"Positive factors: Staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. Premises are pleasant and comfortable. Constructive feedback: The menu is limited. The food is poorly presented (cold, over cooked and lacks quality). We have been supporters of the White Hart for many years, however our last three visits have been a total let down simply in the basis of the poor choice menu, poor quality of the presented food items and what seems to be a lack of care as to what is presented to the customer (you need a Chef, not a cook). Other than that, the staff are always amazing, the drinks on offer are a little limited but good, the ambience of what was once a great local hostelry is ruined by the food quality. So much so, that I fear it will be some time before we visit again, a sad day indeed."
