"Wonderful food, as usual! Had our favorite dishes: new style sashimi is great (white fish, tuna, salmon), crispy rice with spicy tuna, king crab tempura, avocado salad, baby spinach salad with crab, black cod miso, all was good and as expected. We were able to try new dishes: Black lobster tempura was great, the lobster with truffle butter and spicy lemon dressing, is one I would order again. The best new dish we tried tonight was the Chilean Sea Bass Umami which is new on their menu, and I hope they keep it as it was excellent. Unfortunately, the artichoke salad seemed to have been missing the artichoke! As for the service, we are always ordering a few items as we go and we are used to being served promptly. This time, for most of the meal, the service was slower than usual and at the end, we couldnāt order the last couple of plates we wanted because we were rushed. We had to help ourselves with the water and the wine was not served to our expectations. In addition, a waitress coughed into her hand as she was holding our wine just prior to serving us. All-in-all, we hope it was just a one off, we hope our next experience will be as good as we usually expect it."
