"Recently ordered a FULL lamb chasni which should come with both rice and naan, however only received rice. My bottle of coke was also out of date. Called up to rectify the issue and initially it sounded like they will send a naan to me, then got a call back 2 minutes later to say it doesn't come with a naan, a full is either rice or naan, I pointed out that is not what it says on the menu.. they blamed the host of the menu (Being Just Eat). I took him at his word, seemed weird, but arranged to have a free drink next order. Later I talked to a couple of people who use the take away regularly, they told me yes it should come with both, I checked a competitor to JE they use Scoffable says the exact same thing comes with both, and a physical menu I had also says the same thing. So they guy actually lied to me to save himself sending out a naan, even though he was going to send a driver back for a refund for the drink initially. Really Really sad, the food quality was actually good... it was soured by a lie to save a couple of pounds. Now word of mouth will spread with some people and they lost customers already from the 2 that spoke to me. Absolutely silly thing to do."

"I Ordered after work and it took over an hour to receive. That was fine as I can look past that as I understand Friday night can be busy. However then we opened the order and they forgot a whole Main dish. When I called up to tell the restaurant there was no sympathy and no apology at all, just a “we will get the other main out to you on the drivers next run” when I ask how long his reply was “15-20mins”....... 35-40minutes later we get the forgotten main dish... thanks a lot. To top it all off the lamb dish I ordered was dry and the sauce was like apple sauce out of a baby food jar. Dont order from this place they have obviously don’t value customers Bit of advice to the takeaway. If you would have just said sorry i would have understood and looked past it. Not just put couple of poppadoms in the bad and think that makes it alright. Ignorant"

"First time I’ve tried this restaurant, attracted by the word fusion. Also I’m a vegetarian and the veggie menu looked so amazing (not usually the case) so I was keen to try it out. BTW they even do vegan food unheard of in Belfast. Though fish and meat are also prominently featured on the menu. I had toasted paneer with a coconut sauce and lentil and chickpea type of patty with beetroot coulis absolutely delish! My friend had the chicken with rosemary and was equally impressed. Staff very friendly and easy to get their attention. And all reasonably priced. Lovely vibe in the place would highly recommend and will definitely be back!"

"Despite a mix up with the booking on what appeared to be an exceptionally busy evening, we were treated to some delicious food and good service. "Good food, authentic taste, fantastic place to eat out with family and friends. I had a great experience however what did bother me though was the manager at woodlands on Sunday 17th. He was so rude to the girl serving us and to this lady who was walking aided by her assistant and a stick. She was trying to go to the restroom and cause woodlands Marylebone doesn't have a wheelchair access toilet she had to climb a few stairs! With much difficulty due to her condition she was trying to do this and her assistant and grandchild were helping. "The food at this restaurant is fantastic, although there is room for improvement in the service area. The staff is friendly, but they can be hard to flag down after you receive your food for more drinks or the bill. It took over 20 minutes to finally get the bill, which is not ideal, especially since this restaurant is in a prime spot for a pre-movie dinner."

"first order the last night. service was exceptional to arrange food to be ready earlier than normal and so a beautiful person with whom we talked. I think this is a mother-daughter team and that we had for my mother when I felt it was something special. I'm vegan and my mom isn't, but we both loved it! and I can be a hard critic with Indians eating, but the aromen, where fantastic. I would highly recommend the Ramja court! oh and we loved the free popadoms and dives!"

"Wow! What a taste sensation! A lovely chilled out atmosphere with no rush. Polite, attentive team, what a breath of fresh air from what has become the norm with eating out nowadays. "We booked by telephone after leaving a voicemail message... they call back and confirmed they could fit us in for a table of 9.. the waiter suggested we all have a mix tandor. Starter... assume this wpuld make it easy for the kitchen even thou the place was less than 1/2 full.... The starters where very nice... no probs.... Then the main course... everyone thought the food was very bland no spice or flavor to the meals... being the brave fool I wanted to send my meal back as I had selected a spicy kabab from the Cheifs special menu... so I expected some spicy and a bit of taste... both of which where lacking... I tried to get a watiers attention for 5 mins... and no one aas maming sure the table was happy... the only way I got attention was to phone from the table to ask for a waiter.... !!!!... never had to do that before... sent my meal back reordered a Balti of which they just made HOT probs to teach a customer who had dared to complain.. Never going back which is a shame as I entertain at least 5 or 6 customers every month.... too much goid food on offer in the area to go through that again....."

