"Beautifully restored historical hotel dating back to 15th century with original beams throughout. Quaint and charming with lovely rooms. Ours, room 1 had a modern refurbished bathroom and was a lovely size equipped with day bed, king beds, dressing table, drawers and wardrobe with ample space. Breakfast must not be missed, this is one of the best places to eat in the village with a reputation for perfect Sunday roasts. Our cooked breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice from full English, eggs royale, vegan and vegetarian options plus cereals, yogurt and granary. Decent sized car park and there are some converted barn rooms that I believe are wheelchair accessible. Lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend."

"rocket seems to me a very woman-friendly type of restaurant. there are now two rocket in london and I went twice to the one in canary wharf, especially because I went there for the first time, I ordered something I didn't like and I wanted to give them another chance, and also because I had left my camera home, so I couldn't have good pictures for the first time there I was. why I say this place is kind of women's menu is because of theirs. her menu has main courses that are described as “Salads” and also pizzas, and I am the perfect example for someone who sometimes wants to eat an salad and be healthy and sometimes loves to pamper in a pizza. "I visited Siamais Broad Street for a Sunday afternoon meal. It was quite quiet at that time, but the host provided excellent service. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of options on the menu. The brunch menu, however, lacks cocktail choices, so I wouldn’t recommend it for that. The setting is lovely, making it a great spot for a date night, especially since it’s close to many nice bars in Brindley Place. The only downside is the price, which is on the higher side, but that’s typical for Birmingham. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant. "rocket as if it tries to live its name, served rocket leaves in every second dish, but that seems to make it most common tastier! I had visited last year this restaurant for Christmas dinner with my office colleagues. "One of the wonderful things about London is that you can experience a wide range of international cuisines without ever leaving the city. From Japanese ramen to Peruvian ceviche to classic Italian dishes, the options are endless. Recently, my partner Gary and I have been considering a move away from London due to rising house prices and increasing uncertainty. However, I still have unfinished work in architecture, so we have decided to stay in the city for at least three more years. During this time, we want to make the most of our cosmopolitan lifestyle by exploring as many sights and restaurants as possible. London is home to a diverse array of dining options, so we are always excited to discover new places to eat. A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to dine at Rocket and sample their Italian-Asian fusion menu with a healthy twist. Here is what we thought of our experience."

"We visited at 7pm on a Saturday. The Lounge was quiet when we arrived but got busier shortly after. We opted for 6 dishes between the two of us. The scallops tuna were cooked to perfection and the flavours worked really well. The goats cheese is beautifully creamy and combines well with the jam; of note it is a good size portion so it may be one to share unless you particularly love goats cheese. We also enjoyed the steak chorizo, sweet potato bhajis and loaded halloumi fries (bacon maple). All were well-cooked (good crispness on the bhajis) and very tasty. Service was excellent throughout."
