"The ham salad, lentil soup, and cheeseburger at this restaurant are delicious, as well as their excellent coffee. Everything I have ordered from their extensive menu has been top quality. The staff are friendly and attentive."

"Yeo Pans is a Chinese restaurant in Chorlton that sticks to what it knows best. The menu offers a variety of traditional Chinese dishes, staying true to its specialties while also meeting the usual takeout expectations. The food is consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavorful meat and fish. Orders are always delivered on time and accurate. If you're craving Chinese food in Chorlton, you won't find a better balance of quality and value elsewhere."

"The food had a strange taste to it. The Coke was warm and the portion of duck in the duck fried rice was very small. I didn't eat much of it because it tasted strange.. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant."

"We ordered the hot pot for three people and received a large pot of soup filled with meat, seafood, vegetables, and rice. It was incredible! None of us had ever tried hot pot before, and it was our first time experiencing Chinese cuisine as a family. We ended up loving it. I'm already thinking about celebrating my birthday with my family at this restaurant in December."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The place was extremely clean and the food was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. I was happy to see that they serve Coke Zero in cans, or you can also have unlimited refills from the soda fountain. The pakoras were not left in a bain marie, so they were not soggy like at some buffet places. I had low expectations going in, but I left very impressed. I will definitely be returning. I only tried the Indian food and a small slice of pizza, as nothing from the Chinese selection caught my eye. They also had pasta dishes and Thai curry, so there is something for everyone."

"Had a family meal at Zen Oriental in this evening. We have had meals there a number of times previously and have always enjoyed it, but sadly tonight this wasn’t the case. The food was very disappointing. The Chili king Prawn starters were deep fried...in batter in their shells so each time you took a bite, you got a mouthful of shell. Totally inedible without having to peel off the batter and shells which kind of defeats the purpose! Main courses were all disappointing too; in particular the Kung Po chicken looked very bland and unappetising and the sauce was thick and gloopy. The crispy chilli beef seemed to be all crispy with no beef. To round everything off, the coffee at the end of the meal could only be described as revolting totally stewed and tasted nothing remotely like coffee. It’s a shame that the food seems to have gone downhill it has always been so enjoyable on previous visits. Sorry, but we won’t be back there are far better Chinese restaurants in Aberdeen."

"Ordered from this chinese takeaway for the first time yesterday and honestly one of the worst chinese takeaways I've ever had! Food was overly salty and inedible. I hate to waste food but the noodles were so inedible, I had no choice but to throw them away! Beef tasted old and overcooked. Special fried rice was bland, yet had an underlying burnt taste! So disappointing as I was really looking forward to my meal even checked the reviews before ordering. Felt it necessary to leave a review so people are aware of the poor quality of food on offer."

"This was our first visit to the Hong Kong Chinese restaurant, we were passing and stopped on the off chance they would have space, and they fitted us in no problem. It has the usual Chinese restaurant decor, pretty in a kitsch way. Unassuming and helpful staff, led to an unpretentious and relaxed atmosphere, some 90’s pop tunes playing unobtrusively in the background. We enjoyed this very much, starting with the special mixed hors d'oeuvres for two, the seaweed especially was chunkier than our usual takeaway back home, and we enjoyed it immensely. Presented nicely, no peanut sauce on the satay, but it had a good flavour and didn’t need it. For the mains we had sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, mixed veg and crispy chilli beef with coconut egg fried rice. Well what an absolute pleasure. The sweet and sour had a vinegar undertone and the usual sweet flavour but not overly sweet and was cooked fresh and very delicious. The mixed veg had a slight crunch and the crispy chilly beef, had a different sauce again, but the batter was light crispy and melted in your mouth. Portion sizes were just right, maybe a touch smaller than some Chinese restaurants I’ve been to, but we’re were pleased with this, we didn’t feel too full afterwards and might have been able to comfortably fit in a dessert, and will do that next time we visit. The coconut egg friend rice was really good too, very aromatic. The only negative was the size of the drinks, my mineral water glass was half the size of my partners coke and it would have been nice to have had a proper glass full. Just a minor niggle. Reasonably priced nonetheless, £48 for the whole meal. I’d definitely recommend, and we will be going back. We really enjoyed the flavours, I haven’t had such a tasty and flavourful fresh Chinese like this for a long time. Again the crispy chilli beef was so light and crispy it will be hard to beat and highly recommended."

"This restaurant does not offer a traditional Chinese dining experience. The decor was not appealing to us and there were no Chinese individuals working as chefs or staff. The atmosphere was lacking. The food was good, but served in small bowls instead of plates, which we would have preferred. The meal was also quite expensive."

"Hello. Yesterday, I became ill after ordering the vegetarian hotpot for our New Year's meal for delivery. Upon eating it, I discovered calamari in the dish. I was sick all night and am disappointed as I was looking forward to dining at your restaurant. Please ensure that when someone orders a vegetarian dish, it is taken seriously."

"After relocating to the opposite side, we were craving Chinese food and decided to try New Century. I called in my order and was informed it would be approximately 45 minutes for pickup. Parking was a bit of a challenge as it was limited, but I arrived on time. The order was not quite ready when I got there, unfortunately, but it was a busy Saturday night so I understood. The wait was worth it though, as the food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous enough for another meal the next day. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant, despite its modest appearance. The food quality is top-notch."

"I hate to leave negative reviews, especially when a business is under new management and trying to grow, that aside my family and I visited to get a meal on our last night in Dornoch. The service wasn’t ideal as when taking the order it was taken down incorrectly (asked for chicken and got pork), the person at the roll point changed this however the same meals initially taken down incorrectly then came out as pork instead of chicken, 2 bullets were dodged as I will come on to. The meal itself was ok.far from good but it was passable. All members of our party who had chicken as part of their meal either suffered upset stomachs or sickness and upset stomachs, far from ideal when you have a 200 mile car journey the following day. Next time we visit we won’t be coming back. Not a great experience."

"We have now been to the Oakham Chinese on Mill Street Oakham for the second time (04/08/18) while stopping in the Oakham area. Once again we had a wonderful meal, everything was cooked well and very tasty, the chicken tasted and felt like chicken. Whereas...some restaurants give you, what’s classed as a poor excuse for chicken. The starter was superb, Curry Samosa’s, my wife had a Chicken Curry and I had Szechuan Chicken not sure of the spelling). The rice comes in Small, Regular and Large. The large rice is more than enough for two. I would recommend that if you want to order your take away, you ring up first rather than just turn up, as on busy nights you could have a long wait for your order, I rang up at 5pm and ordered our take away pickup at 6:30. In and out at with no wait. Another brilliant meal, look forward to when we can go again."

"Having been to The Little Bridge' for many years it'd be hard to say it isn't a good place to get takeaway food from. However, the lack of option in the area lead myself and my family to keep going. The food is generally very...good and is portioned well. The delivery service is also very prompt and food is delivered still warm. My main concern with this establishment is the manner in which phone call deliveries are taken. The lady behind the phone last time was very rude and left me wanting to hang up before my order was taken. They are clearly rushed, but that in no way makes it appropriate to hurry up their customers and make them feel like just another order'. Having said all that, I most probably will go again (unless competition opens up nearby). 3 1/2 of out 5."
