no potatoes available the chef managed to offer good alternatives and produced delicious and well presented plates of food for each course. Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable experience that we will definitely seek to repeat."

"We’ve always enjoyed dining here, especially for the fresh, made-to-order pizzas and the fantastic atmosphere. The outdoor seating is one of the best around—it’s a lovely, picturesque spot to enjoy a meal. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. However, our recent visit for the Sunday roast was a major disappointment. The roast was incredibly bland, with the only noticeable flavor coming from the gravy. The pork option came with just a sliver of crackling, and the roast potatoes were barely roasted at all. While the lamb shank was cooked perfectly, it was still lacking in flavour. At £16-18 per person, the roast just isn’t worth it. We’ll stick to the pizza next time."

"I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. Initially, I was pleased to have reserved a table in the trios section. However, on the day of our reservation, I received a phone call from the restaurant saying they were fully booked and offered us a table in the pit instead, assuring us we could still enjoy the trios menu. When we arrived at the pit, we had a hard time finding our table, which was located right next to the loudspeakers and a beer pong table. I had to go up to the bar and shout over the noise to request two menus, which seemed to take the staff by surprise. While the food was fine and the waiter was pleasant, my daughter found the atmosphere disappointing and unwelcoming. We also wanted to order a drink, but the cocktail bar was closed for a private party. Overall, I left feeling unimpressed."

"Service was not very consistent. Some of the staff where very polite and attentive, others were quite aloof and not aware of their customer needs. The food was fine, nothing to complain about at all with a fairly average menu. The wine was lovely, however overpriced. The atmosphere was a little down and we moved at the end of the meal to a more ‘cosier’ table in the bar area."

"The food was decent overall. The pizza was really good, but the burger was just okay. The beers were fine, although one of them we really didn't enjoy and couldn't drink. The venue itself is beautiful, but it was a bit distracting when the staff started washing all the tap lines and unpacking things around 8:15. When I inquired about this, I was told they would close when the last customer leaves. It didn’t create a very welcoming atmosphere, which was unfortunate."
