"One of the wonderful things about London is that you can experience a wide range of international cuisines without ever leaving the city. From Japanese ramen to Peruvian ceviche to classic Italian dishes, the options are endless. Recently, my partner Gary and I have been considering a move away from London due to rising house prices and increasing uncertainty. However, I still have unfinished work in architecture, so we have decided to stay in the city for at least three more years. During this time, we want to make the most of our cosmopolitan lifestyle by exploring as many sights and restaurants as possible. London is home to a diverse array of dining options, so we are always excited to discover new places to eat. A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to dine at Rocket and sample their Italian-Asian fusion menu with a healthy twist. Here is what we thought of our experience."

The delicate and well-flavored lamb juices sit atop orange segments and pomegranate seeds, creating a delicious starter. The kick heap cakes are soft and served with fresh vegetables, spring onions, cucumbers, and purple salad leaves. They are accompanied by a sweet jam sauce and a mild, tender, creamy yogurt. For my main course, I chose a smoked chicken pizza that arrived hot and with a thin crust. The pizza is generously topped with fresh rocket and delicate, flavorful chicken pieces.
