Kfc Bradford Ingleby Road

Went through drive thru. The lady saving think her name was Maria that what is said in the receipt was rude and blunt. Obviously did not want to be there. Made me up for dips that we’re already included in the meal. Also forgot some of our order.

I got the ride through box burger meal apart from a mini-fillet was all eating cold and tha personal served me was rude filet cooked in burgerfilz two days before the portion size of it smaller thn the burger beer that they can see in pictures the cups they use to use drinks useless

Food is fine staff always new so don’t know what they are doing I always go through drive through and there is always something missing from my order they don’t listen and the instructions are quite clear and there is always extra payment to be made at end I’m sure I have over paid many times

the worst kfc I've ever been. the hem tastes as if it had been warmed up and was one because the chips were not too bad, but not too kfc standards it made me also quite uncomfortable afterwards for the rest of the day. the personal was a little rude and very stressed great improvements in this restaurant

This restaurant is run by a group of incompetent individuals. I have been through the drive-thru twice and both times arrived home to discover multiple items missing from my order. Additionally, they do not answer the phone. The majority of the staff working here lack basic manners. New staff is needed urgently.

I ordered mashed potatoes but received cold fries instead. Additionally, I ordered one piece of chicken which I never got. I have been trying to contact the restaurant since then, but no one is picking up the phone. Mistakes can happen, but if this was a mistake, I would like a refund or the correct food that I paid for.

the children were bright red in the middle, the müll was full and fell food on the floor and to complete it, I was told that the toilet was out of order. after I told a worker, it was a health and safety for the toilet to be out of order, and I wanted to report it, the light magically coming and the door opened. I'm not impressed whatever. I will not go back to this kfc.

The restaurant experience was terrible. The staff, especially the woman at the drive-through, was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Additionally, my popcorn chicken was undercooked. Although the manager offered to replace it, I opted for a refund instead as I am now hesitant to return. This branch needs significant improvement. It is unacceptable that they would serve undercooked chicken.

I visited this branch on saturday 25th of September 2022 with my 2 kids. I ordered through the kiosk and sellected table service i sat and waited 15 mins for my order which never came. I went up to the counter a young asian man replied i shouted out your number. Which he never did as i asked for table service . He then abruptly replied we dont do table service anymore. I said so why have you still got this facility available on your kiosks? He did not reply. Got no sauces or napkins with my order fries soggy and cold. At the same time another 3 customers had complained. The staff were all ablivious to what their actual duty was. Poor customer service what are you hiring and how are you train...
