"The food was excellent and the drinks were generous in size, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our group of 25 people had 3 tables that were adequate for us to sit at and chat, but we were not allowed to move or switch seats, which was inconvenient. Guests who arrived late were not allowed to join us at our tables and were instead sent to the bar area, which we found unacceptable. We were also told that the bill would be split evenly among the tables, but later discovered that food from one table had been added to another table's bill, causing confusion during payment. The staff spoke rudely to some of our guests when they tried to join full tables, instructing them to sit at an empty table instead. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, and we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future."

"Ordered a takeaway from Wei Dao for 4 Singapore Noodles and a Beef in BB Sauce. Great food noodles had that oomph taste and was quite crisp. I would happily recommend Wei Dao to anyone looking for a tasty, less greasy, bang for the buck, healthy Chinese takeaway. The guys running the place was swell as well. My wife was allergic to prawns and the Singapore Noodles did have them. The note I placed with the online order to avoid adding them to one of the noodles was unfortunately overlooked, perhaps being a busy Saturday evening. I called them to complain once I reached home. The person who picked up was so graceful, that he kindly suggested to provide me with another one without prawns and even threw in a few Spring Rolls as a good will gesture. When I offered to return the original one, he insisted to keep it for the family on the house.Was quite amazed with their response, and when I reached to collect the food, they apologized unreservedly. "Have been looking for a great Malaysian for a while. This is the best I’ve found in the UK (and I’ve searched a lot of places in London). The food tastes amazing. Vegan choices were excellent there’s a separate menu with clearly marked up choices. Including the classic Roti Canai. Had the Malaysian ‘lamb’ curry, was divine."

"I used to enjoy a night out at Harry's Bar in Billericay before the lockdown, finding it to be a classy establishment. However, during my recent visit, I found that the atmosphere had deteriorated. The bar was filled with very drunk and loud individuals, typical of the Essex party scene. By 9pm, the patrons were already rowdy and stumbling around, leading me to believe that the bar may require additional security as the night progresses. The female toilets were in poor condition, lacking toilet paper and with taps that barely functioned. Navigating the stairs was also a challenge due to the intoxicated individuals struggling to climb them. The staff was a mixed bag - the male bartender made me a nice cocktail, but the female bartenders were unfriendly and seemed disinterested in their work. After a few drinks, I decided to leave with my friend and head to a nearby pub where we had a great time. It seems that Harry's Bar has transformed into a rowdy, meat market club where patrons come to get drunk and dress provocatively. I have heard that the food is good during the day, so I may return for lunch in the future."

"I’ve visited this place multiple times in the past for both food and shopping, and it’s generally been great. However, during my most recent visit, I decided to try their matcha and it did change my experience a bit. I ordered my drink with either soy or coconut milk due to my allergy, but I’m glad I noticed just in time that it was about to be made with oat milk, which wouldn’t have worked for me. Additionally, there was an awkward moment when the cashier tried to charge my friend extra for milk, even though she had ordered a milk-free drink. While the overall experience was still positive, I’d suggest being more mindful about dietary restrictions and charges moving forward."

"We walked in and were seated immediately in a corner to the right of the door. It didn't take long for us to place our orders. There was a lot of discussion at the table about short stacks and big stacks. While I admired a hearty crêpe at the table next to us, I decided to ditch my diet and ordered a short stack of pancakes with bananas. My dining companions opted for blueberry pancakes and cream pancakes. Unfortunately, I forgot to take any photos. The pancakes were light and fluffy, just like Aunt Jemima's mix but without the additives! I also ordered a side of sweet potatoes, which were just as delicious as any sweet dish."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"I recently visited Chopstix Noodle Bar for the first time and had an amazing experience. Subhan, our server, was incredibly friendly and professional. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me make my meal choices. While my family opted for Burger King, I decided to try Chopstix after speaking with Subhan. I ordered the 4XL box with a variety of chicken dishes, accompanied by rice, noodles, sides, and prawn crackers. Subhan even mixed my sides for me so I could try a bit of everything. The food was delicious and my family agreed that my meal was the standout. Although my meal was a bit more expensive than a fast food burger, the portion size was generous, and I even had leftovers to take home. Overall, the service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning to Chopstix at the Trafford Centre. Thanks to Subhan and the team for a great experience. "The Laichmoray is one of my favourite restaurants in Elgin. I usually opt for the Garden Room dining room, which is attractive visually and always has a nice atmosphere. "Really nice food. Great new owners who have are really friendly and accommodating. Some have said the food is pricey and whilst it is probably above average pricing, the ingredients are all top notch and where possible, locally sourced. You get what you pay for. We ate here about a dozen times over the summer, mainly with visitors from the SE. They all said what a brilliant place it was and wished it was their local! Well done for the turnaround and all the new innovations."
