"Went to the Grouse Inn yesterday it was a beautiful day. There were 30 of us in a party. The food was absolutely wonderful piping hot and nothing was too much trouble. Also a big thank you to Becky who looked after us she was brilliant! I would recommend the Grouse Inn definitely. A great location, great food and great staff! Thank you and hope to call back again soon"

First time yesterday for me at the grouse inn and the food was amazing !!!! The shared onion starter was so yummy and tipsy chicken main was too would deffinately go back to this lovely place again staff were great couldn't fault it

Had a wonderful meal, with family, who came up from Sheffield for the day, couldn't fault it at all, the service was good the place is lovely and the food was second to none, the fruit crumble with brulie top is out of this world.. Definitely go again..

Excellent tasty food and service also excellent. A few weeks back I had a prawn risotto...last week it wasn't on the menu, after saying to the waitress how much I had enjoyed it she asked the chef if he could make it again for me and he did. Can't get better than that... thank you x

This was our second visit and yesterday we went with my mum and sister. Sadly the weather was pretty poor and the wonderful view had disappeared in the fog!! The food was excellent, piping hot and very tasty. Definitely a place to revisit. Many thanks to everyone for making us very welcome.

6 adults and 3 children under 10. We reserved a table which was set up on arrival. Sat outside first taking in the great views on a fairly warm afternoon. Ordered our starters which everyone enjoyed while the kids had their food from children's menu. Then our mains which were plentiful and tasty. Good service, busy and very good food.
