"Awful customer service, woman at the till saw we was waiting to order and just carried on talking to colleagues. We got a box of popcorn chicken which turned out to be only about half full and the chips tasted horrible and the box wasn't even full. Also ordered a burger meal and the burger looked like someone sat on it and the chips were awful and the chips weren't even full too. The tables were filthy...there were bits of food all over the seats, tables and on the floor and no worker seemed to care! Overall, really don't recommend and avoid at all costs!"

"I visited this branch on saturday 25th of September 2022 with my 2 kids. I ordered through the kiosk and sellected table service i sat and waited 15 mins for my order which never came. I went up to the counter a young asian man replied i shouted out your number. Which he never did as i asked for table service . He then abruptly replied we dont do table service anymore. I said so why have you still got this facility available on your kiosks? He did not reply. Got no sauces or napkins with my order fries soggy and cold. At the same time another 3 customers had complained. The staff were all ablivious to what their actual duty was. Poor customer service what are you hiring and how are you training these people. Looks as though staff just put in uniform and thrown on front counter. None of them greet smile or thank. Manager at this branch needs to sit and observe"

"I bought a boneless banquet at the restaurant and waited 10 minutes for them to prepare it. When I got home, I realized that they had forgotten to include the 4 orders of fries. I didn't want to go back because it would take another 10 minutes and my chicken would be cold by then. I contacted head office to complain, but they were unhelpful and didn't take any action. Additionally, the chicken didn't taste as good as it does at other locations. It seems like they may have forgotten the secret recipe at this store!"

"Now i work for a big well know restaurant. The customer service here is terrible. We walked in no queue and there was 3 staff just talking to each other even though they saw is coming up to the till. Waited about 5 mins to be served. One of the ladies told the guy to serve us and he answered saying you served them and she said excuse me youre not my manager. I mean theyre not even acting proffesional at all. After being served by another lady we clearly said our order right but obvs she wasnt listening. Gave us our order and it was wrong. Then she acted as if we offended her with her face expressions. Everytime we want to eat at kfc we just dont want to anymore because the staff are ignorant and rude. Manager needs to sort this out. I dont know why they still havent closed down tbh. Shittest customer service i have ever seen."

"The restaurant is in a great location with plenty of parking, but it can get really busy. Yesterday, they forgot a few items from my order. I was disappointed that I didn't receive an apology and had to wait while they fixed the mistake. However, when I returned to get the missing items, the customer service was excellent. They apologized and quickly rectified the situation. Mistakes can happen, but I was impressed by the professional and courteous way they handled it."