"From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted. The staff kindly informed us that they don't serve alcohol, which gave us the option to leave if we wished, but it didn't bother us at all. They had a variety of soft drinks available, which we ordered. The food was excellent – we enjoyed the king prawn jalfrezi and the huka korma with rice, both of which were delicious. "27.12.21-I’ve ordered a tandoori chicken biriyani and a lamb biriyani last night. Tandoori biriyani was good but the lamb biriyani was utterly disappointing. This was our first order ever and we only ordered from Mystica was Spice Lounge was closed on 27 Dec. Lamb biriyani was like some boiled yellow rice with some mixed lamb!!! When I called and spoke to the chef he jotted my name down like he’s going to remember me next time when I order lol what a joke. Never ordering from here again!!!! 08.03.22- My above comment was from 27 Dec. I decided to give Mystica a second chance and they have delivered a gold standard service this time! I ordered two chicken tikka biriyani. On top of that they made a test lamb biriyani because of my previous experience. All of them tasted so delicious and I promise them we are going to order from them in future. Absolutely amazing service by the manager and a good recovery at the end! Keep up the good service"

"We started dining at this restaurant after the first lockdown and I can no longer highly recommend it for its food and service. The staff is always friendly and happy to accommodate us, whether we choose to dine in, take away, or have it delivered. The prices are fair for the large portions of high-quality food they serve. Deliveries are always on time, or even earlier than expected. Occasionally, they have even given us a complimentary bottle of wine or beer, which is a nice gesture. Overall, this is one of the best Indian restaurants in Cheltenham!"

"I made a reservation online and received confirmation via email. On the day of our reservation, myself and my friends arrived at the restaurant only to be told they were fully booked. Despite showing my confirmation, the staff informed me that they had only been open for 2 weeks and were not online. After speaking with the manager, we were eventually seated at a table (despite many empty tables available). We waited an hour for our food to arrive and had to request cutlery and napkins as they were not provided. While waiting, a large table who were also waiting for their food ended up leaving. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon."

"I have visited this place with my friend and ordered shahi tawa for 2 £44.5). Nothing apart from service was good. As you can see from the images, tawa definitely looked huge but for the price it’s shamble. One curry is too sweet, one curry is full of bones and potatoes with a small lamb piece. As the tawa is hot, it made the naan and fries dry and hard. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this place. With two really amazing Turkish restaurants around and farmhouses 3 minutes drive, give it a miss if you can."

"(Delivery) Considering the high rating on Tripadvisor and the reviews of the place we were ready to give Kali Mirchi a go. After quotes of Best Indian and So much flavour being thrown around, we were anticipating a much needed curry. After placing the order and being told it would be 40 minutes, we waited an hour before we called to be told it had just left and would be with us any minute. It came to £19.20 so I gave the driver £20 and was told he had no change! Biting my lip to the sofa we dug in to our starters. The Onion Bhajis were more gram flour than onion and for such a cheap dish to make was surprising. I could taste the old oil which isn 't always a bad thing if it wasn 't for there being too much flour to soak it up. Oily onion bhajis seen to, mains were a go. I love my naan bread and wasn 't all that impressed with the one I had infront of me, the bright red keema filling had all dropped to one side and it was very thin. The pilau rice was nice though, I think they had added a touch of saffron. The Chicken Tikka Masala was average at best and tasted alot like cheese. Not how I would expect, it was also luke warm but did have good chunks of chicken. The lamb jalfrezi was overly spiced and had more than enough green chillies but abit too much oil. Unfortunalty we didnt feel Kali Mirchi had lived up to its reputation and I am a firm believer that food should be a similar standard when delivered, if this is the standard in restaurant then I would be very disappointed to have made the journey. Summary Nothing special, average experience for a takeaway, good portions of meat, but bad balance of spice and flavour. Check your change and order well in advance!"
